He was pleasant but ambivalent, with zero customer service and acted like it was all no big deal. That's not the energy I want when I wait 7 weeks for a minor repair and make 2 trips to the store. That's not the culture I expect at Tiffany, honey this is not Pandora at a strip mall, this is Tiffany in Bal Harbour you need to play your position.
