They ordered the part and got it fixed! I dropped my car off the night before and they had it done by noon the next day. The front desk guy, Gavin, is also the sweetest! He asks questions to make sure you get everything looked at that you need to. I had an oil change, and a diagnostic test done, and they switched out alternators. I would 100% recommend and do repeat service with everyone at Al's! They also charge a reasonable price for all of their labor, products, and knowledge, they will not "pink tax" a female!

They claim to be full tow service so I called to have my car towed into their shop I was informed that no they don't do towing, so I asked why they claim to be full tow service when Gary informed me that they provide the phone number for me to call and make the arrangements to have my car towed into their shop, not sure how that makes them full tow service but I can certainly Google a phone number myself. I was also in formed that the online appointment don't coincide with the shops actual schedule. And just because I made the appointment for that day does not mean that is the day they will get to my car. I was at work and didn't have time to find another shop and explain what I needed done. I paid $181 to have my car towed to their shop. I called a few hours later just to make sure my car had been towed in. I was told they hooked a code reader up to the car and he proceeds to tell me a thousand different things that could or couldn't be wrong with the car. I told him I don't care what the code reader says are you going to fix the valve cover gasket which is why I brought it in. He goes on and on about this code reader and how fixing that isn't going to do any good if I don't fix this and this and this. So I said okay don't worry about it I'll come pick up my car because a code reader can give you 10 different codes and from there it's a guessing game. Never asked my car to be hooked up to a code reader I dropped it off explaining what I needed done. He informs me that I owe $87.00. they didn't do anything to my vehicle except hook it up to a code reader that I never asked for and literally takes what maybe 30-40 seconds. so $181 to have it towed, $87 for the 30second effort they spent on my car and the $100+ dollars it's going to be for another tow truck. It cost me over $400 just to have them hook up a code reader. And not the actual repairs I took it in for. After calling other businesses who will actually service my vehicle I was informed my car doesn't even have a valve cover gasket it has a cam carrier... Too bad the code reader couldn't tell them that! I can't even express how much I do not recommend

I took my car there for a tire change and alignment, the tires came out good and the service was…read moredecent. However, the alignment was not done the greatest. Fast forward 4 months I came in with a flat tire to get repaired. Long story short they ended up losing my tire and sent my mom all over town on a wild goose chase. In the end, they found my tire sitting in their shop. Now fast forward 6 months I ended up getting a nail in my rear tire. I also noticed that the front right tire was already getting bald. So I took the whole car in and asked them to repair the tire with a nail in it and also to rotate the tires, and check the alignment. The lady said okay and I asked how much for the rotation which she then said its free. So after the tire was repaired I went to get it and noticed the tires were never rotated. Rather than going back in I decided to do the rotation on my own as it is not very difficult. Unfortunately, it was because the lugnuts on one of the tires were on there so tight an impact drill could not get it off so I used a breaker bar and a lead pipe. I was not able to get it. fast forward 3 months, The tire is bald on the outside meaning the alignment was never done. So I took the tire into the shop and asked for them to fix it. The guy there told me the warranty would not cover it because it was an alignment issue. I told him they had aligned it but he then told me it needs to be aligned twice a year. So on 11/05/22 the tires were installed and aligned then on 9/01/23 they were supposed to be aligned and rotated but weren't. I then gave him the tire and he gave me the quote and told me there would be a new tire on there when I came back later. I then went home and my mom called and explained to them how I should have had the tires aligned on 11/05/22 and aligned and rotated on 9/02/23. The lady then tries to say that I never asked her to do any of that back on 9/02/23. She told my mom that she was not there and basically called me a liar. My mom then asks her for her name and she then hangs up. Later that day my mom went back in to pick up the tire they were supposed to repair and nothing had been done to it. The guy told her he did not know if I wanted the tire to be changed or just inspected which makes no sense, I told him it needed to be changed. He also told me he would change it.

New service manager told me that both front CV shafts needed to be replaced "no grease left in joints" and the Rack and pinion steering gear must also be replace due to excessive play. I removed the axels and found nothing wrong with them, not even a tear in one boot. And the rack and pinion is nice and tight. I returned today and showed the Serv Mgr the axles and asked him to explain. He treated me with total disrespect and did not care that he flat out lied about multiple "needed repairs". We will not be using this company again, not even for a simple oil change. They didn't even bother to grease the top ball joints on my truck when I took it to them last month. Upon taking it in, it was a routine check in/drop off procedure. They got back to me the same day, but here's where they won me over. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went). The point is that these guys could have easily gone the "shady auto shop" route and charged me for something the warranty covered, but instead these guys were honest. John's ended up having to re-do the job that the other shop screwed up. Not only did they fix it right but they took pictures of how they found it And explained how it had been done wrong which helped me get my money back from the other shop.
