Our skid plate was not reinstalled on our truck after the oil change. We should've have checked and we normally do after every oil change. Unfortunately we didn't the last time we had our oiled changed. We also never got a call to let us know that had found their "mistake" which makes this appear deliberate. It's frustrating because now we are out the expense of replacing. read more

Always fast, thorough, efficient and friendly. I do full synthetic oil changes on all my cars there periodically, they check all the lights and fluids, tire pressure, air filter, etc. and it takes minutes. Happy customer and will return. read more

Came here based on the other views & very pleased! Super friendly & honest here. The manager Randy told me I didn't need a new filter when I asked after he asked me if I wanted to replace it. I had no idea what I was looking at & if was bad or not so I asked what I was looking at & if I should replace it. I appreciate his honesty! After observing how all the techs handled the other elderly customers I can say this is one of the friendliest businesses. They also keep you updated as you wait as to what they are doing. read more

Both times my friend has visited Jiffy Lube there has been a problem. First, the person changing her oil "forgot " to re-instal the oil cap (S. Peoria, Tulsa), and today the engine cover (Elm Pl, Broken, Arrow) was removed (for what I'm not sure) But, they swear they didn't do it (again like before). The Police were called this time, apparently nothing was seen on camera, but it took the officer an hour to arrive. I'm not saying they altered or deleted their video, but they reviewed the video before the Police arrved, without my a neutral party present. I'm also not directly saying they took the part, but I believe my friend more than I believeI them. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any Jiffy Lube, for fear it is a brand wide problem. read more

I was very pleased from the time I drove up until I left. I observed them work so well as team. They leave the hood up to show you all caps are closed from water reservoir, oil. Brake fluid. Explain all work done in detail and go over manufacture suggestions but a do not pressure you or put you on the spot about it. I was impressed with the speed of service, but never feeling rushed. It was a nice change to have that customer appreciation feeling from start to finish. 5 stars from me. They set the bar pretty high. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! While taking my daughter to take her drivers license test they told us we had a break light out. Myself and another parent both decided to run to this Jiffy Lube based on it's close location. The manager came in and told us we both our cars had 5 lights out and they were 8.00 a piece but that he would work us a deal for 30.00. Being in a rush and our kids needed to get back to take their test we didn't think much about it although it seemed shady. I called my husband and told him what had just happened and he said there is one light that costs 6.00. When he called to confront them about ripping two Moms off they could have cared less. Save your money and go somewhere else. Another Mother told me she went to the Jiffy Lube off Memorial in Bixby and they only charged her 6.00. read more
