So when I saw this shop on our way to and from work I was excited. Shop always looked neat and clean. :) Booking the appointment with Blake was seamless and quick. Brought the car in and Mel did a really thorough job of making sure he understood why we were bringing in the vehicle (there was a list!). Shop was very clean and well kept. Mike called us around noon and explained everything. Very professional, unassuming, and candid. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was done, what needed to be done based on specific issues that were found, and addressed the items they could not diagnose. He even went so far as to explain how issues are diagnosed and that nothing had come up for one of our concerns. Everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and candid. They called when they said they would as well. So we were always well informed. Will be back!

Luckily they were able to fit me in the same day as a waiter. He said it would take a while but I was in and out within an hour. It was so fast! They did offer brake fluid flushing at market rate for my car and were honest about the service levels. They did incorrectly say the service interval (and need) for transmission fluid which was an unnecessary service for my car. Probably 3.5 stars but I'll round up since it was fast and efficient enough. Just don't let them sell you service you don't need.

Check engine lights, over heating, fluids not at the manufacturers requirement and much more. They had me start the car before the air box was latched down all the way. I had Eric (the manager) come check the car out. He asked if he could test drive the car to see what was going on, and not even 2 seconds into driving, he drives over a curb like the idiot he is and didn't even apologize for it. End result is the motor and possibly the transmission are warped and will cost more to fix than the actual KBB value of the vehicle. And of course they will do whatever it takes to deny a claim for negligence.

Do not visit the location in "Alderwood" for anything. The car wash here is damaging. We had our…read moreantenna ripped off and a previous van dented. These things happen and are not uncommon. On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Pulling in was without obstruction as was operating the kiosk at the pumping stall I used. The colors on the station were vibrant, something that really made an impact up-close. For the payment/selecting a fuel grade part of the process, a car wash option was presented early on. While I selected no, I did notice a sign by the road when my car was fueling up that communicated gas price(s) were 10 cents cheaper with a car wash option. The receipt printed at the stall once I was done fueling. The only hiccup I encountered was with the handless feature of the nozzle I used, I tried to prop the handle up and the clip-like feature kept sliding out.

I was a regular customer of Pennzoil, bringing three cars here. When I got the bill it was $30 more than I've ever paid there. I went to go to the waiting room to check the listed price, and not only was the waiting room locked (which was odd), but I could see someone covered the synthetic price with paper! I paid out of frustration, but when I got home I noticed that the oil filter doesn't appear to be a Pennzoil oil filter - it's some generic filter. In addition, they didn't clean the car or do any fluid checks. Pennzoil has lost my business, which is too bad as in the past I liked this location. I'll find a new place to bring my cars.

Unfortunately, he didn't. Had I known this would happen, I would have went to a closer Jiffy Lube location by my home. So, I waited over around 4 hours before spark plugs received and installed. I should have brought a book, but settled on watching Top Gear episodes. They have a shop dog who is friendly and I like dogs. They did a thorough job with vacuuming car after I asked them to do it. Good thing I took the day off work to get this done. The staff was nice and it would have been nice to be able to get in and out of there in around an hour vs over 4 hours. Traffic going home sucked, too.
