recent visit on 8/9/2026. Pulled in and the very first question i asked was do you top off all fluids and check for leaks and address any concerns, the technician assured me they do. After my oil change i got the receipt and they indicated that all services were checked and all fluids topped off included vaccuming my car. After i got home, i inspected their work because i had a suspicion that they dont actually perform the work they claim they do. Come to find out my intuition was correct and non of my fluids were topped off, obviously my car was not vacuumed. my coolant was low, my windshield wiper fluid was low, my engine air filter was never checked nor was my cabin air filter. had they actually checked they would of presented me with the option to purchase a new one because i knew it was dirty and time for it to be replaced. I filed a complaint online and i hope they reach out to me. this is the second vehicle in my family that they did not perform the work they claim they did this week. I've been a loyal customer for long time and its the only place i take my car to get high grade mobile 1 full synthetic oil changes and now i may reconsider that. when you pay over a $100 for an oil change you'd expect great and honest service. Otherwise i would have opted for Jiffy Lube or somewhere cheaper with low expectation. read more

Really quick and easy oil change! I came in for an oil change after having a horrifying experience with Valvoline. Both the receptionist and mechanic were really friendly and transparent with anything that may cost extra. They weren't pushy about adding extra costs/services either, which is (sadly) a plus. Picked my vehicle up after $1000 of repair cost to drive off with the same exact problems. A engine sputtering and vibrating on idle. A oil temperature sensor that still is not working. And a check engine light that was there due to the unaddressed oil leak from the original oil change. As a customer it sucks to be coaxed into giving them a chance to "fix it" yet the problems you brought it in with still remain the same. Now I have to come out of pocket more and take it to another mechanic to actually fix and diagnose the issues. Paid for a new Oil Pressure sensor that I didn't even need. Again the staff is friendly and kind, but the actual mechanic services that I paid for, are not up to par. I won't be recommending and hopefully will recoup my funds for this giant waste of money. read more

However when I went in to get my rear rotors and pads changed, the manager, Terry, told me the Groupon was not for customer supplied parts and that the discount was intended for parts and labor. But due to my return window for the Groupon being closed, I couldn't get a refund for the voucher. When I told Terry that, he said he will make it work for me. I was due for a Oil Change, and engine and cabin air filters remove and replace (which I had purchased at an Auto Parts Store awhile ago), and they installed the Air Filters at no charge!). Excellent friendly Staff. They even reset the Oil Change Reminder on the car, serviced ALL fluids, and vacuumed the car. I will be going back here the next time my Oil Change is due! Unfortunately, I did not get their names but it was close to closing and I just got off work and felt bad for coming 10 mins close to closing time. I've been here twice and so far I've had great service and interactions with Grease monkey. My first visit was a few months ago when I was getting an estimate on getting my brakes done. I came in, asked questions and felt satisfied enough so I set an appointment for the following week. After my arrival, about 45 minutes into my job I was asked why I needed a brake job. I told them that Les Schwab stated I needed my brakes done and definitely before winter. They quoted me a price that nearly doubled from my last job which was only three years prior and when I questioned it they gave me the whole "pandemic has driven up the cost due to delays " speech. I used to work retail and that answer is bs whether hearing it or saying it. Deric took me back into the shop and showed me that I'm fine and that no job is needed whatsoever. I also had a nail in my tire and they unfortunately couldn't remove it but directed me to Best Tire Center and I was taken care of. My second visit was for my oil change. Brought out a price sheet and showed me what was recommended for my vehicle. They also showed me my engine and cabin filters and I opted to have them changed but they ran out of stock on the cabin filter but I was told if I pick one up they'd install it free of charge, so I did. After the the oil change they even vacuumed my vehicle, which it needed it lol. All in all I'm a fan and will be repeat customer. read more

Came in for an oil change and saw that there was a few nice cars outside of the shop that caught my attention.I was greeted and stated what I was there for and the gentleman immediately went into action. He then outlined the different types of oil grades, gave recommendations based on my vehicle mileage. Walked me through each step as they were checking my vehicle to ensure I received quality service .He then made me aware of any additional charges. I came here on a Saturday around 2pm and luckily there wasn't much of a line. I literally was in & out in like 15-20 mins haha. Great service! I would like to give a shout out to Terry Miranda the General Manager and Jose Gonzales the Assistant Manager of the Grease Monkey at 9424 Evergreen Way in Everett. They saved my daughter a possibly very expensive headache. During her oil change it was noticed that the Oil drain plug had failed causing a leak. The plug on the Volkswagon was just made of (Plastic with 2 rubber O rings) and was failing. I would have been very expensive if it had completly failed and all the oil leaked out. They replaced the plug at no cost and explained the problem. I am so impressed that a locally owned franchise has techs that are experienced pros that take their time to do a quality job! Friendly enough. I'm not happy about value vs. cost. I was in for just a basic, routine, conventional oil change. Nothing special on my very common domestic car. I really didn't like all of the added charges that they tack on. The base oil change on their price board is $49.95. I also had a $10 off coupon. Expecting a cost in the range of $45 or so. So getting a charge of just under $60 was an unexpected rip. I was up-charged for shop supplies, a 'special' oil filter, and some other fee. For cost expansion like this, I may as well go to a dealership. read more
