Apologies are appreciated but no attempt to provide a like item at the auction price was made. Just saying sorry does not seem adequate for customer satisfaction unless customer satisfaction is not a concern in your business model. My ratings 1 star because there is no lower option.

I wear a mask because my healthy mother died of covid and this woman laughed and claimed MY MOTHER didn't die of covid. Apparently she is radical and needs mental help. She laughed and laughed as if there was something wrong with her. It was very strange and made me very uncomfortable. So I walked out of her pawn shop instead of giving her my business. I highly suggest she seek professional mental help. She had no empathy or compassion. Again, she was very unprofessional.
