The appointment was…read moremade on 11/18 for 11/29 and she would groom my dogs at her apartment since she did not travel to my area. I arrived at 2pm for my appointment for my 2 small dogs, but despite knocking, ringing the doorbell several times, and calling no one answered. Loud music was playing briefly inside and even when it stopped, no one came to the door before the music resumed again. Chrissy never acknowledge my appointment or my several attempts to communicate, and my dogs were not groomed as scheduled. This lack of PROFESSIONALISM (read her reply) and communication (lacks professionalism and is untrue) is unacceptable. I would NOT RECOMMEND going to her apartment/ or having her to your home for grooming. A phone call from this business would have been appreciated instead of attacking a current client at the time with lies and untruths. I've never missed an appointment. I've never been late.

This was the best option, there's a few places in the area that offer self serve, but hamm's had the best pricing model (we got the 5 wash punch card for $30). There is a lifted, deep tub, hair dryer, plenty of washclothes and towels and they supply all the washes you could need (though we brought out own due to skin sensitivity). We were shown to our own room and given a thorough but brief rundown of everything we would need. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Beth approached him slowly and with respect and within moment had him on the table and began brushing. He can't stand very long because of his rear limb amputation and so she used her body position to steady him. I was impressed! The shop was immaculate when we walked in. No dog hair on the floor (like in some beauty salons I've been to), no tools scattered about, no wet towels on the floor. These dogs are the perfect size for families or just to have as a special little friend. They are well feed, groomed, and are microchipped before you receive them. Because Shawn takes such extreme measures these puppies are well prepared to enter into almost any home or situation. Shawn also prepares the new owners of her puppies the importance of establishing obedience and order for your dog. She has complete YouTube instructional classes on how to train your puppy and setting up the dog and the new owner for success. I have purchased many show dogs from champion breeders however none have been more prepared for their new lives outside of their breeders homes. The office told me that it was my fault for not showing a picture of the cut I wanted (what professional groomer hasn't seen a golden?) and also falsely accused my dog of being overly matted (absolutely false). The office said anything they could to avoid being accountable. My dog looks absolutely ridiculous and now has zero hair as our weather drops into the 30s. Save yourself the headache. Then they sent another groomer she was good, but couldn't keep her because our home was not her regular area. They sent out a new groomer, she started out well. The the cuts and grooming started to get mediocre. My dogs are 16 & 17 years old. Today, I hated to do it, but needed to cancel my dog's appointment, but there was a last minute family issue that came up and I needed to cancel. Whoever called me back from Aussie, don't know if it was the franchise owner or what, got very nasty. I don't need that. I know it was last minute, but life happens. They have cancelled appointments with me for last minute issues and I never gave them a hard time. I will not be using Aussie any longer. it's not worth the aggravation.
