I was near Jiffy Lube when my tire pressure sensor came on. I'm on crutches and couldn't bend down to check the tire pressure. I pulled into Jiffy Lube to see if they could check them. Not only did they do that, they filled the tires up. And checked the computer codes because of a warning on the dash. They did all of this free of charge. And they were incredibly friendly and offered advice on the repairs needed. read more

I really really really wanted this to be a great experience since this location is so close to my house and my husband was in and out of there in a "jiff" just last week. I pulled in and there was only one other car being worked on. About an hour later I was notified that they are still waiting on the air filter from across town to be delivered. After waiting for over an hour outside because there were no masks being worn by anyone inside, I drove away. The tire pressure in both my front and back is still low even though I was told they would be checked and refilled if needed, my check engine light on my car is now on and they failed to reset my oil life indicator. I was then told I could probably find a coupon online that could possibly save me some money for my inconvenience. Everyone was friendly and nice but I'm not sure I received the $100+ service I just paid for. I guess I will still be driving across town to Valvoline where I wait in my car and the service is complete in 20 minutes or less. I would recommend you do the same. read more

We were traveling across the country and needed an oil change so I looked up Jiffy Lube and found this one in a convenient location. However, they told me that they could do a conventional oil change and that Jiffy Lube was phasing those out. Freaking liar! My car has 122,000 mikes in it and I've mostly gone to Jiffy Kubes across the country and always used conventional oil. Next oil change in Utah I got conventional oil no problem. This is the worst place ever!! I have never experienced such poor attitudes. It seemed like they went out of their way to get out of doing any work. Because my vehicle was close to one hundred thousand miles they wanted to turn me down, I also needed a transmission service and they wouldn't touch it because I told them it was past due and was making a little noise. Why be in the business of auto service if your team's incompetence scares them from doing the work they advertise. read more

Initially I called ahead to ask if there was any oil change specials going on and was quickly prompted with a No. I did a quick Google search and found that particular store being brand new was offering $15 off an oil change service. I arrived to a brand new facility which was clean and staff was friendly. They quickly brought my car inside the shop to do the requested oil change service. Inevitably ten minutes into service I was greeted with all the things wrong with my vehicle (typically no surprise, there's always something -- even my car being newer with low miles) I was told I was coming up on a rear diff service within the next 10k miles. Puzzled I asked "my car is a FWD car, it shouldn't have a rear diff should it?" I was told "no your car is an AWD car and will need service soon" --- fast forward after getting underneath my car it doesn't have a rear diff. I was told I was coming up to a spark plug change and when asked to visually see the spark plugs that were going bad I was told they hadn't removed them but just recommended replacement. I was presented with my cabin air filter needing to be replaced. Agreeing with the friendly CSR that it was dirty and needed to be replaced the quote to change as astronomical at $40 + tax. Typically Autozone/Orileys charges $10-15 for the filter. I understand there is cost to labor but for them to take out both filters in under 5 minutes and put them back in less than 5 I decided to purchase the filter on my own and do it myself. The rest of the prices they offered seemed quite high. $70 for just a synthetic blend oil change and nearly $100 for a fully synthetic 5quart change. After a semi poor experience and being lied to about my vehicle I have decided to find another shop to take my vehicle for service in the future. read more

My 2021 Silverado- charged 221$ for a oil change and air filter said I didn't have oil on my dipstick- even though it was no even close to my my 7500 mile oil change- only 5600 miles on my oil change-cause I'm going on vacation trip- was told I had to pay 29:95- for tire rotation- I said ok- while waiting- seen where tire rotation was free - and told them I I wasn't going to pay for it- they told me - they couldn't rotate my tires - said there lift was broken!! - tried to charge me 30 bucks- they lied to me me 4 different times - said they checked all my fluids - a lie too- since dirt on the plugs hadn't been disturbed!! They are nothing but SHADY Chevrolet dealership would have been half price and not lied about my oil level- trying to save my motor- even though my truck is in warranty and almost brand new! - they even tore my cabin air filters up trying to get them out!! They actually left my give box in the floor unattached- when I got in my truck- said it was already damaged- my truck is almost brand new- stupid- Crazy!! Seems they want to tear up a hard working persons truck to hell- jealous- only thing I can think of!!! read more
