I have been very pleased with Heritage Cleaners. The employees are very friendly and I haven't had any issues with the dry cleaning. About one week ago I went to pay with a credit card and they pointed to a new sign saying there is a 3.95% charge for using debit and credit cards. I quickly put my credit card back in my wallet and pulled out cash. As I pulled away I was deeply disappointed with their new fee since the amount seemed high to me. I did a little research and the average merchant fee is about 2% for credit cards and even less for debit cards. They are charging double the actual fee. I guess they could have raised dry cleaning prices and hid the amount within the higher prices, but to try to charge double their cost with a pass-down charge is excessive and a possible deal breaker. I'm looking for another dry cleaners. Service - 5 stars Stupid Credit Card Fee at double the rate - 1 star Average - 3 stars

They obviously laid my brand new silk pants in liquid that soaked through both sides, husbands button downs came back with drip marks down the front that weren't there before.. & when I complained to the owner that i wasn't sure i could trust them to do the job correctly... HE ROLLED HIS EYES & SAID I COULD LEAVE THEM TO BE CLEANED OR NOT.. UP TO ME.. NO Apology on the rush job we didn't have our clothes in time for.. Avoid this place like the plague & don't let them ruin your clothes!
