Aside from the nightmare of an airport that JFK is, with constant construction affecting traffic & road paths, the long term parking remains steady. I did have some difficulty taking the tram from LTP to the actual terminal bc of the color-coded maps (I'm color blind). Parking here for a week runs about $250 currently. read more

JFK long term parking was just what we needed. Made reservation on line, pulled up day of, zero issues checked in, and we hopped on our shuttle bus to the airport. Service was perfect. Coming home I contacted them told we arrived they told us to meet at a specific place outside our terminal and they arrived within 10 minutes. When we got to the lot our car was waiting outside. Great delivery, service was excellent staff was professional. Zero issues would highly recommend. I know they are a bit pricey than other lots but well worth it. read more

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Lousy customer service. Dropped my vehicle there on Fri 8/2/24 and when I picked it up on Mon. 8/5, the windshield had a huge, long crack on it! They tried to say it was caused by the wiper blade. But the windshield was in good condition when I brought it in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I followed instructions, called once we picked up our luggage. We were outside waiting as instructed, and the van pulled up in the middle of the airport caos. A family who just showed up, jumped ahead and were picked up. I tried to explain that i was there first, with my son who is in the spectrum, but they don't have a system of who calls first. I called the office to complaint, and the guy on the phone was just rude, he said that the van is a "COMPLEMENTARY" service. However another company pulled up, and the driver called by ticket number. If you use this company be prepared to jump to the middle of the street, between other cars that are picking up other passengers. This is America, have another organized system embark who called first, this is not a Jungle, "which monkey jumps first". I work in customer service and the first thing I do when a customer expresses dissatisfaction, is empathize and address the concern. The guy on the phone, was rude and made it sound like they were giving me something free. To top it off, he mentioned that another van would be picking us up in 2 minutes, which turned out to be 15 minutes. When the other van showed up, same situation occurred, luckily we ran. This was a great option for parking @ JFK and I will continue to use this in future the times I'm forced to fly out of that airport. Arrival was fairly quick and easy. Unfortunately we pulled into the lot just after the shuttle left (looks like they only run shuttle). Took us a while to empty the car, but check in was quite quick. We had to wait a few min for the shuttle, which was not bad. First complaint was that after we were all loaded and on our way out, another car pulled in, and our shuttle driver stopped and waited for those occupants to come. So this was a waste of time for us. Pickup was okay. We waited about 10-15min. However the shuttle was full... the driver didn't want me to stand, so I just had my son sit on my lap so I wouldn't have to wait another 15min+ for it to come back around. read more

JFK Long Term Parking was a great deal $20 for 24hrs. The AirTran and shuttle bus are available to take you to the various terminals. We used the AirTran because it was faster, free, came every 5 minutes and they were actually seats on the AirTran when it arrived. At first I was skeptical about using JFK Long Term parking but I didn't want to use the offsite random parking lots. So I weighed the pros and cons and I felt safer using a parking lot associated with the airport. The only downside is if you are picking up your car late at night the parking lot is isolated. They do have cameras set up but it would be nice to actually see a person. read more

We have used this parking lot in the past but never again. After calling and waiting 30 minutes for a pickup, we were told to wait by #6 outside. Their driver stopped at #5 when there was plenty of space at #6. They then had an entire van filled with people who were in the wrong location and our family had to wait another 30 minutes for pickup. When calling back to explain, the person gave no new time of a pickup, was rude and said "just wait". How about the people who never even called for the pickup, nor was at the correct spot wait. A little reassurance would have been appreciated vs throwing their hands in the air saying "oh well". After 10 years parking here. Never again. They raised their rates and lowered their service. I recently parked here for just over 2 weeks. When I arrived a nice gentleman put my bag in the shuttle and we left within 5 minutes. I ended up returning a day earlier than planned, and when I called the office at 1:00am local time someone picked up right away and told me no problem picking my car up early. He reminded me to call when I arrived and had all my bags. I ended up getting a ride to the lot from a friend but called when I was on my way. Sure enough when I arrived my car was right out front waiting for me; such a welcome sight after a long flight. Checkout was quick and easy. This was my first time using the JFK Long Term Parking. The BIGGEST TIP I can provide is book in advance on their website. It was easy, convenient and found a parking spot no problem. I will only book in advance from now. Easy to go from your car to the Air Train that takes you to the airport terminals. If you have been to SFO Airport, it is very similar when moving between terminals on the Air Train. read more

Parking your car for a long trip should not be a problem. We searched for good reviews and were surprised at how many unsatisfied customers were out there. How ever this company was great. We parked the car where the sign said to park. Left the keys, and used their bathroom. The van was right there and we were at the terminal in no time. When we were back two weeks later, we walked from our hotel to the parking lot. While walking we called and our car was ready for us when we got there. No surprises on the bill that was set up before we got there. You can use your AAA discount there to save a little money. read more

"Holy Dump Truck Batman!" A dump this place is not! I'm not a frequent traveler so I get worried about these parking lots would have hidden fees or even outright just not care about your vehicle and damage it being careless. But this place is the bomb! I left my vehicle here for 3 days and upon arrival at like 5AM they were attentive, curious and the process was simply painless. Upon returning to the best place on earth, New York City! I called as instructed and they had someone pick me up at airport and my vehicle was already waiting for me at the entrance. I paid and left...it was SO EASY! Traveling can be hectic and sometimes stressful but if you plan on parking I suggest you make a reservation at this place just to speed up the process. I posted a scathing review of my experience a few weeks ago when the phone lines were down and customers were left stranded in the cold with no way of contacting for pick up- and then the complete lack of customer awareness and smarts by the manager on duty in their office. Well honest reviews hold people accountable. I posted that review the night it happened I was so furious. A senior manager (not sure if he was the owner) Mo reached out to me via phone and email first thing the next morning. He was extremely apologetic, and instead of defending a situation explained to me that they intend on fixing the situation so it never happens again, and also that they will speak to the staff to learn how to handle situations better. He refunded my parking and encouraged me to please use the service again as this was not a usual occurrence. I am hoping that this situation has taught them a lesson- but I was satisfied with the attempt to fix the situation and appease the customer- this establishes trust and no doubt makes me more confident about leaving a valuable car with them. As I mentioned in my initial review- the drop-off experience was fantastic (and I had used them in the past and had a great experience overall) but the return home was terrible- but hopefully this problem has been rectified. You need to have a BACK UP NUMBER, or mobile text number unrelated to your hard wired phone lines. Always need a back up. I was impressed with Mo's candor and desire to resolve this issue- it gives me a lot more faith in them moving forward. I am open to giving them one more chance. But it better not happen again- or if it does, they need to have staff that use their brains and empower them to just go- sorry, here's your free parking, we stuffed up, and move on. This location is inexpensive for a very good reason! Their services are equally as cheap. My car now has a scratch: 2021, they advised me to message the video/pictures to a 347 phone number; fast-forward 2 months later and I have not been able to have the owner call me back. I ended up fixing my car and they were not responsive or took accountability. I went as far as reporting them to way.com and they were little to no help. The Drivers are also reckless, one man got on top of the sidewalk, hitting the car to the right w their mirror. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. Someone on Nextdoor recommended them. I easily made my reservation online, used my aaa membership for an additional discount. Keep in mind, your maps/waze will bring you to the lot on the corner, keep going down conduit ave as it's a bit farther down. It's pretty well marked. When I arrived I quickly took some pictures of my car, went inside and handed over my car key (no personal keys). Within less than 5 mins of arriving, I was already in a bus on the way to the airport. Do they drive fast? Yes, so buckle up, but that means we're also making it on time! Thank God he put the pedal to the metal because jetblue security was HORRENDOUS and took me an hour to get through. Pick up was super easy, once I reached the baggage claim (terminal 4 this time) I called, gave my ticket number, and he directed me to the second island under letter C. Within 10 min he was there - do be aware on busier days to keep an eye out for them. They can't always pull over to the side and wait, just remember that light blue jfk logo. I had a few other people on my bus, I heard one mention that this is the only place she uses. As I arrived, I didn't see my car but by the time I paid, she was there in her full glory. We got lost trying to get there, missed exit 1W. Went all around the mulberry bush and finally decided to . They directed us to them with explicit instructions and we finally found them. You pay when you return to your car. We came back a day earlier, due to an impending storm and called once we got out the airport. They picked us up in 15 min and they had to dig our car out from the lot, as it was way in the back. We only paid around, $80 for three nights. The lot is secure and open 24/7. The guys are professional and take good care of your vehicle. We'll use them next time. read more

Was picked up promptly on my return as well, the pick up van was actually there waiting. I'd definitely use them again. Although they advertise no reservations required we're lucky we did since it was over 4th of July week (we saw other "walk-ins" get turned away). Arrival was smooth, we were promptly taken to the airport with another family shortly after arrival. I'm giving them 3 stars because unfortunately our arrival wasn't as smooth. We waited over 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport which was frustrating because they told us 5 minutes and 5 minutes again when we called to check in after 15 minutes. While waiting we saw 2 Spot Hero vans go by One thing to note is that if you use the AAA discount it's on the full value, not the promotional value advertised on the homepage. We also were charged an additional day for a Saturday to Saturday reservation because we dropped off the car around 7am and picked it up around 6pm. read more

I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. The owner/manager is rude as hell. One of HIS employees made a mistake and gave us someone else's receipt, stating that the bill was paid. We took our vehicle and left. The manager or whoever this man is, calls us and begins to go off. He's stating that we did not pay or bill. He then asks us to give credit card information over the phone. When we refused he gets angry and starts accusing us of not wanting to pay the bill. We have no problem paying the bill, however this was not or error and being rude to paying customers is not the way to go, especially when we didn't cause the issue. Extremely slow to pick up. I had to call 3x over 40 mins to get picked up. Then we get back to the lot with a full bus packed and they have 4 buses sitting in the lot unused. Convenient location, appears secure, reasonably priced. I usually fly out of Boston, so I was surprised to learn that the majority of airport parking search results around JFK turn up what look like websites for established businesses, but are actually just 'some dude' who has you park on the street near his house and then drives you to the airport in his family's 1998 Dodge Caravan. This is a brick and mortar airport parking operation with a well-lit lot and proper shuttles. It is also right on the perimeter of the airport near the terminals so it is unlikely that a traffic issue will impede your shuttle ride. I'll be back next time I fly from JFK. read more

While there are other places to park near JFK which may be less expensive, the Long Term Parking lot gets me out of the airport the fastest for the lowest cost. For $18 per day, they're much less than Laguardia's $36/day for their long term. A Howard Beach airtrain gets me to the terminal in a few minutes. I also like that they take EZ Pass for quick payment. read more
