Check engine lights, over heating, fluids not at the manufacturers requirement and much more. They had me start the car before the air box was latched down all the way. I had Eric (the manager) come check the car out. He asked if he could test drive the car to see what was going on, and not even 2 seconds into driving, he drives over a curb like the idiot he is and didn't even apologize for it. End result is the motor and possibly the transmission are warped and will cost more to fix than the actual KBB value of the vehicle. And of course they will do whatever it takes to deny a claim for negligence.

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Pulling in was without obstruction as was operating the kiosk at the pumping stall I used. The colors on the station were vibrant, something that really made an impact up-close. For the payment/selecting a fuel grade part of the process, a car wash option was presented early on. While I selected no, I did notice a sign by the road when my car was fueling up that communicated gas price(s) were 10 cents cheaper with a car wash option. The receipt printed at the stall once I was done fueling. The only hiccup I encountered was with the handless feature of the nozzle I used, I tried to prop the handle up and the clip-like feature kept sliding out.

Jesus, the manager informs me that its only $5.00 off for a conventional oil change... (in my best millennial girl voice- wait, what........) the coupon is from the Valvoline Website! If coupons are at the discretion of this particular location, then state if in print so people can clearly see it. Ultimately the coupon was scanned and applied to the invoice with no further discussion, but why would he say that at all regarding the discount price? Of course, one should expect the up sale, it's part of the business model and it was put into play in this scenario, (you know, the conventional oil isn't that great,) "Yeah, well, it's in the budget. I drive 30 miles a day, it'll do. I was advised that I had some various leaks, but when I asked for further elaborations, I got no reply unless he didn't her me make my inquires. Which brings me to my next point, I couldn't really hear the gentleman, and I clearly indicated that I was straining to hear him speaking to me. No effort was made to correct or adjust so that we could have good communication. They did not seem very concerned or offer to have the engine cleaned. I notified the customer service department at Valvoline. They told me to notify them if it continued to leak. I followed up a 3rd time once it was determined that the car had been overfilled and oil spilled but did not hear anything. Suspect they really don't care about the job they are doing so I would go elsewhere.

They took 5 extra days fixing it and the only thing they fixed was the converter. I paid the guy before I looked at my car and when I saw it and they didn't do all they said he wouldn't give me the extra money I paid back. So in essence they ripped me off for over a thousand dollars. They also went through my car and stole some things out of it. This happened a couple years ago and the review I posted then kept getting taken down. These guys are liars and thieves. If you take your car to them your a fool. This is the worst service I have ever had and I'm 55. I wish I could give them minus 5 stars. I never did get the money back they stole from me. The catalytic converter was 1565 to fix and I paid them 2685.00.
