They let me know that it was a 50:50 chance that the iPad could be repaired but would give me a complete refund if it didn't work. Now having conducted business with him, what I can say is that James is a gentleman who provides very fair prices, great service, and super helpful tips. I called in the schedule an appointment early in the morning and he encouraged me to come in, so he could inspect my phone to get a better understanding of what my problems were. Ben was able to replace the screen the same day and even include a screen shield! My phone looked brand new :D. Unfortunately, as soon as I got in my car I realized that my rear camera was not working...it was working prior to the screen replacement. I immediately brought the phone back and was told that I'd have the option of replacing the camera part. Given the situation I figured I'd be better off taking my business somewhere else.
