Took my car to Jiffy Lube about a month ago everything that I needed done to it they did it. I would say I was probably in and out within 45 minutes oil change air filter radiator flush. It's a few other things that I needed done on the car, it was a little pricey, but my car really needed to breathe better And I will definitely take it there again and the service was great and the people were friendly. read more

This is the second chance I gave to this jiffy lube location! First time they left my dipstick halfway out. This time they over tightened my oil filter and damaged it! This caused a small crack in the outer shell and started leaking! If I had not checked my oil level my engine could have been damaged Totally unforgivable and never have I seen an oil filter put on in this manner! I just left this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The oil got changed ok. But they left the car dirty. 2 drops of oil on the fender, oil finger prints on the door and pillar near where they placed the sticker and oily shoe prints in the carpet. read more

Stopped by there today to get an oil change, and overall I'm very happy with how their staff performed. They give me the different options, and what I like best was that they do not pressure me on extra items. so the next time I need an oil change and don't want to spend all day at a shop. Service is pretty good. Everyone there was pretty nice and willing to work and get everything done in a timely manner. Haven't checked under the hood or car to see if all was done correctly but so far everything works perfectly fine and to my knowledge it was done correctly and precisely. Jiffy Lube - Home of weak costumer service Jiffy Lube offers Wednesday as "Ladies Day" where women are supposed to receive $5 off their total. My wife's car was in need of an oil change but she rode as the passenger since she is recovering from major surgery. Andrew, who waved us in, said the special would not be valid since I was driving. After explaining about the surgery and being able to prove the car was in my wife's name (who was with me mind you) Andrew told us.... nothing. He walked off. After a few minutes we were called over to give my wife's name, address, etc. Then comes the typical aggressive up-sell. Andrew walks off again. The oil change was quick and we were rung up for the full amount. Again we explained this was her car but she couldn't drive. We might as well have been talking to a wall. Later Jiffy Lube. Valvoline is right around the corner should we need a speedy oil change again. read more

Terrible. Expensive. Not honest and upfront about what they are going to do or charge. Make sure you know exactly what you are going to pay before you hand over your keys. Or better yet, avoid this shady place all together. They charged $60 for a simple oil change and in the receipt said they vacuumed the carpets which they didn't as I watched them the whole time. I arrived at Jiffy Lube, I had a slight problem from another business, that does an oil change. I let Jiffy Lube know what was going on with my car, a young man came out to greet us. I explained to him what was happening. He showed us the waiting room, bathroom, and if we wanted water to drink. Very nice to be greeted that way! I've never been to this Jiffy lube. I read the reviews and they weren't good. I was at Costco and remembered there was a Jiffy Lube close by. I went to entrance and no customers. I thought hmnm. But the guys came out to greet me. Cute young lady vacuumed car. All of a sudden place was popping. Customers driving up. Arrived just in time. Young man that waited on me was super polite. I don't live in Ft. Myers but I will go to this JL again. read more

Went in for a quick standard oil change. My car was in the bay being worked on for 35 minutes before they asked what type of oil I wanted. Lots of hard sell tactics and double speak to try to force you into upgrading to more expensive oil and products you don't need. Slow service and bad value. read more

I have been going to this jiffy lube since I moved here in 2015 since i lived right close by! I have always had the best service and quick service. That's why I've still chosen to come here till this day! I even moved 20 minutes away and still choose to drive to this location for its service. But, I went to jiffy lube yesterday (July 2nd) to get a normal oil change and usually they ALWAYS bring me over to discuss what oil I would like to use and all that stuff, yet, this time.. they pointed me to the waiting room and never came and got me. They ended up doing the oil change and then it was time to pay, I was confused. So, when I went to pay, it came out to $70!! I have NEVER paid $70 before ever and I had a coupon so at least it went down to $65, but still, I do not have that kind of money at all so I asked him why it was so expensive? And he said we went with what oil you used last time. Last time, my dad was in town and wanted to pay for me the best. If they just would of asked me I would of said no to using the high mileage oil because I can't afford that each time. This was the first time since 2015 that I was treated like they felt they could take advantage of me for whatever reason. It's not like they were to busy to ask me because I was the only one in there so I'm not sure why they didn't. I'm only writing this review so management knows to make sure all your employees are keeping up the standard that has been in place for a long time now. I kind of felt like they could care less I was there needing a service and feeling like that and paying wayyyy more than I usually do, I just feel burned. But I still give it 4 stars right now because this is LITERALLY the first time I've felt this way or this has happened since 2015, so that still does say a lot. read more

I took my car for an oil change, because they though I did my last oil change in Toyota, they told me Toyota broke off the canister filter. When they verified that my last oil change was done in their shop. They changed the story. They told me they wanted to help me and to go back and talk to the office manager on Tuesday. I agree with the last review. Customer service sucks and they are a tad overpriced. I just wanted a quick oil change, so when I drove up I ACCIDENTALLY drove in the Exit way. If only I had a video of this Jiffy worker (tall, dark brown beard and hair, glasses) OBVIOUSLY having a bad day. So when he came down to my suv I asked if he was having a bad day. Evidentally he was with the gesturing, talking out loud, and body language. He said no it was just that I drove in the exit way. I said oh! Sorry about that! What I was thinking is that it really wasn't an action I did that was worth his BAD AND OBVIOUS reaction. I'm sure his words weren't near as kind as he said to me in person. Guy needs to chill out. Wanted the "Better" deal, got the good, they were out of an item. Soooo...for 59.99 and that's WITH 10 off...high mileage... Ugly service, too much money and that the FIRST AND LAST time I go.
