I took it Monday morning & it was corrected immediately with no questions & many apologies. No money was asked of me since it was found the cap wasn't screwed on tight enough. They gave me a whole new oil change. Very polite. I felt well taken care of. She originally spent about 45 mins for the original oil change on Sunday & I was there maybe 30 mins or less. I show up and they tell me that they don't have my appointment or my tires. I show them the confirmation emails of my tire delivery and the confirmation of my appointment. They eventually find my tires and then proceed to tell me that they can't install my tires even though they confirmed the appointment. I live 45 minutes away from this location and had a confirmed appointment a week in advance before being told that they couldn't change the tires. I ended up just taking my new tires in the back of my truck and leaving because this place is such a train wreck. This is the worst customer experience that I've ever had in retail and would give this review negative stars if I could. Drive further to find a better business and do not go to this location.
