They will shuttle you to the airport if you are willing to wait up to an hour (one shuttle vehicle. They will NOT pick you up. I called two different numbers three times over a 20-minute period and each time it went to "mailbox full"--a sure sign the number is off or not valid. I had to spend $50-half of my total fee--to get my car. While waiting for my car--which they wouldn't release because they couldn't find my paperwork (another 1/2 hour), even though I had prepaid, the van finally showed up. Took taxi and arrived at the parking spot, car was moved, and employees were scrambling through paper work, and another employee had just dumped two buckets of keys on the ground, and was searching. Car finally arrived and a women in street clothing got out of my car. Said all set, went to drive away but decided to do a quick inspection. By this time it is 12:30AM. My car comes from around the corner (not where it was originally parked) and who knows if it was parked in the street. Come to find out they side swept my car against another car or pole. When confronted, was waved off to go away by the driver. Completely ignored and she eventually locked herself in the food place next door. After things escalate, both employees helping us leave, say they are not an employee and instead we're just helping out, and worked in the food store next door. After waiting around for 45 mins for police, I was told it's a civilian court matter, and they cannot write a report since I didn't witness it. After an hour, finally get to see the paper work, which shows a car that is scribbled around everywhere but the roof, which states that is 360 degree damage that was on the car prior to arrival. After driver returned from airport, told me to call manager. Fast forward 4 days, manager ignores my calls everyday, besides answering a few texts that say talk to you tomorrow. and told me damage was already there before. Short version: Super E8ight is a scam, don't use. It's not a lot. They park on the street and lie. Any positive review is from them. Longer version: They write on way.com that "Our parking lot is secure and safe." This couldn't be further from the truth. They don't have a parking lot at all. The address of the "lot" is a restaurant. They told us that they would move our cars to a lot nearby. It was odd going to a restaurant but we trusted what they said as well as what was listed on way.com. Upon returning from our trip Dec 31st, we learned the hard way that this was not the case at all. When we landed at JFK at 10:30 PM, we called the numbers for the shuttle that Super E8ight JFK Airport Parking advertised. All three numbers rang and rang with no one picking up. Finally, someone picked up and gave vague directions to where to be, saying that they would be there in 30-45 minutes. The person on the phone was impatient with any questions, although the lack of information they were provided necessitated questions. We waited for 30 mins and called back looking for an ETA. Again, after getting a busy signal or the phone ringing and ringing someone picked up and rudely just said 45 mins. I explained that we were already waiting for 30 minutes and that someone else told us a similar estimate when we called. I pressed for an ETA and the guy gruffly said, "So you want me to lie to you?!?" I told him that I didn't want that but simply an ETA. I realized that I wasn't going to get very far with this person so I suggested that we take an Uber to the restaurant, asking if they would bring our party's cars there when we arrive. The guy on the phone seemed to half promise, saying "we'll do our best." So my girlfriend and I and her stressed parents get in a cab and head to the restaurant. When we get there, no one is there. The phone is ringing off the hook and there are other people trickling in who have also landed, looking for their cars. Turns out that the shuttle didn't arrive for anyone. There was a couple with a toddler and an infant also waiting in the restaurant as the phone rang and Hot 97 blared on the radio. We waited and waited. A few times, people who come into the restaurant and we'd ask them if they were affiliated with parking and they said no. After over an hour of calling and waiting, we decided to call the police. We didn't know what else to do. Thankfully, the police came quickly. All of a sudden, as soon as the cops came, someone connected to parking came into the restaurant yelling, "Who called the cops!" The cops confronted the man and told us that they were called literally the night before about the same thing. The cops took our license plate numbers and explained the racket: In short, there is no lot. These people lie and park cars on the street. After a while, the cops told me that they found my car using license plate camera technology in the traffic lights. My car was parked 40 blocks away! Then and only then did the "parking" attended arrive with my car. No explanation, no communication of any kind. Just left my car double parked with the keys in ignition. We got home after 3am on New Years instead of 11pm. The stress and toll of the experience was horrible and I feel lucky that I didn't have any windows broken or my car towed or even stolen. read more

People are paying to park their cars in a parking lot meanwhile the cars are actually being left on different streets where they can potentially be damaged or stolen. 311 has been called to report them before and they keep repeating these same habits. We went away for 2 weeks and watched our car being driven over 500 miles on our tracking app. When we got our car back the front bumper was very scratched. If I could give these people zero stars I would, but you have to give at least 1 to be able to post your review. These people are con artists, there is no parking lot. We were directed to this place by way.com. We thought it was a legitimate business but it is all a scam. The so called owner told us he has about three parking lots to put your car in. They lie they will park your car somewhere on the street. They have signs that say park here in some small lot that can only fit about three cars. When we were trying to find this place the address they gave us took us to someones home. We contacted way.com and after sometime we went less than a half a block and we saw some skinny, sly looking smoked out dude in the street on a cell phone telling us to pull over. Because we spent so much time trying to find this place, that unfortunately we had already paid for, we didn't have time to go anywhere else. We were catching a flight out of JFK. The so called owner told us to call them whenever we return and they will pick us up from the airport. That was also a lie. We arrived back six days later and called them several times and no answer. I forgot to mention we spoke with that sly, cunning looking man the night before and he assured they would pick us up when we called. We had to evenunalloyed take an Uber to the spot where we dropped our car off. We we got there we saw our car parked on the street. No one who works at this scamming company was around. We called way.com, we called the phone numbers they gave us and one of the numbers didn't even work. We met a guy there who said he had been waiting for the keys to his car for about 4 hours . Eventually some one came and said he only works here he'll try to help us. He said he was going to the office to look for the car keys. We watched him go across the street to a parked car and in the car he looked for our keys . There office is a parked car! Can't even make this stuff up if I wanted too. They need to be shut down permanently and put where con artists belong. We parked our car here for almost a week. The day that we departed, it was difficult to find the office. We originally found the parking lot and circled the block a few times before we figured it out. Once we got there, it took us a while to get service and move our car into the parking lot. I found this quite odd considering the fact that we were the only customers there. The man who helped us on this day appeared to be the owner. He took us to JFK and helped us with our bags. Later in the week, we returned and were driven back to the lot along with three other passengers. When we arrived, a small part of the lot was occupied by a group of people who were barbecuing and playing music. The van that transported us there parked directly in front of the lot exit. My partner and I were blocked in by that van and two other cars that were parked around us. I have no idea where the driver went after he got out of the car. We asked the man, who had assisted us on our departure day, if the van could be moved so we could exit the lot. He told us to go out of the entrance. Driving out of the entrance posed a major obstacle due to the number of cars around us and the way that they brought our car out in the first place. We were dangerously close to a bunch of parked cars and were at risk of scratching them. Luckily, after a great deal of patience, we were able to safely exit the lot and go home. However, I find this particular encounter to be quite unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and we do not intend on using them in the future. read more

Difficult to find the location. Service is not good. Could not avail the shuttle for either pick-up or delivery -- they told me it will be a long wait, taxi ride is about $15 for each way. You drop off and pick up on a busy road, so moving kids, lugguage is tough. They returned the car very dirty. I had to wait while they went somewhere to get the car. They must have parked it on grass somewhere. Overall, terrible experience and I was worried about my safety in the neighborhood. I would have liked to give it a "0" star! read more

Max 2 stars. I called for the shuttle and they said it will arrive in 30mins. When they didnt show up, I called up again after an hour and they said there is no shuttle, so take the Uber. Thats very unprofessional. First of all, they are supposes to provide the shuttle within 25mins like they advertise and secondly I shouldnt be paying for the Uber. When I arrived and complained about this treatment, all they said was this is how it is. Take it or leave it. Also, the guy (James I think), who gets the car , expect tips just for handing you the keys. DO NOT USE THIS PARKING COMPANY ON WAY.COM. Our car was delivered with a nearly full tank. We picked it up on a nearLY empty tank, which we noticed after a few miles of driving. Then we discovered why: it had been used as a Grub Hub delivery car during our 5 day absence: hence, the additional miles on the car and the lack of gas. A Grub Hub stub with delivery instructions for the driver was left in the car. Even worse is that someone or some people had the audacity to SMOKE in our car! read more

It was a nerve wrecking experience using this parking facility. There was a single guy who is managing it, responsible for both picking and dropping off passengers as well as doing the paperwork when you drop off your car. Unless you have over 1hr extra to go through the process, you run the risk of missing your flight. I waited atleast 25min to drop my car as there was no one at the parking office. The parking guy was extremely rude too in his interactions. I couldn't wait for the parking staff to drop me at the airport as I would have missed my flight. I ended up taking Uber.
