They wrote into the sale of the vehicle that they would repair or replace the display if I still wanted to purchase the car. I absolutely 100% did - sold! Today a car audio specialist came to my house and removed the display for the repair or replacement (they came to me!). Erek and Sean followed through on their word to fix the malfunctioning display and I am absolutely in love with my new (used) car. Highly recommend this used car dealership. I was back and forth to the dealership multiple times, and while they did split the cost of a repair--which added another $1,200 to my purchase--the problem wasn't fixed. Now I'm being told the car likely needs a full transmission, so I have very little confidence that the original repair addressed the real issue. There were also other issues identified right after purchase that were not reflected in the inspection, as well as inaccuracies in the Carfax that raise questions about what was reported. What's most disappointing is that after all of this, they've stopped responding to my attempts to resolve it. I've been trying to handle this fairly and directly, and that effort hasn't been matched. This has been a really frustrating experience, and I would recommend getting an independent inspection and doing extra due diligence before purchasing a vehicle here.

There was no call or correspondence letting me know when I could expect it to be ready or any calls to follow up with me on any progress. When I picked up my vehicle, which had damage to the driver side front fender and headlight, I noticed several surface scratches on the drivers side of the hood as if they had placed the replacement parts and/or boxes on my hood without using a protective mat or anything. That is very unprofessional. So, while I think they did an adequate job with the actual repairs I am not likely to use them in the future.
