Amazing thorough job! I drove up from Moscow, ID bc the Moscow JL only had 2 workers and even though I was the 2nd car of the day, they couldn't tell me a time they could get me in! I went RIGHT THROUGH WITH THE QUICKEST SERVICE EVER, here in Hayden! Major shoutouts to the kindest employees: Mason, Andruw, Travis, and Billy! So conscientious and thorough! Went into Jiffy Lube yesterday on 10/31 to get an oil change and told them the washer fluid was low and tires are low then they brought in a cab filter and said it needed to be replaced and it was funny that the cab filter they brought in matched a place on their counter of the exact same filter I do not believe this place is honest or reputable spent $200 for an oil change and filter I will not recommend this place to anyone or take any of my vehicles to this place read more

Been taking my 2016 Nissan Murano here fo a couple years. Last time, 3 months ago was $65. Took it there today and they said it requires full synthetic at $120. I told them they have never put in synthetic and he said "looks like the previous crews put in the wrong oil, and we HAVE to put in full synthetic." Took it to another place and they looked up my vehicle and they said the manufacturer does not say ANYWHERE that it has to be full synthetic. Conventional oil change here is $59. Will never go to Jiffy Lube again!! read more

The line was really long at Valvoline across the street and this place was empty so I decided to pull in and before I was told how much it was to change my oil my car oil filter was off and drained and $132.00 for a simple oil change. No price displayed anywhere in the facility to let you know how much anything cost. Avoid this place!! read more

wanted to get the wife's oil changed on a sunday. dealership was closed. cruised by the valvoline shop and it was packed. headed up to jiffy lube and there was no wait. That and checking yelp should have keyed me in to why. We pull in and have to get out of the car and into the waiting room which reeked of oil and other chemicals. The guy starts washing my windows. only problem is he didn't will them up. so i had half clean and half dirty windows. also he went a little to far towards the top so the mast mixture of winded and dirt rolled down the inside of the window and all over the door panel. Next 2 guys come in to tell me there is an oil filter cover in the car. they explain to me the dealership where i usually get the car serviced is "notorious" for overnighting the cover. It may crack trying to get it off and it's an extra $50 to replace. I asked him how the dealership is able to get it off without braking and he had no clue. I give the go ahead and what do you know he cracks it. nice little $50 spiff. i told him i was shocked. He leaves and comes back with the cover to show me with oil dripping all over the floor. Next the tech who did the oil change came in to tell me how much he tried to not break it. problem is he is dropping f-bombs at a furious rate while i'm standing there with my 14 and 12 yr old sons. i just nodded my head and thanked him for trying. i paid the $160 and ran! read more

I chose Jiffy Lube because my regular place had a long line and they had only one other customer. Staff was courteous and their service was good but they offered no paper receipt and the promised email receipt never arrived even after a phone call after the fact. Engine air filter and cabin filter were much higher priced than comparable filters elsewhere. I will go back to my regular place next time. read more

Was on the first day of a ten day road trip when we started having issues. Went to a different jiffy lube and two other auto shops that were all closed before getting here. They were super friendly, listened to us and asked questions, and then took the car. In maybe 15 minutes that had done a check up and topped off our oil. Beau explained the car issues really well to someone who doesn't understand cars at all. He gave sage advice that worked for our situation, and we were back on the road so fast. My daughter took her car into jiffy lube for an oil change. The next day, and sixteen miles later, her car developed a bad engine knock. I had her take her car to my mechanic. The mechanic told me that there was ZERO oil on the dipstick. He advised me to get a hold of Jiffy lube and have them come over to his shop so they could inspect it together. I called them and explained the situation. A JiffyLube employee called me and apologized. Aparently they installed a defective oil filter. He told me to have my mechanic make an estimate, repair the car, and call JiffyLube for payment. A few hours later another employee called me and said since I did not take the car directly back to JiffyLube they are not liable for the damage. I've never had any problems with JiffyLube in the past. I found out that this location, in Hayden, has recently changed ownership. Let my story be your cautionary tale. Keep your vehicle as far away from this place as possible. read more

Place is a rip off. They ask about the fluids on your car instead of checking them. They charge for synthetic when specifically told not to put synthetic in the car, but get this, your bill will say conventional is in the car and the charge they put on it isn't even labeled correctly. When called about it, no one in the shop knew what I was even talking about. Employees seem super untrained because they aren't confident in any of their answers. I'm glad I caught that they put synthetic into my car this time since my next oil change after the one they did for me the first time, was switched BACK to conventional (I went to a better oil service) and I go back and they just ask if I want the same service as before. So ask questions if you go, they will try and rip you off. read more

I took my 2016 Dodge there about a month ago and they guys were great. They were friendly and personable. Took a little longer than the quoted but not a big deal. SO - I sent my daughter in for an oil change on her 2007 Toyota. We just bought it a couple weeks ago so wanted to get the fluids changed. We took to a full service shop that gave her $1000 list of things to be done. She decided just to get the oil changed for now. The tech took a look and said the oil was fine and didn't need to be changed and the other shop was probably just trying to make money on her. I very much appreciate their honesty and not just trying to sell my daughter an unnecessary service. We will go back when it's time to get that changed. Thanks guys!! read more

Manager refused to service my 2014 Buick because I refused to allow him to put in synthetic oil rather than the Penoil that I have been using at Jiffy Lube since I purchased my car. Kaden was professional and knowledgeable, and the fact he stepped out of his way to make sure everything was rock solid was truly a delight. Just not a pleasant experience. They also demand that they get in your car and drive it into bay. Been to many Jiffy Lubes, never had to let them drive my car..... especially in today's environment of COVID. They do not wear masks. Don't go here. I was in a hurry and needed to get my oil changed quickly. I figured this would be quick, as there was only one car in front of me. It took over an hour! They're so severely overpriced, they could at least move quicker. By the way, customers can see you goofing off from the lobby. I have been going here for a few years and had no problem let me share a post my daughter made to FB about her experience. Well that's the last time I go to Jiffy Lube in Hayden. I discovered today my transmission fluid is practically empty and my coolant is low. Seems when I spent nearly $50 on an oil change a month ago they didn't bother to check my fluids let alone top them. There is no excuse for this. There is one thing jiffy lube is supposed to do properly and that is to change your oil quickly and effectively. They cannot even do that no respect your time at this location! It's frustrating and I feel sorry for the owner with these kind of people running the business. While I was there two other customers also shared this was their second visit because the first time they were so slow. read more

Guy who was working the computer and whatnot instantly became frustrated and aggressive when I was trying to have him find the company account for the fleet discount. I get it if you can't find something your first look, but repeatedly insisting it's not there when I try to see if it can be found another way is not alright. I quit because of personal reasons.
