The staff are all very fashion-forward, and are all more than capable to send you on your way looking sharper than when you came in. The store itself is very upscale, and feels like a place you'd find on Savile Row (without the Savile Row prices.) Really great seasonal selections, with a lot of well-curated accessories available. Their custom garments are where they really shine however. With hundreds of fabrics, linings, buttons, and styles to choose from, it is always a joy creating something that is uniquely yours. Three days before leaving for our honeymoon, I had a bad feeling about the whole thing. This led me to calling the resort to confirm our reservation -- which thank goodness I did -- because we discovered that the whole trip was a scam and the travel agent had stolen our money. The representative not only stated this was a case of fraud, but admitted it had been happening for months to other clients from the company. This left us without our dream honeymoon and out $1,500 in nonrefundable airfare, on top of the money paid for the trip. I notified Tracina Fisher, the owner of Formalities, in hopes of preventing this from happening to other brides. While she initially expressed sympathy and asked how she and Peter Hayes (the Marketing Concepts Representative) could help, their tone quickly changed. When I asked if their companies could help recoup the $1,500 we lost--considering this situation never would have occurred without their promotion--they became extremely rude and blamed me instead of taking accountability for putting their customer through this situation. It's devastating to lose our dream honeymoon to fraud and even worse to feel abandoned by the businesses we trusted. While we are dealing with this issue with both federal and state authorities, I strongly urge anyone considering this store or promotion to proceed with caution. This experience has caused immense financial and emotional distress, and I hope it prevents others from suffering the same.

Used to think it was just the "poor college kid" treatment but even as middle aged person they still give you the you should appreciate us approach. A decent selection of outdoor clothing, a much smaller selection of ski boots and ski than I recall. They also resell LL Bean items. Footwear associates were quick to offer assistance. When checking out, be prepared to pay a premium to the local shopping experience and the tacky "who assisted you?" obviously for a commission credit is uncomfortable!
