I brought my car in to assess a power steering leak. The pump made no noise except for when it got low. I filled it regularly before I got the leak fixed to avoid running the pump dry. The pump did not whine at all when I brought it in. They changed the high pressure line on the pump. After some poor communication, I finally got the car back 3 days later. They took my engine block cover, (How do you forget to put that back in?) overfilled the power steering reservoir potentially damaging the pump, and now I can't get the pump to stop whining. I will not be returning to these jokers. They're really nice guys, but this is amateur. read more

It didn't go flat (I heard and then saw it) but I knew I needed to take care of it. I stopped at the closest place which happened to be a Goodyear store. They "examined" my tire and informed me the tires were too worn to be fixed. I needed to spend $850 for new tires. Uh ... I don't think so! These were Michelin tires with less than 25,000 miles on a 60,000+ mile tire. I collected my car and drove over to Just Right Auto who fixed it for $25. No fuss. No problem. Just honest people. I've been here a few times and every time I've left I've never been very confident that the problem was fixed. During my most recent visit I was told that they could find no coolant leaks (though my coolant level was dropping pretty rapidly) and that the O2 sensor that was triggering a check engine light was working perfectly fine. After paying $120 to be told there was nothing wrong with my car, I sought professional help from someone that would actually look into the problems. The next place I visited called me back within just a couple hours to tell me there was a coolant leak at the fitting to the turbo and that my O2 sensor was absolutely not working correctly. Can't help but feel like these guys didn't even try to find the problems if someone else found them as easily as they did. Also, every time I've been in there, they've recommended to me and every other customer that is in the waiting room, that the problem may be fixed with an "air induction cleaning". Apparently that's their $157 cure all. Finally, to top it off, the mechanic got his greasy elbows all over my cloth arm rest/console and couldn't be bothered to clean it off. Just a nice little cherry on top of giving them $120 to do nothing. read more

It feels like this place is just trying to make money anywhere they can. They checked out my truck while I sat in their nicer-than-usual waiting room. The place was clean with a nice big TV and of course coffee- but not the kind that has been sitting there for 4 hours... Come to find out, my husband's truck needed heavier work than we had time for (I'm leaving Memorial Day morning to visit family up north) and we had no idea it needed so much work. So, last minute he put my truck in his schedule for brake work - without complaint. I HIGHLY appreciated the business like attitude, the lack of complaint and the timely service. He charged my card over the phone, let me pick it up after hours and only charged me $45 just to clean my brakes -- he could have misled me into thinking I needed new brakes, shoes, rotors, you name it, but even after all that fuss he was willing to charge me minimally. I'd recommend this place to anybody, anytime, due to the honesty and willingness to help me out even though I'd never been to his shop before. My dad took my car here after hearing good things about them from some folks at church. The repair took over two weeks to complete. When my father went to pick the car up a week and a few days into the repair, the check engine light came on during the drive home. After taking the car back it wasn't until 4-5 days later that the car was finally ready. When I finally received the car back from my father I noticed grease prints on the headliner and seats as well as foot prints where the mechanics shoes rubbed up against the interior of the doors. The car is performing well and the repairs fixed the issues, but the lack of effort they spent in keeping my interior clean during the process really upsets me. If your car is nice DO NOT go here. Eventually they will fix your car after the second or third try all while managing to cover your leather interior in grease. Bight the bullet and go to the dealer! read more

we recently had our ford freestyle "fixed" at just right auto in greenville, sc. after paying for the work done, and had to take the vehicle back because the check engine light was on, they hooked it up and turned the light off. then, after driving it back to our office, which is literally one minute from their shop, we parked it and did not drive it for the next 2 days, as this is a company vehicle and is used to run errands for our company. when we got back in the car we noticed the check engine light was still on. i called them to tell them the light was back on again, i was told i could not be fit into their schedule until the next week. we dropped the car off with them on december 10th and were told they would get to it when they could on the next day, december 11th. so, on friday afternoon we received the call that the car was done but would be charged *another* $400 because they found something else wrong with the car! and if we didn't pay to have this fixed we owed them $90.00 for the diagnostic test!! there is no way that we should have to pay another $400.00 to them when they should have fixed it right the *first* time!!! this is a ripoff and i will be contacting whoever i need to to report this! this company is not a friendly business to deal with in the first place and they do not stand behind their work. i'm sure they knew they did not fix it and we would have to bring it back and then they want to charge us *again*!!!!????? we are not happy! read more
