He acted as if I was trying to steal an oil change from him. My boss asked that I make sure they put a sticker on the window as he said he didn't receive one on the last trip there. The owner/manager argued with me about the sticker. I did receive a quick oil change but a combative and unfriendly owner/manager will send us elsewhere. I cant imagine acting this way when the oil change business seems to be pretty competitive.

The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.

I've gone here like three times for various reasons and every single time I've came out…read moredisappointed Instance one eye was having some cooling issues and I was like 90% sure it was the water pump or thermostat and I went there and they told me it was my water pump and thermostat and that they would need to be replaced so instead of paying $1796 for two parts I bought the parts at AutoZone for $54 and then I bought 25 quart bottles of coolant and got it done in less than an hour. That was kind of ridiculous. Second instance, I took my girlfriend's car there to get an oil change and it was $70 for an oil change, which is ridiculous. I understand they need to pay their workers and do all the stuff but $70 for an oil change is ridiculous on top of that. They offered me a $40 air filter which is insane when you can get one at AutoZone for like 20 bucks. Instance three I was having some suspension issues so I got it inspected and I knew what the problem was. I just wanted to be insured I was right and they tell me I have no suspension issues when I clearly have a bleeding rear shock and a lower control arm with a lower ball joint that are damaged I've spent over $200 there just to get a bunch of Hooten and Hollerin and wasted time

Anyway, I usually go to a neighboring oil change express in Sand Springs but they were closed Monday so I decided to give these guys a try. I was given a cost considerably higher than what I was used to for an equal quality service and I mentioned this to one of the techs on duty. I decided it was too expensive and drove off to find another only to not even make it out of the parking lot and I decided to just bite the bullet and save the time. When I went back the same tech told me in a very rude way it would be the price he had mentioned and I said that's fine I just need it done. I didn't argue about the price or ask for a discount. I did find a coupon and asked the owner inside if he would honor it and he gladly did so and had a great attitude about it. My issue is with the two techs who performed the work. When it was time to pay I asked if they checked the air filter. He said "No, since you complained about the cost we didn't do any pulls," which the other tech told me he meant he didn't do the actual service that I agreed to pay for. I also asked if they topped off the other fluids and he said no. I asked the other tech if it was part of the normal service and he said yes, those should have been checked as well. He told me to pull back up and he would top off the wiper fluid. I thanked him for doing that and he just walked away. I again said thank you and he continued ti ignore me. Terrible attitude! He didn't even offer to complete the service by checking the air filter or any other items that he had already told me were part of the usual service for which I had already paid. I really hate that the first visit went this way but it's no way to build a relationship with customers. Guess I'll be waiting until my usual place is open on Tuesdays west of town.

I've never been so impressed with any kind of tire or mechanic repair place in my life. I had been to 2 other places before I got here today who had each quoted me a minimum 3 hour wait. My observation at both was that neither had enough available employees to handle the customer demand. When I got to discount tire, a young man named HUNTER came outside and greeted me at my car. They had me in and out more quickly than I could even imagine. The thing that really got my attention was every single employee, which there were plenty of, was so polite in speaking to me - IT WAS OVERWHELMINGLY NOTICEABLE all of the employees were clean shaven & used manners that we all wish our children would use!!! and the price was more reasonable than any of the other two places I have gone to.
