I am extremely disappointed and upset. I have been going to this establishment for years getting…read moreoil changes. Well today I had an issue and no one will step up to help. I have a 2026 Ram and no problems. A young lady was helping with me service and put air in my tires. As I was leaving I noticed my Tire pressure was off in all my tires and explained this to the young lady. As she was correcting the issue I noticed the lights are still all on. She explained that she put the correct air pressure in the tires and add that there was water in my tires. I told her the only time I had the tires check was at there facility. She looked at me with a deer in the headlights look. I told her I will look at it when I get home (Paid 154.00 for oil change). When I got home I corrected the tire pressure and did notice some water coming out. I got put on hold for 45 min before hanging up. I now have an appointment with a mechanic to have my tire pressure sensors checked just to make sure the water in their compressor didn't damaged them. They meticulously take pictures of every detail of your car and provide a comprehensive report on its condition, which is incredibly helpful. I've never had a place that was this diligent. I was amazed when they included the entire report with pictures. They also offer a great maintenance package after your warranty ends, which I'll definitely look into. I personally could have ordered the part for a little over $100. To add on to that they ran a "mandatory" diagnostic on my car even after i knew what was wrong and 100% DID NOT ask them to run. After, i decided to just replace the part myself and get my car towed home due to their pricing being unrealistic. They said that I would still have to pay them the diagnostic charge of $200 DOLLARS! This company is greedy, has unrealistic pricing, and is not willing to work with customers who are low on funding. DEFINITELY don't recommend.
