I was on the side of the road with a flat tire that only had 12000 miles on it and Big I Tires wouldn't honor the warranty on the tire. I missed a pre-anasthesia appointment because of this, and I had to drive almost 100 miles to the Big I Tire store and they tried to sell me another tire for $220.00 instead of honoring the warranty. I called ahead and they said the warranty was good at any Big O Tires. I drove all the way to the store in Idaho Falls because it was the closest to me. read more

Came over from Jackson on a Saturday to get my tires balanced. They said an hour and a half, I expect that on a Saturday and not an issue as they have a phenomenal work area with power, chargers and really good WiFi. About an hour later the person helping me showed me the reason why my car was bouncing, the right rear tire was really messed up and needed attention. Rather than trying to sell me the most expensive tires, I did the proper thing and replaced all four, he suggested a very reasonably price product. Bottom line, I was out the door with four new tires within an hour and a half. Going back next Saturday to get an alignment so this doesn't happen again. Customer for life!!! read more

She has yelled at employees in front of customers and not only that but called them degrading, inappropriate names in front of customers as well. I will never support a business that does not treat employees well. If you have a problem with someone, you handle it in private and take into account the severity of the mistakes. I have to give a big shout out to this store. I seldom give a 5 star review simply because I feel there is always room for improvement. We are traveling in our RV and noticed a tire start to separate. We thought for sure it would delay our trip at least 2-3 days. Nope, they had 6 tires in stock, we dropped them the keys, they started working on it immediately, and we were back on the road again in a couple of hours. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Always a great experience when I come here. They are crowded sometimes, but the work is always done in a reasonable amount of time. It's an auto shop, so you'd anticipate a little grime even in the waiting area. Not so here. It's fairly well maintained. They've got everything you'd need while waiting for your tire repairs to be completed: comfortable places to sit, magazines to read, hot coffee & hot chocolate. I've always paid a reasonable price for new tires, balance, rotations, alignments & repairs. Is there really anything else to say? Nope. I'm a loyal customer! read more

We hit one of the competitors closer to the freeway first and after 30 minutes wasted checking for a new tire he said it'd be the end of the day before they could get to it. Very unprofessional. I checked my lug nuts after getting home from having my tires replaced and they were way overtorqued. I measured the torque over 200 lb-ft. When my car's spec is 101 lb ft. Also I arrived for my appointment ontime, they made me wait half an hour before my car was even pulled in the garage, then they took 2 hours to replace my car. Then I found out my car had been finished and the ticket was on the desk to get checked out for half an hour. The only reason they even noticed is because I Went up and asked what the hold up was. I'm going to take the wheels off and inspect my lug nuts, studs and rims to make sure they weren't damaged and then put the wheels on like a professional would, to spec. On 8/13/21, we had a blow out on our 5th wheel & we called to ensure they had the tire we needed. Pulled in & was told 30-45 minutes. We maybe waited 25 minutes-wow! They changed our tire & were so kind, they inspected & checked all the tire pressure on the 5th wheel tires along with the ones on our truck. Above & beyond service, super nice & professional. Bought Big O tires from this place a few years back. Started having flat tires frequently, and they refused to do anything about it. They ended up breaking the spare tire system under my Yukon and just stated that they break all the time. Unwilling to fix again. Their final solution was to give me cheap rims because they were unsatisfied with others that I would buy elsewhere. I have been driving with a shake for awhile. Finally was able to afford to get new rims and tires through another place and my Yukon drives like it's brand new! Do not buy anything from this business ever! In my many visits I have seen others with the same issues and again they are unwilling to fix the problem. I made an appointment to get winter tires put on my vehicle and to get the tires aligned if necessary. When I first arrived, they couldn't find my appointment on their calendar, but said they would fit me in. After waiting for 2 hours, I checked to see how things were going, and was told the alignment was done, but that there were still 5 or 6 other customers ahead of me to get their tires worked on. When I said I had an appointment to work on the tires, they said that tire work is first come first serve and that they would get to me as quick as they could. This is my first time making an appointment at Big O, but I've made plenty of appointments at Discount Tire, and when you make and appointment with Discount Tire, they honor that appointment and put you ahead of other walk-ins. read more

I called to get credited for the work, since it hadn't been completed, and they said they had no record of my appointment. In short, they are shady, at best - a tire place that can't rotate tires??? Had to put new winter tires on my Lexus. (Priced well by the way with 80k warranty).When I Tried to drive away, my car wasnt accelerating. Had to return and spend there more 3 hrs with no succes on figuring out what the issue was. Was sent to a different service center to fix the problem. Had to stay overnight in Idaho Falls since everyone was closing for the day (coming from JH, Wyoming). I came in with a new alloy wheel to replace the one I had broken and needed to have my tire mounted and spun balanced. They told me it would be about a half hour, and they were almost right. And not only that, the charge to get that done and then have the spare wheel taken off and put in its storage location was cheaper than anyplace I have previously been too. so here is the story. I was driving and my tire pressure monitor was freaking out. I didn't know what to do. I was freaking out. I pulled in to big o tires and didn't even have to get out of the car. I was met with an air hose and a guy who came and checked the pressure in all of my tires. I was amazed when I asked how much do I owe and the guy said nothing. what great service. I went in today to have new tires I brought in mounted to a an expensive set of new wheels which I also brought in (not installed on my truck). I asked them to please be careful as they are very expensive. They took the wheels and when they finished, one of the guys started loading them into my truck before I got out there. I told him I wanted to look at them before he loaded them because they were two different sizes and I wanted to make sure they were mounted on the correct tires. He hurried and put one of them in the truck. When he was getting the other wheels, I looked at the one he put in and there was a large scuff across the front of the wheel. I asked him about it and he said there was no way that the machine could have done that. I would not recommend these guys to anyone and would, in fact, tell people to avoid them altogether. Very shady!! Went to this Big O to have tires put on our vehicle before traveling back to Colorado, pulling our 30 ft. camper. Had originally contacted out local Glenwood Springs, CO. Big O store but they could not get the tires in before we left for our trip. Everything started off bad after calling the store in Idaho Falls when the guy there tried to say there were only 2 tires of my kind in the whole nation, we would probably have to get 4 new tires... I only needed 2. I contacted the store in Glenwood Springs and the gentleman there called the store in Idaho falls to tell them where to get the tires from. To which I got the excuse of, we forgot about that supplier... REALLY? Or did you just want to sell me 4 new tires...? So they get the 2 tires in that I need and we ask them to align the truck so they won't wear like they were before... of course, we need new upper and lower ball joints. They wouldn't align it until we did the ball joints. I told them to put the tires on, we would have that work done when we returned home, but they proceeded to put the brand new tires in the front where they wouldn't align it... Took the truck in 3 weeks later to the Glenwood Springs, CO. store, to have the ball joints done, and we get a call back from them saying our ball joints are perfectly fine. They do not need to be replaced. Thank you, Idaho Falls, ID. store for really trying to screw us bad... NOT COOL!! We would have spent $681 for work that didn't need to be done. From the very beginning they lied and tried to get us for things that didn't need to be done. Would have never bought the tires there in the first place, but we needed them for the trip home. Don't do business here! Today I brought in my car to have 2 wheels rebalanced and mounted. They took my car to the back where no body could see what was going on. They jacked up my car underneath the front fender to get to the wheel. They put the jack on the bottom of the fender, not on the brace they are suppose to in order to lift the car properly and bent the crap out of the bottom of the fender making it out of alignment with the door. After confronting them about it they said it was like that when it got there and my fault even though it was obviously caused by their jack (the bends in the metal are shaped like the round top of a jack). These guys have no clue what they are doing and can't even man up to their mistakes. In the past I have taken many vehicles to them thinking they were good and have been satisfied but after today they have lost my business. Either go somewhere else or take pictures of your car before you hand them the keys to prove their fault if something happens. read more
