It was purchased for Pride 2023, but the clasp needed some love. The were wonderful. They oohed and aaahed for a moment which made me feel good, then they took straight to the back and fixed It. They brought it back and said "yep, it was loose." I asked how much and they said no charge. I was wowed. This amazing shop fixed my bracelet, that I didn't even buy from them for free..
