We stood there waiting -- and waiting -- while we could literally see employees working inside the garage, yet we were completely ignored. After many minutes of being treated like we didn't exist, I knocked on the garage door. Still nothing. Eventually I opened the door myself and a man working on a car finally looked at us. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if he knew we were out front, he tersely replied, "Yes, I knew. What can I do for you?" When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. We left and went to another U-Haul location where we were treated respectfully and professionally. This experience was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. I will never give my business to a place that treats customers like an inconvenience.

I TOOK MY CAR TO MATTHEW MOTORS IN CLAYTON TO GET fixed due to the brakes would not stop , i ask…read morethem to tell me what was wrong and if they could fix it, they told me the problem and over the next 2 months, i still did not have my car back. they keep telling me the part was defective, 3 times they stated that the part would not work and that is why they could not fix it, then they told me , after more time that it was the programing and 3 times they had to send it to somewhere else to program it, after 2 month , i go to the matthew motors to see what is going on and they state , i'm in luck,they car just got back and it is fixed, i paid the 1784 for the car and drive the car off the lot and get one mile and the same problem happens again, i take the car back to them and they stat that theywill take it some where else to get it fixed, after a week, the place that i took it to lets me know that due to matthew motor not fixing it correctly and putting it in wrong, it has cause another problem and it will cost 1455 to fix , i go back to matthew motors and they tell me them the problem. i tell them i brought it in here for the brake problem and charged 1784 dollars, you give it back with the same problem and state "we couldn't see the other problem so we fixed this" and state "it is not our problem". i am out of almost 2000 and the car is the same way, i took it to them and they refused to fix it and state that the place they took it to, i will have to pay another 1455 for them to fix the real problem. do not take anything to this company. it has changed the name a few days ago but still the same people that work there that stole my money. i am now lookiing into a civil lawsuit and going to the court house tomorrow to see what else i can do. i work too hard to pay bills and live just for them to beat me out of my money and tell me "it is not their problem" cooks and theives. i am out of my car and 1785 just for them to give my car back the same way, i took it to them and steal my money. i have worked for the state for almost 30 years and i work too hard to be taken advantage of my matthew motors, they changed their name 2 days ago but still the same old theives. this is so sad to what they will do to this old lady. dont take you business there, i don't want this injustice to happen to anyone else...give me back my hard-earned money or fix my car right!!!!!!!!!! this is the car dealership that is in front of the school in clayton near the mcdonalds. please dont let them stel your money too.

When we declined the repair, his attitude changed significantly and he became confrontational, to the point that my wife was nearly in tears by the end of the interaction.
