There was quite a bit of paint dust inside my car, some paint residue on the windshield that I had to scrub off myself, and a rubber door trim piece (which was already loose) was left inside the car instead of being reattached. Overall, though, the quality of the repairs, communication, and value for the price were excellent. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

They are a pleasure to deal with and they provide exceptional service. Every single person I've encountered at this company has been extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I frankly found this shocking after some experiences with competitors. All of my questions were happily and completely answered at once. All of the issues with the vehicle and every part of the process were clearly explained. This company provides twice a week status reports via text as a matter of course. This is a win-win for everyone. The company receives far fewer customer inquiries and the customers are always fully informed. A large construction truck had backed into us. What seemed like minor damage became far more complex once the front end of the car was taken apart. Fortunately the other party's insuror was very responsive, but Perry & Terry was extremely efficient in submitting the information for two supplemental repair requests so that the work was not delayed. I was also very surprised when they went to Toyota Parts before we brought the vehicle to their shop to ensure there would be no delays while they waited for parts. I've never found another shop willing to do this. Perry & Terry estimated the work would take five weeks. This was very tight for us because we needed the car for guests arriving at that time from overseas. They actually completed the work in just over four weeks, despite the additional issues that were found. The finished work is immaculate and the vehicle operates perfectly. Most body shops act like the insurance company is their customer and treat the owner of the car as an annoyance. Perry & Terry understands who their customer really is and treats them with respect. I would never even consider another body shop after this experience. These guys are terrific.

I had them fix my front bumper after I had stricken an animal on the highway. After I had already…read morepaid $1000 for the parts, they said this job would take 1-2 weeks once the parts arrived. Once the parts arrived they called and I dropped the car off. That same week they tell me they didn't receive all the parts which was fine for week one. By week 2 they were able to start painting the front bumper though and still hadn't gotten all the parts. Once the bumper was painted the car sat for about a week while they waited on the last part then they realized they had messed up painting the front bumper. But they were able to get another pretty quick and they got the last part by the middle the week 4. Keep in mind I had to call them to get updates most of the time. They did call me a couple time. So at the start of week 4 they said they would have the car done and ready by Friday. But come Thursday I receive a call saying they lost one of the parts (an under belly panel that isn't small) and would have to order a new one. Which did arrive until Monday of week 5. This is when I called them at about 10am asking for an update. They said they just received the part and would have the car ready. Keep in mind this is the underbelly panel in which I've removed and put back on before and it's take roughly 30 minutes. But come 6 hours later I called them for an update and they said they would be done in 30 minutes. Overall just a really frustrating experience. A lot of false hopes. And this isn't the first time it's happened to me with them. Not great at communicating. Other than that the car came out looking good. It was just a very frustrating situation.
