We have had multiple services done with this store over the years; synthetic oil changes ($130), o2 sensors, small maintenance, etc. Sometimes we heed their suggestions on the spot or book them for later. They informed us what's next in troubleshooting and recommended Midas for catalytic converter service. We do go to a locally owned shop for other larger services. read more

Fantastic Service!!! I stop by Saturday for a coolant system inspection, found out the radiator was cracked and leaking, The gave me 2 estimates, one was just for the radiator replacement and the other same with added new upper and lower hoses. Came in early morning for a quick oil change. All of the staff were extremely friendly. I loved how they informed me of what needs to be done with my car but not in an annoying salesmen type of way, like what you would normally experience at dealerships. I had Ashton & Casey working together on my car. Super efficient! And Ira cleaning my windows and checking my tires. Definitely makes me want to keep coming there in the future. Not a single one of the employees even HAD masks. Even when coming in to the lobby, when asked multiple times. The assistant manager had the audacity to ask me to leave a good review on yelp. I told him I'd be more inclined if he wore a mask. He shrugged. So here I am to leave a bad review. Is it petty? Yes. Are we in a pandemic with a surge of a new variant? Also yes. That all said, they were able to fix my brake rotors and pads quicker than other local spots were able to. If we weren't in a pandemic, I'd probably be really happy. But as a covid nurse, I'd rather not get a first hand view of how people are behaving poorly and keeping us in this pandemi. So if you're trying to get your car worked on and NOT get covid, I recommend bringing an N95 to this location Edit: the response from jiffy lube on here is... interesting. I took my 2010 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax in as I called the previous day to get an eta and estimate on having the Serpentine Belt Changed. The price was good and I was told by a different Jiffy Lube that this location has the mechanics capable of doing that job. The place was clean, waiting room quite nice and the staff friendly. They had to order the belt and I asked them to get in a premium belt which they did. I was very glad that they were able to get in an OEM AC Delco brand from their supplier. I did have to wait about an hour and a half for it but that was OK as they both let me know and kept me in the loop. Plus that had the Deadliest Catch looping on the TV which I very much enjoyed. I saw the tech take all the stuff of my engine for the belt replacement. There is a lot of stuff there to get to the belt on that model. The belt came in and they jumped right on it. All ways good. Later in the day I did have a check engine light pop on that was related to the air box temp which they had to take off. Of course, it was no fun having to take it back but the team came right out and were able to figure out the problem, fix it properly and scan the system. Two days later the even called me to make sure that everything was OK. I greatly value and appreciate this. All that said, this place has great people working there that showed me that they care. I will continue to have them service my truck for the services that they can perform. Nice location also as there are plenty of places to walk incase you have to wait. read more

I generally go to the Broadway location because I am able to jump in and out. I came an hour before my shift to get an oil change while I didn't have my daughter. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. After 45 minutes of waiting, I unfortunately had to ask to leave due to my scheduled shift. I came back after work and am experiencing the same long wait times even though I am the only car in the shop. Kind of frustrating. Update: Turns our they were training a new member on their team! I had one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a jiffy lube. I was waiting for about an hour to get a simple oil change. As I went into the first bay I heard employees complaining getting lunch breaks. John approached my vehicle putting his head inside my vehicle. This made me feel very uncomfortable. After the "job" was done I mentioned if they had checked my tires. As I noticed they had not. After I mentioned only then is when the service was performed. Then I also noticed that they did not service my windshield wiper fluid. I mentioned that. He insisted that he did fill it, so I checked it and the service was not preformed! I then told John that "you guys are slacking!" I'm definitely complaining to your office.He became upset and told me "with all due respect why can't you just say it to my face " I myself became upset and started to cuss the guy out. I am wrong for that. However, I feel that I did not receive the service that I paid for. I will mention that stephen did his best to defuse the situation. There's a whole lot of confusion going on in that shop. They don't know what they are doing. Do not go there! You've been warned! Needed an oil change. Found out the the Oil pan bolt was stripped and they couldn't drain the oil from the bottom like normal but they were very helpful and were able to find an alternative way to get it done. Very friendly and helpful staff. And it all got done fairly quickly. Will definitely come again in the future. read more

No stars would be given if I could. This is a warning to anyone who is thinking about taking their car to any Jiffy Lube, don't do it!!! I just had to replace my engine due to shoddy work by Jiffy Lube and according to my Ford a dealer, this happens more than you think it does. I have also heard horror stories from friends and families. Watch out tech's lack training. Took my jeep and wife's jeep there January 8th they over filled oil in both jeeps. Now both jeeps are leaking oil badly before taking it to this store they never left a drop in garage or driveway. Contacted Jiffy lube corp. office they said they would have franchise owner contact me not a word yet. We had a problem with the skid plate underneath our fusion. It was scrapping the ground after driving in the ice and snow which caused the plate to buckle and bend under the car. Got my oil change on June 25th. My check oil light came on and I was an idiot to only think that they probably forgot to reset the button so we did that. Fast forward a few weeks later, you could tell something was different with my car but literally there was NO oil in my car!! This is the only location I will go to. The staff is always friendly , alerts you of issues your vehicle may have but never pushy. There was a small issue once when I dropped my car off for some work & my window was rolled down ( it was broke to begin with) and it would not go back up. Great business branch. These guys were ready to go as soon as I pulled up. Other locations you see a few cars and you expect to wait 1+ hours. But this location literally had me in/out in 30 minutes. Full staff, very friendly; which is really important nowadays. I'll be coming back to this location (if I don't change it myself) from now on! One thing I would recommend, to skip seminars when talking about oil and prices. I would also include the filter and charge per QT past 5qts into their price boards in the oil garage for guests to see. It skips the in the spot decision making (it's a marketing scheme). Online prices were way different also. I don't mind paying a little extra for good quality service though! read more
