We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

Hilda came out and did a thorough inspection of the entire house and gave us a cost for both first time deep cleaning and monthly maintenance cleaning. Yesterday Carlos and three ladies showed up - right on time - and worked for almost 6 hours cleaning every nook and cranny, crevice and surface of the house. WOW, what a difference. They cleaned things we never did (too hard to do or too lazy to do it) and made those areas really shine. It was almost like a brand new house (well, other than 22 years of normal wear and tear, of course). Oh, and they rearranged things on some of the flat surfaces to take away the cluttered look, to present a new image in other parts of the house, and some of the clutter was placed into a closet - for my wife and I to actually go thru and decide if we need it or to toss it out.
