There were some issues with the actual filtering system we have in our home and since the moment Gabriel first came to visit he made sure to equip me with the right staff to come check the system and an electrician to double check that it wasn't anything related to the wiring that was affecting the pump. Needless to say they resolved the issue in less than a week and have been extremely attentive. Do not be fooled by Felipe's soft spoken easy going manner. He is ruthless. In my opinion he is not qualified in pool restoration and uses fly by night sub contractors. I gave him a credit card authorization for a one time small down payment only because he was having trouble depositing checks with his bank. Felipe charged me a 7% credit card fee which he promised to return but never did. He made two other charges using the card without my authorization and I didn't find out until it was too late. I had to report the card as lost. The worst part of the project is that Felipe of Premium Pools charged my account and walked away with the sloppy tile work that was never fixed, the fire-up which was never completed and a burned out pool motor which his subcontractors caused and never disclosed. If you hire this company to do your pool restoration and wind up with money and quality work issues, I told you so. Beware.

MADE me pay $500 up front for the years contract. The pool company were inept!!!! Longest time the "pool guy" was at my place was 6 minutes 48sec! How can anyone service a pool in 7 mins???? Broke my pump and forced me to buy a new one, never once serviced the salt cell after me telling them something was wrong for months and it's now broken, missed multiple weeks .... THEN to out do it all, once I had finish my monthly payments to then and was now in my pre-paid 4 months, they have stop service and are non-contactable! Stolen $500. Ridiculous! Also you will see multiple addresses for offices for them. NONE of them are real!!!! With I knew this before I used them. Also not once off the workers speaks a lick of English!!!!! From the beginning I told him we had only PayPal or Venmo to make the payment for the cleaning that he did on Wednesday and I just can't seem to understand even today if the kid CAN'T read. He behaved like the pool cleaning wasn't going to be paid and started texting uncontrollably to pay him, that I wasn't being fair etc (I'm attaching screenshots) when I told him from the beginning that we didn't have cash, cards or checks and needed to pay via one of the methods used and he just kept sending the payment link which doesn't have the option of paying with PayPal or Venmo so I decided to wait until our cards arrived in the mail on Friday (today) to go ahead and proceed with both of the quotes he gave us which was $580 for fixing the motor of the pool and $75 for the pool cleaning. He still decided to behave as if though we need to request someone cleans the pool for free and were never going to pay him. They are prompt in answering and he accommodated for his employee to come out on Wednesday and treated the pool for a bit of algae that had accumulated due to the motor being damaged but the way he handles business is unfortunately not good. We were going to hire his company for our monthly plus the fixing of the motor and he completely ruined that because of the way he behaved.
