Busy day at this Jiffy Lube location but Sandoval let me know it was going to be a 40 minute wait. Got in and Eli and Kevin provided the oil change and other services. No upselling attempt like I've experienced at other places. Just got the work done efficiently. Value is the only question. Total for a synthetic blend oil change on my car would have been $91 if not for a $20 coupon I found online and brought with me. The synthetic blend oil change is $79.99 plus $6 waste disposal fee. As my wife said, no more 15-minute $29.95 oil change any more!! read more

If you're an attractive woman, go elsewhere. The guys working seemed more concerned with chatting me up than servicing my car. Doesn't leave a customer with the most confidence that the car service is getting taken seriously. The first time at this location I was there for an hour, just for the oil change. Both times I was talked up for the duration of the wait time. And there's a level where I wouldn't have cared, for instance I'm happy to receive a compliment, appreciate it and move on, but not when it carries on the entire duration that I'm waiting. When I returned to request refund for failed service, man named Dave yelled at me because I didn't bring straight to them. I wouldn't take a car to them ever again. I came here once to have my broken AC looked at. Luckily, I caught the AC tech before he went home for the day. First he did the troubleshooting, and luckily had the one part needed to repair my AC. He fixed it quickly, and they even gave me military veteran discount. The testing however took a long time. They allowed me to remain inside of my vehicle for nearly the entire time, for social distancing. My AC still works today, nice and cold. Highly recommended :-) read more

I love everything they did for me, from the moment I pulled in and as I went out. The serviceman told me everything I needed to know about my car needing service and what didn't. He asked if I needed anything else or had questions and was mindful of me. The only thing I would suggest is if they could reset my oil monitor so it will alert me when it comes close to needing another change. The sticker they provided me did not stick to my window. Yesterday we took our car to this location to do a transmission flush.. We were waiting on our car while they were doing our service and the general manager was working on our car and we saw him make some sparks off our battery with his rachet. After that they told us that the transmission flush was done. We started our car to pull out and the check engine light came on, we talk with them and they put a scanner in our car and the general manager told us the code that the car was giving had nothing to do with the service they did. After that we open the hood and look at were he had made the spark and we found that the fuse was burn out. We talk again with him and he was aggressive and disrespectful saying that what they work on had nothing to do with the code that scanner was giving. He didn't want to own up to what he broke. Also he tells us aggressive to leave. We pull to a parking lot close to the store and 2 hours later while we were waiting for the town he walked up to us saying that he want to fix the fuse he broke when he made the spark. It's all about the up sale. Trying to get you to purchase higher levels of oil for your car than what's actually needed. They simply pray upon the unsuspecting customers from about every angle. Brought my GTI in 3 days ago. 2 days ago, my oil light came on. Come to find out I was shorted a whole quart of oil. So, in addition to paying the $111, plus a quart of oil I had to add myself. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes for a few years now. What I like best about this business model is that fact that I don't need an appointment. I understand there may be times where there might be a wait, but it's never been more that 15 min before they would get to my car. I've visited this particular location twice now. The first time was four months ago, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. No line, no waiting. The technician was very straight forward with me, everything appeared good, no unnecessary services were needed. Even my air filters were in good shape! Yesterday's visit was a bit more complicated. My cabin and engine filters finally needed to be changed, and it was time to finally flush my transmission fluid. I was already past due the recommended treatment by about 20,000 miles.... Luckily there was a sale going on for that services. Two free services that I got were pumping up my tires (they were pretty low, my notification light had come on two days earlier), and they helped me switch out my license plates, I'm new to Minnesota. I've very satisfied with my services from this location and will continue to travel to them even though there is one much closer to my apartment. My excuse is I'm always out in that area anyways because of Costco! read more

My Subaru wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for the guys at the Jiffy Lube across from Menards. I started going to Jiffy Lube when my dad yelled at me for never changing my oil. Going on 3 years now and my Forester runs better than ever. I pull up to the big garage doors and they roll up the door. I drive in and steal donuts from behind the counter! Car boys and their donuts... I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes to pull in to a stall. They change the oil and let me know if anything is in NEED of fixing. I hate when car places tell you all about stuff that they suggest fixing (and then tell you to fix the same thing in 2 months). Crooks. These guys don't do that. My engine light came after a full synthetic oil change. The technician failed to tell me this and instead decided to type on my receipt that my engine light was on before service. He blatantly lied. I refuted and told him that his counter clerk checked my dash before the service was performed. They tried resetting the light and stated that he must have tripped a sensor. Corporate has responded stating that the franchisee will contact me. They haven't and my 2015 Sante Fe Sport is being looked at the dealership for an additional cost. read more

Dishonest and Forgot To Put Filter Back In**** The Service Manager originally tried to sell me an oil change that was over $120. I told the service manager that all I wanted as the "cheapest, basic, bare-bones" oil change Jiffy Lube offered. The Manager still tried to push a $100 oil change on me, saying it "was the cheapest offered for my vehicle." I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and know full-well it doesn't "require" a boutique synthetic oil to function. I had to go on Jiffy Lube's pricing menu, and only then did he give me what I requested. After the oil change, the jiffy Lube team gave me my keys and told me my car was ready. I started the car only to notice that Jiffy Lube LEFT THE AIR FILTER ON MY PASSENGER SEAT. I've NEVER had an oil change where they forgot to put a part back in, and NEVER been told that a $100 oil change was the cheapest oil service offered for my car. This was the most dishonest service I've received from a Jiffy Lube, and I will NEVER be returning to this center for any service. BUYER BEWARE! read more

Every trip to Jiffy Lube leaves me sitting in the lobby, praying: ::Please don't need a filter. Oh god, I hope I don't need a filter. I don't want to have to find a Walmart and buy a filter because I'm too cheap to pay them $40 for something I can do for $7. GOD, let it not be a filter.:: Sunday must be a great day to go, because the guy didn't try to sell me anything beyond the synthetic oil change I asked for. I went to the Roseville location because it was open later than most places and I was able to get service without an appointment after work hours. They did a good job and service was quick. I won't be coming back because they allowed him to cut ahead of everyone else. Went to grab a quick oil change for my Nissan Murano. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase services I didn't want. This is my first Yelp post ever. However my friend and I co-own a vehicle. We use to get our vehicle oil change all the time at the Golden Valley Jiffy Lube.  The female manager is always rude to us. In early 2017, we went to get a top off and we did not know that we went about thirty miles over the three thousand miles. I asked her nicely if she still do the top off and we will come back in a few days to get an oil change. She told us "No" and I told her "That's not how you treat a loyal customer."  Unfortunately, last fall I drove to the Jiffy Lube to get another top off. The same female manager told me that we will have to wait thirty to forty minutes because the workers worked on a $600 job. I asked her since we would have to wait so long if I can vacuum the floor mats in the vehicle. She told me "No" and I told her that the other workers let us use the vacuum before. The female manager and I then got into a shouting match and I finally told her off because I felt like a second-class customer anytime I or when my friend dealt with her. She banned me and my friend from getting oil changed at the Golden Valley location. I told her that we will now on get an oil change and top off at the Hopkins Jiffy Lube location because the manager treats us nicely there and they also let us use the vacuum too. I went to this location two weeks ago or so bought new tires 424.00 dollars and yes that John guy was very nice to me but I dropped my car off for just tires and it literally took from 09:30 am till 5 pm the general manager and maitence person said they fried a pump of some sort then I wait until 2 pm and called to find out the tech person who ordered the tires order the wrong size so the John gentleman he told me what was going on he was very apologetic and kind to me so having to wait a while longer didn't make me as angry so I guess you could say the word of the staff there is very polite and professional but there quality in skills and abilities to complete the process fall short even though the pump issue wasn't necessary a for seen issue anyways I'm just saying read more
