Absolutely love this place. Any time I show up the oil change never takes longer than 20 mins, even if changing the air filter or other services are required (which, by the way, they seem very honest about). The people there are always very polite and they don't even make me feel bad for not knowing where the lever is that pops my hood, haha. We were on a 400 mile trip to Portland and my friends car started making some weird noises. Stopped in and the guys checked out the car, topped off the oil, cleaned out some gunk, and sent us on our way after 20 min without charging us. Super nice as we weren't expecting car troubles and extra expenses would have really messed up our trip. I don't give out 5 star ratings often. It's hard to find a place to do things to your car that you can trust and trust not to up sell you. I take all my cars here, service is always fast and professional, no up sells ever. I know I can send my wife in and she will receive the same treatment. This place is solid, I would recommended it to anyone. They even changed a power steering belt on a Subaru for me that another shop quoted me double to fix, $80 and done in an hour here. read more

My auto and I were in and out in 20 min.- no line, no waiting. The employees were professional and courteous. The car was inspected , the oil was changed, liquids topped off, the interior was vacuumed , a burnt out light bulb replaced, and two air filters replaced. The waiting room was clean and offered wifi and a daily local newspaper to read . The prices were reasonable.. Highly recommended !! read more

I have had many oil changes done here with no problem until I decided to save a few bucks and do it myself last weekend. I tried to remove the oil filter, which I have done myself many times before in the past. The first thing I noticed was the oil filter had no grip on it, kinda like the one's a basic fram filter offers. After I got an oil filter wrench and placed it over the filter, it would not budge! Even a 225lb man not budge it. I came to determine there was no grease coating put over the new filter, and it was cranked way too tight!!! I finally had several people try until I found a mechanic, 325lbs, that barely got it!! It cost me $40.00 in labor costs today, so I can no longer recommended this business for my repairs. I put a decent "grip guard" basic fram filter on it, which is way better then what was pulled off of mine.. read more

can you say LIAR! I recently got my oil changed & they recommended to have my belts changed & radiator flushed. They made it seem like I wouldn't make it down the street if I didn't get it done. I decided on another opinion. I went to a mechanic referred by a friend, NOT mentioning what happened with Jiffy...I asked to have a tune up check. I DID NOT NEED WHAT JIFFY SAID I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF GETTING DONE! Do not use this get any work done here without a second opinion. Were they nice, yes, were they fast with the oil change yes. But apparently they work on commission. As a woman I need a facility I can trust to be honest. I will continue to tell 2 people who will tell 2 people ect. read more

I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before coming here and didn't expect much from a place that gets you in and out in 30ish minutes but boy, was I wrong! The guys that work here are really friendly and always listen to what your vehicle needs are. Whether you buy the cheapest oil package or the most expensive, they inform you about each one and never pressure you to buy something you aren't sure about. I love that I can shop across the street at Trader Joe's or Bed Bath and Beyond while I wait or I can sit at their picnic table outside on a nice day. They come and check in with you about things they find like if your tire pressure is low, your headlight bulb is out or if your air filter is really dirty. They can replace all those things (air in your tires comes with an oil change) if you'd like but again no pressure. They vacuum your car and top off all of your fluids and you can go back anytime between oil changes for free top offs. There is a 5$ off coupon online too which I recommend using. This will be my oil change place from now on because of their fast, friendly and consistent service! read more

The first thing my attendant told me was "Smile." He then went on to tell me I should "tell him (the person I was texting) like it is. Don't be afraid to put your feelings out there." I was texting my mother and I was in a good mood up until that conversation. Men, don't tell women to smile, it's sexist. Why is it sexist? Because I'm not going to smile for your enjoyment, I will feel the way I want and demonstrate that feeling the way I want. Also, would you ever tell a full grown man to smile? No, you wouldn't. The fact that he assumed I was texting and pining over some guy is just as insulting. Just because I am a woman that is not smiling does not mean I am upset with a man, come on. Beyond the awkward conversations, I am just as disappointed in their service. They showed me my rear differential plug, which clearly had chunks of metal on it (these are partially magnetized, btw). They were vague enough to make it sound as if what they were doing would solve the problem; replacing the fluid isn't gonna solve my grinding metal problem, it's just gonna remove the current metal chunks from the fluid. If there are chunks of metal in the oil then that metal is likely coming from the gears; that's really bad. Since they didn't recommend I take my car in to get looked at I have to wonder if they didn't just dip my rear differential plug into dirty oil to make it look like metal chunks were present in my oil. While, yes, from what I was shown I needed this fluid replaced, I still can't help but be suspicious that they tricked me (probably because I'm a woman). Anyway, I suppose that is what I get for being lazy and not just doing this check-up myself. I won't be returning to them in the future and I suggest anyone reading this doesn't either; their explanations were vague, incomplete, and all around misleading. read more

I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again (and possibly never another). Upon arrival I was informed that this location charged $36.99 for their "standard" oil (which I believe is the premium at other locations) This should have been red flag #1 but I thought by the time I went somewhere else I could just be done and I have taken this car and another to this location before without any problems, so I agreed. They told me to leave the keys in the car, per usual. Not wanting to leave them with my full set - which has my apartment keys, and various others - I opted to give them one of my spares (which I keep in my car - bad idea or not) I know that I have 2 spares because I had them made at a Toyota dealership (each one cost $15) So after leaving a key in the ignition I go in to use the restroom. I come out and they ask me for my keys? I thought this was strange but thought that perhaps the spare had not worked? So I gave them my keys with my full set on them and they checked the lights and pulled my car out once done. I paid and they said "keys are in it" I went out and found only my full set in the car. I looked around on the floor and all the numerous compartments in my Toyota Yaris and found nothing. I got out and asked them if there was another key? They played dumb and said they did not see another key and that was why they asked for my other keys after I came out of the restroom... I told them that I knew I had another key. They assured me they had not seen another. I told them that I would never be coming back to them again and left, never recieving an apology or any sort of curtousy. I drove down the street and looked in every compartment and space of the car. No key. Long story short, either they lost my key and did not own up to it (bad business) or one of the guys STOLE my key, which would be CRIMINAL!! I am debating whether to file a police report or not so that if my car goes missing I will have probable cause to accuse someone at this Jiffy Lube location. If I could give negative stars as a rating I would do so. Poor business any way you slice it. read more

I will never use any Jiffy Lube or Oil Can Henry's again. They loose the valve caps off the stems on the tires all the time. They.ve left the air cleaner cover loose. Once they even lost / did not replace the engine oil cap on the top of the motor. I drove from Eugene, OR to Oakland, CA before discovering this. Had to put 3 qts. of oil in the motor and buy a cap at a dealer. PLUS pay to have the engine compartment cleaned due to the mess this mistake left. They NEVER take responsibility for anything. read more

I have owned my Acura for 4 years and not one oil change location (Eugene Acura dealership included) informed me or checked my cabin air filter (affects all the air vents inside the car). Opportunistic pricing. Brought in 07 CTS Cadillac wanted the $20 oil change, they informed me correctly motor needs synthetic oil, price would normally be $190, I balked they reduced it to $99, I didn't immediately agree and they reduced it to $69. They did the job, added for a air filter that was reasonably priced plus a $10 fluid charge. Will not be back. I felt like if they could they would hold me upside down and shake me until they even got the change in my pocket. read more

This place is a nightmare. Do not let your moms, sister, wife's, girlfriend, aunts or partners go here they take total advantage of women. It started with a oil change and new wiper blades. After I left I realized the wiper fiuld was not coming out anymore like it was when I drove in that day. I was leaving the next day out of state. I returned 2 weeks later to let Christopher know there was a problem with the windshield wiper fluid was not coming out of the wipers. He said let me try and see what the problem was. He had a guy under the car and he worked from under the hood. Christopher said he blow the line out trying to fix it. Christopher then stated he didn't have time or the man power to replace the line so I needed to return on a Thursday or Friday when he had enough help to replace the wiper fluid line. I returned with an appointment on a Friday @11. Christopher didn't walk up to my window to acknowledge he was sorry he had to have me return for his mistake blowing out the windshield wiper fluid hose. 20 minutes went by before he said "how was your trip" I said fine. Christopher continued to work alone on the side of the main building trying to fix the windshield wiper line. I got very concerned when I saw him have duct tape and zip ties. I'm pretty sure the manufacturers don't use duct tape or zip ties. After several attempts to stop the leaking of wiper fluid under my car Christopher said please try the wipers. And once again to know avail the fluid only leaking on the ground not to my wipers. After several more attempts to get the wiper fluid to come out the windshield Christopher contacted the rear window to the front so when I used the windshield wiper fluid out only the front grrrr. Christopher then had to remove everything again such as battery, front headlights and the fluid tank to make another attempt to stop the leaking from underneath my car. After a hour and a half Christopher felt he had completed the job. I asked for the old parts and he said he didn't have them only the "hoses" he had on site. I told him I saw him remove a couple hoses and I want them. Christopher handed me a short black hose and stated this is your part. I advised Christopher I had been recording the entire repair and I had him face the camera to show me the so called parts that were his. I advised Christopher I was going to the check dealership were they have real mechanics that don't use duct tape an zip ties to replace wiper fluid lines and I will be bring to the bill to him. Christopher looked in the camera and stated he didn't use duct tape even though I filmed him using it. I asked Christopher who his manager was and he stated Alan. Christopher walked off and said have a nice day. No apologies for his mistake. I drove around the corner so I could inspect the workmanship by Christopher. As I suspected the bandaid and or duct tape didn't work bacause wiper fluid was spilling from under the car. I drove right back and Christopher was standing outside smoking a cigarette and gave me a look of horror I had returned. I advised Christopher he didn't fix anything just made it worse. Christopher had a major attitude that I was back less than 5 minutes later needing it fixed correctly. I told Christopher watch this and tuned my wipers on and the fluid leaked on the right side of the car and Christopher reaction was "I didn't work on that side" I said wait let me back up to show you all the wiper fluid leaking. Then he got an attitude like it was my fault he damaged my car. After several attempts to stop the leaking it finally stopped. Christopher then shut the hood and walked off without a word again like it was my fault he couldn't do his job correctly. I drove off then called and asked for the manager who was Alan. I let Alan know who I was. Alan then asked what can I do for you. I told him the events that accured and he was not apologetic. I asked if he was there and he was however to busy to come over and see what my complaint was. Alan offered no assistance or consumer service at all to make it right. Again I advised Alan I had video taped the entire repair and I was not done knowing Christopher used duct tape and zip ties to repair his mistake. I have called the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Don't go there they disrespect and dismissed women. Their lack of customer service is scary. Would they like their mom, sister, wife's or girlfriends to be treated like crap absolutely NOT. If I could give zero star I would!!!! read more
