Be Aware...or should I say "Beware". Took my vehicle in for a basic oil change, staff was very friendly, it was a slow afternoon so all the technicians were able to service my vehicle. All said and done - to my surprise when I got home I found Oil dripping on my New Concrete garage floor. I immediately called and the technician informed me that perhaps it spilled over a little and would burn off eventually. Couple days later I found out that more oil was dripping on the floor at my company's parking garage. I called again....this time the technician was more concerned about me coming in to top off the oil than actually looking for the problem. I said Im on my way and about to head in and get this taken care of. But first I figured let me take a peek under the hood myself - can you guess what I found?! They put the oil dipstick in BACKWARDS. And it was hanging OUT!! oil was dripping out from the oil pressure and spraying down the frame and dripping everywhere. Talked to the manager who said he would come to my home and clean the floor with a citrus cleaner. We scheduled a day - He was a No Show!! I called again and left numerous messages, emails, texts. I took my vehicle to the dealership because of a persistent oil drip 2,700 miles since my last oil change at this Jiffy Lube. Initially, I took my vehicle back to this Jiffy Lube, and they wiped off the oil drops around the drain plug and re-torqued the drain plug. Also, they wiped off excessive old oil around the oil filter body housing located above the motor (not under the motor). There was old motor oil all over the power steering box and along the side of the engine because mechanic dropped the old oil filter upon replacing. I had an oil mess over night on my grange floor. 2700 mile later still continued to drip-drip oil to approximately a quart low from the drain plug area. This is the reason I took this vehicle to the dealership. Discovered Jiffy Lube failed to used a standard copper crush washer on the oil plug, and Jiffy Lube over-torqued the drain plug. Total lack of attention to detail and lack of professional supervision. Wait for it..... on that initial visit to Jiffy Lube, I also took my truck in for an oil change. The mechanic showed me the truck's air filter. Months later I find my air filter housing was not secured at all by the factory clips on my F150. Yes, service was fast and friendly, even when I had to get the oil wiped off. But, guys speed & smiles means absolutely nothing if your service is lousy. Complete lack of confidence at this Jiffy Lube location. I hope you guys have fixed your service because people are truly counting on you. If you're going to use this location, I recommend you check their work immediately. read more

Did a Great Job changing Oil right up to the point of charging me 119.00 for a air filter that I can buy for 38.00. I'm all for them making money but thats a little much. They did give me a 50.00 in store credit when I called and talk to a supervisor but don't know if I will ever use it. 2013 Chevy 3500HD 6.6 They told me after I call that my filter is one of the cheaper ones for Diesel PickUps. read more

Fast service with friendly staff. I was able to get in and get through pretty quickly, even with a car in front of me. The staff met me at my car, asked my needs, walked me to the waiting area, and promptly took it from there. Complimentary coffee and water were nice since I stopped in early in the day. It's no frills, but the work gets done without an appointment in a timely manner. Now, they will check your car over and offer services beyond the basics if needed or recommended, but I felt no pressure to purchase any of these items. The service does come at a premium price, so be prepared to shell out some cash for the convenience. Check for coupons online to help out. While in the waiting room there was a person there on their first trip to Jiffy Lube and was concerned about issues. Another patron and myself both spoke up about the quality service received on a regular basis, and if there ever was a problem, they owned up to it and made sure it was fixed and well communicated. He seemed to feel much better knowing others were regularly satisfied. read more

This place does NOT do a good job. The first time I went in for an oil change only to find out later that THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE AIR FILTER BACK IN AND SECURE IT. Went back the same day and they're excuse was that it was as a new person (ok but they don't check the work?!) They promised a discount for my next visit. I went back to allow them to make things right and they said the old crew (the crew that forgot to replace my air filter and cap) were fired. Hmm.. how convenient. This place does a very bad job. Wasn't expecting much with this store being on SE 14th and all, but I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all staff. I had stopped at 2 other oil change places and was not able to get in even though they did not look busy at all. But when I stopped here I was able to get right in and out. Everyone was very pleasant and not even in a forced kind of way, they were genuinely nice and appreciated my business. I will definitely go back!! read more
