We have been going to that place for 7 years and good thing, we checked inside the hood before leaving and they didn't even add fluids and antifreeze like we asked them to do. He is sixteen and they took advantage of him. A routine change cost us $465. My fault. I should have been there. However, the site and company should have done a better job. What a great team. Covid has changed the dynamic for oil changes. You stay in your car. I saw them take the air filter out - yuck. Totally agreed to have that changed. Mike explained why this was black and I opted for the brake fluid change, (saw that test too - at 300 and purple.. not good!) and a fuel system exchange. I think that's it ... Paul explained what he's was doing and how long it would take. Paul talked me though how to reset the oil life. Very polite! I watched as they systematically did this with two other cars, which didn't need the extras I opted for. All up front and polite. Totally recommend coming here! read more

We have used this Jiffy Lube for years for oil changes. My 19 year son went over today for his first oil change in a 2 year old car with less than 30k miles. He came home with a $451 bill! He was not told the total until checkout, so the work was already done. He only asked for an oil change. Whatever else they told him he thought was apart of the oil change. They proceeded to do the whole work up of $200 in spark plugs, filter, etc. He just got this car 6 months ago from a dealer and did not need any of this. So Jiffy Lube did not take the time to talk to their customer, but instead just railroaded them into unneeded services. Upon a conversation with the manager, the only answer is they go by what the system says. Understand, they have protocols, however you are missing the part where you actually talk to your customer! You totally took advantage of a young kid. The manager never offered any solution or compensation. Instead, the manager apologized that my son didn't know what spark plugs were! Seriously!! As far as I'm concerned this place is sketchy. On the plus side the staff was nice. However I was given a list of things to take care of and I could've left there spending many hundreds of dollars on my two-year-old vehicle if I listened to all the "recommendations". The worst part was it very clearly states on my vehicle that the tire pressure should be 32 and they inflated my tires to 37. I told the gal at the counter, after she told me they put so much air in them due to cold weather (her words), and I left with tires that were over inflated. I have now lost my patience. First we drop our car off for a oil change. We had a check engine light on. There tech on tutt put our spark plugs in backwards my wife with kids in it started shaking in a unsafe way. We get told to take the car to fountain location and its jiffy lubes falut by district assistant maneger Monica. Stays there for a day after we pick it up there manager told us that the tutt tech put the spark plugs in backwards. After a day or so our car started shaking again. We get ahold of the district manager he decides to tell us they will not take fault so we take the car to adam and sons they tell us after diagnostic they used parts that could not take the power for our car. Jiffy lube district Manger wanted me to pay for the diagnostic to figure out there incompetence. He only wants to hear his side. Thursday night goes bye now a week of dealing with this.. The district manager says we won't have the part until Friday morning now it is Friday night and no update no communication and I have no idea what's going on with our car my wife has no car. I am at the point where my wife has no car we have have been out a car for over a week and they won't give our car back I hope no one ever goes through what my family and I are going through I feel helpless dealing with this company. Nice guys but kind of incompetent. Went in for an oil change so they did the full car inspection (fluids, filters, etc..). Of course they took out my air filter to show me it needed to be replaced (I can do this myself so I decided not to have them do it). Once the car was complete the tech brought me out to show me that everything was tight and put back together properly. It was not.. the tech pointed at the air filter compartment and said that was in tact but it was not! The air filter was not secure and they tried to clamp it while it was exposed outside the casing (if I had hit a bump all of that would have fallen apart). Glad I noticed it... Once I was back on the road heading home I realized these bumpkins stripped my car wash identifier sticker off my windshield to put up their oil change sticker.. read more

Got an oil change on my Subaru on 1/31/15 @10:10 am with a respectful Staff. However, as soon I drove away, I smelt burnt oil. I check under my engine with my iPhone camera and it showed oil spill on my exhaust piping close to the new oil filter. I had just barely gotten out of my truck when an employee approached me in the lot asking what I needed done. He was very pleasant, directed me inside and made sure I knew all about the complimentary hot chocolate (oh yeah!) Shortly, someone else was with me to go over my vehicle health and manufacturer recommendations. What I liked most about my visit was that they thoroughly explained all recommended maintenance but didn't pressure me to have anything done. You tell them no once and they move on - awesome! They also break down all of the fees before continuing with any services so that there aren't any surprises when you're ready to pay. Very happy with my experience at this Jiffy Lube. I have been going to different locations the past year or so every time walking away with a frustrated feeling and not very happy with my service. The mechanics and the front desk staff at this location were very helpful and very informative. This is nowhere near the closest location to my home but it is the location I will he frequenting. I put a ton of miles on my car and the Synthetic Oil Groupon keeps me coming back to Jiffy Lube but my experience today will keep me coming back to this Jiffy Lube. My complaint is that there is no WiFi available to customers. That's pretty simple to have available by now. I was planning on doing some work today but ended up with an unproductive hole in the day. But that is relatively minor, I'm quite happy with my experience today. read more

I would certainly recommend this Jiffy Lube based on their integrity. I witnessed them tell an older gentleman, who may have been a bit confused, that he did not need a oil change. This location is very "jiffy" typically. They provide great customer service. They try to update but it's pretty low pressure and offer honest advice and opinions. I had my headlights restored in one vehicle recently and for the cost it was well worth it, they did a fantastic job. Look for coupons they are easy to get and save hundreds a year if you change your oil as frequently as I do because I own three vehicles and am too lazy/busy to do it myself. It's also a must visit for me before road trips as they go over all of the checkpoints you would expect. Michelle is great, and always gives it to me straight as far as what really needs attention and what can wait. read more

The front desk mechanic gave me a few options for oil change types and I chose the Signature Service Synthetic. The price came up to $92, which is the most I've ever paid for an oil change! Last year I got an oil change here and it was the worst experience I've ever encountered. They cut one of the tunes underneath my hood and replaced my oil filter with one that was five times smaller than it should've been. It cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the leaking oil in my car and I'll never recommend this place to anyone. It's amazing to me that they're still open and in business. read more

I've come to this jiffy lube on and off for years. Today however, will probably be my last day. I have been here now for almost 2 hours and I am just now being told my car will get it's oil change. And they don't have the right filter for my car either. My car is also the only car in the bay. People who were here after me have long gone and I am still here waiting. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has no idea what they're doing apparently. I took my car in about 4 months ago for an oil change, since then my car has been leaking oil like crazy, my check engine light has come on, and the other day while I was driving it it lost all power. I drive a 2015!! It was in absolute perfect condition before taking it in to Jiffy Lube who I really thought I could trust. After taking it to the dealership to diagnose the problem they immediately ask who I let change my oil. My poor filter housing is cracked and is leaking oil which has led to a slew of other problems. My 50 dollar oil change through Jiffy has now led me to a 1200 dollar shop bill from Chrysler. Don't take your car here. I'll be telling all my friends and family the same. I wanted to give our community a head's up on a very stressful and costly situation that took place recently. BE AWARE OF JIFFY LUBE. My situation took place on 2/25/18 @ the Tutt blvd . location. I paid over $100 for an oil change to only have them over tighten my oil filter and crack my housing. When I took it immediately back to them, the gentleman stated after inspecting it that he did not know where the oil was coming from, and to take it to a mechanic. I own a 2014 Jeep wrangler unlimited. I immediately drive over to Faircy Boys and spoke with the service dept. about having an oil leak never stating anything about the oil change situation and made an appt.. After they inspected it, they called me and stated that the cause was the crack of the housing of my oil filter, and that they see it was last done by JIFFY LUBE and to contact them to get them to fix it.
