I said I'll take it to another Kohls. She says " BYE " real sarcastic. I've witness her in action before. She will stand and visit with friends who come in the store and let customers who need help until she is good and ready to help you. I told her I was going to report her to the manager. She replied that's fine .I dont care!!! That tells me she is untouchable. I will never step foot in that store. I will try to avoid all Kohls all together.
