The 15 minute oil change turned into over an hour because the employees wanted to rearrange vehicles which were already lined up in specific service bays (which the employee directed us too in the first place) as one vehicle had been in pulled in for literally 45 seconds in front of us.... Went in for an oil change to try to save a little time from doing it myself like usual. My experience was going great until I was talking to the tech getting ready to leave. I was joking with him about how the skid plate was kind of hard to get on and off. He informs me that he didn't take it off and went ahead and took the oil filter off from the top side and let the oil drain into my skid plate then washed it off by pouring a bottle of soapy water on top of it. I pop the hood when I pull out to see how good he washed it out. I could still see the oil shinning in the skid plate. I ask the tech about it and he proceeded to tell me in a very smart ass tone that if I didn't want oil in my skid plate to change the oil myself then walks away. I will give credit to the manager. She did everything she could to try to fix the situation, but after being talked down to like the tech did to me, I didn't want anything else to do Valvoline. So the time I thought I was saving by not doing the oil change myself will be spent pulling off the skid plate and cleaning oil off of it. read more

They always keep me updated on the wait time and are courteous and friendly. Look online or check the mail for coupons before you go, as you can usually save between $7-$10 for a basic oil change. Pulled in yesterday for the advertised 15 minute oil change. They took my vin, coupon, and tried to sell me a bunch of shit. But after 20 minutes of sitting there y'know what they didn't do? Left there and check engine light came on and oil percentage immediately showed a 4% loss. Took it back the next day, mgr would not engage in eye contact or even acknowledge me. Instead his worker checked things over, scratched his head, went back to mgr which told HIM, not me, it couldn't have been anything they had done. It cost an additional diagnostic fee from my mechanic to fix Valvoline's error of an improperly seated air filter. I wont be back bc of the mgr. I get human error but atleast engage in WANTING to try and help. read more

I would give a zero if I could. Second time with an issue at this location, this time more serious that the first. My drain plug was over tightened during my oil change last year at this location striping the drain plug casing. Resolution was a $594 repair bill that included installation of a new oil pan. I made numerous phone calls to Valvoline in reference to this issue and was continually told that the Area Manager would call me in a few days to discuss. Four weeks later I finally receive a phone call from the Area Manager just for him to tell me he will not cover the complete repair bill. For some reason the Area Manager does not realize that legally a business is responsible for tasks performed by their employees. Just be aware that if you encounter this type of situation at a Valvoline in NWA, the only way to be reimbursed is through legal action. Needless to say, I will never give one penny to a Valvoline store in the future. Valvoline, please train your Area manager in NWA on customer service and customer care, he is lacking in that area. In response to Valvoline C's comment: The issue occurred on March 22, 2022 when my car was leaking oil. It took 10 days to order parts and repair my car. The first time I received a call from the Area Manager was on April 18, 2022 only after I called Customer care twice so that they would prod the Area Manager to respond. On the call on April 18, 2022 is when the Area Manager mentioned an estimate was needed. Could you wait 4 weeks without using your car? I have a copy of my phone records to prove how many times I attempted to reach the Area Manager and show the one time he called me was on April 18th. The Area Manager did not communicate with me at all to work through this process properly. Estimate or no estimate I had to get my car fixed, could not wait 4 weeks to hear from the Area Manager, and the repair cost is what matters not an estimate. Valvoline needs to understand that you may have an Area Manager or two that is not handling a situation properly and someone else should review the case. In the long run it will save you money, and customer loyalty. read more

Had an oil leak about 30 days after my "oil change". They didn't even change the seal ring which cause a terrible leak (supposed to be replaced EVERY oil change), and on top of that didn't even change my oil. I paid $120 for full synthetic, which i was told from another mechanic was most definitely NOT what was in my truck. To make matters worse they told me the oil remaining in my truck has been there for approx 15,000 MILES. Wtf. Don't go here to get your oil changed. They probably let you stay in the car so you can't tell that they're under your car not doing shit. But charging you for it. I didn't think people actually scammed oil changes these days. Horrible place. Do not take your vehicle here. Wife got an oil change and they sold her everything they could that was unnecessary. (Air filters, windshield wipers) Have a pretty new car and never have had any issues. After they finished replacing air filters, wipers, etc...the next day the check engine light came on. Car starter cutting off at every stoplight and when idling low. Took car back and called for a month. Manager was never available and did not end up fixing vehicles problems. Stated the sensors were in areas they were not working. (not true) Just too coincidental that we never had any problems and now after an oil change these issues arise? read more

I had a couple of problems with the first vehicle I took to this shop but was willing to overlook human error. Then I started taking a second vehicle. First, they lied to me and told me my vehicle HAD to have synthetic oil. I wish I hadn't been pressured because I would have realized my car DID NOT come from the FACTORY with synthetic oil. Obviously if it HAD to have it, it would have come off the line that way. Secondly, they replaced a shield backwards on the bottom of the car. I didn't know it until I go on the freeway and it sounded as if the bottom of the car was going to fall out. I took it back to the shop immediately, they told me some screws were missing and it was damaged when they removed it. A good business would have told me there was a problem under my car before I left. Smarter still, you would note problems discussed with a customer on their receipt. When I had the shield replaced, while it was on a lift, it was very clear the shield was on backwards. That was the problem. The techs put it on backwards and then blamed it on someone else. Lie #2 that I know of. Shady, shady, shady. I will absolutely not return to this shop to have my oil changed. It's guys like this that give everyone who works on cars a bad name. I contacted Valvoline and they completely brushed it off and stated my complaint was forwarded to the "independent" shop. I have never heard another thing from any of them even after I made an attempt to follow up. read more

This is a very reputable oil and service change station. They pay close attention to the vehicle and customer needs. Like all service stations there may be add-ons depending on vehicle condition, but you don't feel like they're trying to rip you off with these. Everything is honest and straightforward and done before your eyes. I found this business on Yelp and brought my truck here. i trust them for an oil change and to work with you but not for anything related to tires. i let them rotate my tires and then went back to ask why my car was shaking when i was in the high way. they couldn't really help. i went somewhere else and they told me the tires that had been rotated to the front were too worn and that i should rotate them back or just buy new ones. i should have been more conscientious about rotating them but i would have liked to have known that they needed to be replaced. Update: i've now had them rotated twice in less than a week. read more

I have had a wonderful experience working with these fine folks! About 5 years ago I had a very bad experience with this location. However, they got a new manager in 2013 and their service is fantastic now. They helped me in a time of crises and are very friendly. Bonus: They have female mechanics. I have been supporting male mechanics my entire life, so it's great to be able to support female mechanics as well. Thanks for all of your great work! Wow! Great service. The sign out front says they're under new management. I can tell from the vast difference of my experience compared to the previous reviewer. Quick, friendly service from a team who seems to enjoy working together. Simple explanations about services and products recommended but not pushy. They offered me a good discount for doing multiple services together, ones that I know I needed anyway. They did a free inspection of all my lights - good since you don't always know right away when one is out. Free coffee and cold SODAS in the waiting room! The manager also made the funniest (and clean) joke that I've heard in a while. I'm going to have to steal it to use myself. ;) read more

My son took his car to Valvoline in Rogers for an oil change and their technicians failed to screw the oil filter on properly. They found out in time to keep from ruining their engine because of searching for the burning oil smell. I then took my car by for an oil change but told the attendant about what happened to my son's car and ask if they would be especially careful with my car and he stated he would be doing it himself and assured me it would be fine. One week later, my car died and I asked a licensed mechanic to diagnose my problem. He lifted the hood and said there's your problem. Valvoline had left the cap off my battery and the water had splashed out ruining it. When I called, they said they do not remove caps but my battery has a large red rubber thing that covers the cable on one side and it must be removed to open and look at the cable. Valvoline techs had checked my battery cables because they told me they were corroded and they sprayed some cleaner on them. Wish I had listened to my family and not have taken my car to Valvoline!! Cost me $115.00 for a new battery!! read more
