I have brought it back to Kimi twice - the first time he fiddled with the settings, restarted it - I was hopeful, but the problem persisted. The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.

Came in a second time to finally get it fixed. FINALLY got it fixed, the color looked OFF but I thought, its ok, I spent about $130 on this screen I can put up with that. Literally, 2 months later the screen they put on got unstuck, here im thinking, ok things happen. I brought it back to them and the rep had the audacity to tell me that it was "out of warranty". Guess they give you 30 days, but a situation where the glue is not properly applied should be outside of this period. The rep then said he would try to fix the one I had on there, I thought "ok wonderful, maybe its just reconnecting it and gluing it appropriately". He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke. WOW This is ridiculous that a place can provide such bad customer service. There are many other places to go, I refuse to ever go back here again. Dont always go for the cheapest service. They said it'd be done in 24 hours but it took 4 days and lots of excuses to get it back. 6 weeks later the screen began to fail. Another shop told me I should be able to get a new one on warranty. These guys told me to bring it to the mall so they could see the screen. The first visit, the guy said he was just filling in but gave me grief that the price I had paid ($240) was too low. He said to come back tomorrow when the owner would be there. The next day it was a kid and he said that the owner was off on weekends and that the guy in weehawkin did not work for them (even though he answered their phone and said he worked for them). Then he said he wouldn't cover the screen repair because I must have dropped it. The screen is pristine. They refused to budge. Do not use these scoundrels!
