Three bracelets were purchased at $200.00 each, one of them was a gift and unfortunately it didn't fit the person wrist. I was really positively surprised how friendly and attentive Sara's service was. She fixed my engagement ring while I was waiting in like 15 minutes. It's a very special hand made designer ring with a flush set diamond in recycled gold and I had been putting off fixing for more than a year in the fear of having to leave it somewhere to be fixed. I found Sara and Jenny through Yelp and decided to go to them to resize my platinum engagement ring. Thanks to all of the 5 star reviews here on Yelp! I called first to confirm that they do offer resizing services and Jenny was very friendly and professional on the phone. She even asked me to hold while she checks with the jeweler that they can do it today instead of having me take a trip down to the store. I was very grateful for that since I was going there from Jersey. When I got to the store, Jenny remembers me from our phone conversation and Sara was there to immediately help. I was very impressed and super relieved because they really know what they are talking about and they inspected my ring to determine how best to go about resizing it. They told me that my ring really is the right fit for me but because it is warmer now, it fits tighter because of my hand expanding from the heat. They didn't want to have it resized a whole half size like I wanted to initially because it would be far too loose in the cooler months and the ring would easily slip off because I don't have the knuckle to keep the ring from falling off. Let me add that the ring was purchased through Blue Nile so I was afraid that Sara would not be as helpful to me because the ring was not purchased through her. But, I was really pleased to find out that she was as professional and friendly as if my fiance had bought the ring from her. Jenny actually pulled out one of their rings from their inventory in the size I wanted, so I can feel how the size fits (not just the metal ring sizer)! I got my ring done in 15 minutes and it costed only 20% of what I paid to have it resized in the diamond district. Yes, I had it resized a whole size down a month ago in the diamond district but lately the ring felt too tight so I wanted to have it sized up half a size. The ladies were so sweet and pleasurable to hang out with that I also ended also purchasing a beautiful Pearl and diamond necklace from them for Mother's Day. Their prices are so reasonable AND the ladies are very honest and professional. They took the time to explain the difference between various pearls and how to care for them. When I decided on the pearl that I wanted, Sara had it set in the diamond pendant setting that I chose. She made sure it was perfect before it was finally set. She inspected the pearl and showed me all sides of it, explained how it will be set, and which side to showcase so it maximizes the luster. Honestly, I think she was more adamant about it being perfect than I was. It really shows that she cares about the quality and details of what she sells. She puts a lot of personal attention into everything she does. Jenny and Sara then took their time pulling out all of their necklaces to pair with the pendant and I felt kind of like I was annoying but the ladies didn't seem to mind at all. Especially not Sara since she is all about the details lol! They made sure I was comfortable with my final decision and everything was clearly explained and written on my receipt. Working with them felt like I was hanging out at my best friend's store. It was like girls hanging out and playing dress up lol. Maybe I got lucky today but something tells me that they are always this fun and kind to their customers. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in their hands. I will definitely be back in the future for any fine jewelry needs.
