I came into this store about 2-3 weeks ago and purchased a glacial quartz. After a very small drop (2-3 feet onto carpet), the stone completely fell out of the bezel--because it hadn't been glued in--and then broke in half. When I first called, I was told I could come back when the owner was in for a refund or exchange. However, when I called the next day and spoke directly with the owner, I was shocked by his response. He told me the gem was "meant to break" and that whoever was around should keep the other half. I explained that after doing my own research, I learned this stone is naturally brittle, yet none of this was disclosed to me at purchase. On top of that, the fact that it wasn't properly secured to the bezel made the piece even more fragile. Instead of taking accountability, the owner abruptly told me they don't do returns or exchanges. To make matters worse, he implied that my "energy" was the reason the stone broke. As a paying customer, this felt dismissive, manipulative, and frankly insulting. It's clear to me that this mystical jargon is being used to avoid responsibility, while selling low-quality, overpriced gems. I left this experience feeling taken advantage of, unprotected as a customer, and extremely disappointed. If you're considering shopping here, I strongly advise against it--you'll be paying high prices for fragile products with zero customer protection. read more

They were so welcoming to us when we mentioned we were visiting from AZ giving us all the scoop on fun things to do and inviting us to check out the farmers market on Saturday. They had a great selection of crystals and rings and I got some incense as well that was VERY reasonably priced ! I definitely will be back to this spot if we get to visit again ! The staff here know everything there is to know about crystals etc. I buy all my rings and precious stones from here. My favorite piece is my Italian silver chain and pendant. First time here and running errands and notice there was a line of people so I decided to look around. When it was my turn to go in there was so many beautiful crystals around, but so expensive! Amethyst that is usually the cheapest wasn't do there haa. They had a bunch of jewelry and other spiritual things that you would typically find in a crystal shop, nothing that really popped out for me. Only thing that was slightly annoying there is a line system, but he was checking out ppl that had more stuff than I did when I've been waiting. Mind you I waited outside see till someone came out only to be sent out again bc he didnt count the capacity earlier so that kind of put a mood. So after 3 people that came after me got taken care of he finally did mine and I should of just left the stuff at that point but meh. You can find cheaper online and bigger sizes. read more

I am not into crystals or metaphysical stuff BUT I love coming here. They have gorgeous jewelry and gift giving options for many walks of life. I collect anything Egyptian and their selection of Egyptian pieces and glass is pretty great. This time I found an Anubis snow globe which is fabulous and very different. Its amazing how much stuff is crammed in this tiny little space! Most impressive! The owner answered a ton of different questions my friend had about a few items while also helping another gentleman. We also shared fun witty banter - what fun! I might also mention this is a great spot to grab incense. There is a tower (no really!) of nag champa by the door but they have a wide variety of others and also carry smudge. read more

I don't even know where to begin...I love this place so much. I've recently gotten very into crystals, tarot, and meditative tools. I've found a few pretty great places in Portland, but am always on the hunt for new spots. I had heard about this place from several people, so I decided to stop by. The selection of gemstones and crystals here is awesome! You can find stones that are raw or polished, big or small, starter or more high end, loose or as jewelry. There were things I had never heard of or seen before! They also have lots of incense, tarot decks, statues, or candles if you're into those things. I saw signs about doing aura photos there which I haven't seen anywhere else I've gone. The thing I liked the most was the customer service. The two men working the night I went in were SO NICE, the kind of people who instantly make you feel welcome. They were very knowledgeable about the products, and were willing to look up information for questions I had. If you're into crystals you must check this place out. I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences here. I've had the door slammed in my face for social distancing requirements. Having people wait outside to make space is great and we were totally happy to do so. But the manner in which it was done was horrid. The door was grabbed and pulled shut in our face without comment by one of the staff members. Then, while waiting outside to be let in, a handful more people walked inside and nobody left. No one was kicked out. But no one came to let us in. The staff is aggressive and will greet every other person in the store aside from my partner and I. It's always a high stress and unpleasant experience so I have chosen to discontinue my use of this store. read more

Ended up calling and talking to someone who FaceTimed me and showed me all of the tarot decks they had (which is what I was looking for.) I didn't quite catch his name but whoever helped me was super nice, knowledgeable, and patient! I ended up buying a tarot deck for an affordable price and was on my way. Decent selection and I think fair price points. However, the staff was uncertain about some of the items I asked for help on (as in didn't know what crystal was the one I was looking for vs one that had made it into the wrong tray spot), and didn't seem thrilled to answer more than a question or two. The COVID policies made my shopping experience really awful for how I like to feel in a metaphysical shop. The enforcement of social distancing was inconsistent; I waited 10-15 minutes to let a group finish in a "one customer/household limit" section then once I entered the section alone, other customers came into the same section and didn't return the courtesy I had given others, and weren't asked to social distance by staff. Repeatedly my social distancing was compromised without staff helping enforce social distancing when I was visibly uncomfortable and had communicated I was distancing from other guests intentionally. I read they possibly operated by appointment only earlier in COVID times and think I would have preferred to book an appointment in advance to have more space to really evaluate the items I wanted and the meanings that drew me to them, but instead my overstimulation and anxiety led to me feeling like I didn't have that experience I usually cherish at metaphysical stores. I definitely won't go back in COVID times but also feel hesitant to return after due to how stressful my experience was. read more

Scott and Norman are just the sweetest people you could ever meet. The staff here is always so kind and welcoming. Now that I don't live in the area I only get to come on occasion, my mom and I drove over 3 hours just to come to crystal heart this week, their knowledge, quality and crystals are just the best! This cozy store is teeming with a calming, wonderful energy and has beautiful stones that are simply jaw dropping. And the staff, so nice and helpful! I have phone logs showing I frequently contacted you from July through October. Then I visited in person after 6 weeks of healing from a double mastectomy. It hasn't been months and months. Tourmaline is a very powerful stone for healing and I was and am left without it. How long after leaving it to be re-wrapped is it reasonable to wait? No more than a month if you're a flaky business. 2 weeks tops if you're a good business Denying you had it at all is an untrustworthy business. But since I'm dealing with other vendors in the metaphysical community, I've learned Norm has failed to pay for inventory in other circumstances. He also was a car salesman before deciding he had special "gifts" Caveat Emptor - let the buyer beware! When you settle with me is when I'll say we resolved our disagreement. read more

I went in looking for white chime candles & something to help reign in prosperity. I found both things easily as I looked around the shop. The man behind the counter - I didn't catch his name - was engaging & so helpful! He explained the benefits of adding sweetgrass to my smudging rituals, detailed how to most effectively & efficiently use it from start to finish, even taking the time to show me the proper way to light & extinguish it. oh gods I love this store. I moved here to Beaverton about 3 years ago. I got brought here by a friend and fell in love. I have bought so much here and keep coming back. I was first greeted by one of the owners that answered every question I could think of. I love how much they have gotten into that tiny store and have a little of everything anyone could want. I have bought salt lamps for myself a few of them, a couple for my sister, one for my mom and a few for some friends, I have bought smudges, candles and jewelry. I stop here first when I need to get a wedding present that is a little out of the norm or to buy stuff for my mom or sister. I have always been treated like a queen here, and would recommend this place to go to if you have a gift you need to buy and cant think of what to get. read more

I did not know there was such a place in Beaverton, I was so excited when I came here with a friend. To me this place is almost like a balm to stop, whenever you feel stressed or want to take a break from the mundane, boring daily routine. I love crystals and Tarots and all kind of magical and spiritual things. So I could spend hours here, What an amazing assortment of spiritual items and crystals. And what a magic atmosphere. And I like their prices, compared to few other stores in town they are pretty reasonable. I saw this delicate clear crystal in a pendulum, lovely...which I think am going back to buy for my friend's birthday! She had an Aura and Tarots readings here and they were pretty accurate, indeed the insights from the readings turned out to be very helpful. So I am definitely coming back to get a Tarot reading too, pretty soon. I also appreciated that the owners were very knowledgeable about all crystals and their properties, and could answer all possible questions about the various tarot decks they have, very helpful. I've bought a good amount of crystals/gems/other items from this store before. Support both the Beaverton location and the Hillsboro location. Over the years though, the taller man that works here or owns the shop has never treated me like a valued or loyal customer. In fact, I get a weird vibe from him every time I go in, like he doesn't want to help me and just wants to keep an eye on me while I browse the shop. Almost seems bothered to answer questions while he'll chat on and on when people hw knows comes in. The fact that the items in this shop seem definitely overpriced for the quality (honestly doubting the authenticity of the moldevite I bought here) and the lack of quality customer service just makes shopping here not worth it. read more

Such a cute little shop! Went in with a friend of mine who loves rocks. I didn't really know what to expect other than polished stones. It was so much more than that! Home decor, jewelry, candles and of course a ton of beautiful rocks. Carved into any shape you can think of. The guy working was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. It's a pseudo-metaphysical shop. For a trinket shop to get some crystals or stones it is okay. A person would be better served going to a gem and mineral shop and to a metaphysical bookstore downtown Portland. They do offer aura and tarot readings, but from my experience the practitioner talks in general terms that anything can be interpreted in the way the person wants. The aura photography equipment is outdated. It's a safe and friendly place to experiment in the metaphysical world. read more

A bit disappointed! I had heard about this shop so I was looking forward to visit it, I also wanted to buy a gift for a friend. I waited for almost a hour, I am not exaggerating, at the counter, right beside another client, while both client and owner chatted about things not related to the purchase, and they were both aware I was there waiting to be served. In the end, when it was finally my turn, I was treated quite rudely. Their customer service skills are very poor! My girlfriend also had a psychic and aura reading by them, and she was disappointed as well, they did just a general reading that could apply to everyone.
