Jesus has redeemed himself. He came yesterday to clean my spa. I'm happy to be able to use it again. I have ordered weekly spa service from the company. I will update this review once we have some more history of service. But as of now this is the update because I liked the service of the first cleaning but he was late and he complained about how far away I was for him them . I put in a request via Yelp for a quote and he was the only one who responded which is good for him. I give him props for his keen business skills and quick response. read more

This was the Worst experience ever! And we were charged $150 for NOTHING!! The technician made an appointment that he failed to keep. When he finally showed up 2 days later to fix the heater he had to "phone a friend" for instruction and determined a sensor was needed which had to be ordered. We gave him $150 for the call which was to be applied toward the repair. Several days and phone calls later he returned with the part but wanted to charge an additional $300 for installation. PLUS the $150. UNBELIEVABLE!! He had an attitude when we refused to pay and walked out With the part. We're reporting this business to Consumer Affairs. read more

Jesus came by, and he checked out my spa. He seemed very knowledgeable and had a confident positive demeanor, he pointed out some potential electrical concerns. Since then I had an electrician check out my electrical box and right he was. The electrician made the adjustments needed to be done and moving forward Jesus will be servicing my spa. I'm happy he came thru and helped me out (I'm a brand new spa owner) so I had plenty of novice questions. Our hot tub stopped heating and our pool service person was not able to or available to fix it for weeks ...and my daughter was having a bday party/pool party the next weekend. Jesus responded to my message quickly (I found JFS on Yelp), showed up and diagnosed the problem (which was different from what our pool person said), and fixed it the next day. He also uncovered a leak that our pool person never shared or noticed. Everything is working perfectly now. Jesus Felix is absolutely amazing. He was able to come within a few days and is very knowledgeable about Hot Tubs. I have a Strong Industries Inc above group spa that was purchased in late November and it was not hot at all. The water was cold. Jesus was able to come and check it out and fix it on the spot in about 45 minutes. He also cleaned the Hot Tub with a hose, checked chlorine levels, scrubbed the insides, and said the water would be hot in 24 hours. I checked the temperature 18 hours later and it was already hot at 104 degrees. read more

Very disappointed with this company. I contacted Jesus to do a pool estimate for a project. He never showed up. He didn't even bother to respond to my phone call to check to see if he was going to arrive. Just ghosted on me. I wouldn't have given this business a bad review had he cancelled. I allocated time out of my day to wait for them to come. The VERY least you can do if you plan to flake is to give a person a call to inform them that they aren't going to make it to an appointment that you agreed upon. I found JFS on Google and they had great reviews. I spoke with Jesus and he was able to come and give me a same day quote. He was a lot more affordable compared to another quote we received and he was able to start service that same day. My grandmother had not serviced her pool for a long time and it looked like a swamp. Jesus drained it, washed it, and filled it back up. The pool looks completely different and I'm so excited to swim in it again! Jesus is a nice guy and will now be the one to provide regular maintenance on the pool. The maintenance prices are very affordable as well! read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The heating system in my above ground jacuzzi went out and I needed it fixed asap. I reached out to 7 or 8 different places (on a Sunday) and Jesus from JFS was at my house fixing and cleaning the hot tub within 30 minutes (before most places even gave me a response) and gave me a lower price than the other quotes I received. I used JFS for my pool service for most of this past year. There were many times when the pool man would not show up for the week. Sometimes even going 2 to 3 weeks at a time not showing up. Then one day the pool guy says that he's been accidentally going to a wrong house this entire time instead of ours. Multiple times Jesus would come in and turn on the pool heater and water so it would keep overflowing leaving me with very high water and gas bills. I have it all on camera. I'm so glad we went with JFS. I knew absolutely nothing about spas so when Jesus came round he patiently explained everything to me. After draining all the nasty khaki coloured water he thoroughly scrubbed the surfaces, cleaned all the gunk out of the filter and did a chemical check. Now our water is crystal clear and we love it! I called on a Wednesday asking if he had any availability to come take a look at my broken hot tub. He told me on that phone that he was driving and if I text him my info with my address and photos of the hot tub he would take a look and give me a call back when he was not driving. I never heard back until Saturday when he called me to inform me he was outside my home and asking if he can open the gate to come on to the property. There was absolutely no contact in the in between. No appointment had ever been scheduled and now he is at my home when no one was there. That seemed extremely weird but I thought maybe he got confused and I was desperate to get it fixed. We made plans for him to leave and come back on Monday from 11am-12pm. I waited all day on Monday. I called and texted multiple time and still have never received word back. This whole process has not only been extremely unprofessional but creepy as well. Showing up to someones house when an appointment was never scheduled is creepy! I recommend taking your business literally anywhere else. read more

Jesus is magnificent. We had a pool emergency and I called JFS and Jesus was at my building in less than an hour. He was very good at explaining the problems and I felt comfortable that the services he was providing were actually needed. He was reasonable in cost and extremely polite and worked around my schedule. Issues with our pool kept arising and Jesus came 3 days straight until he fixed the problem.
