I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience with Jiffy Lube has been beyond frustrating and honestly unacceptable. After servicing our vehicle, they either failed to properly install the O-ring correctly or overtightened it when putting it back on. On top of that, they did not replace the washer on the oil pan bolt, which was completely broken afterward. Because of these mistakes, our car leaked EVERY drop of oil, causing serious engine damage. We were stranded in Orlando for 10 DAYS without a vehicle while trying to figure out what happened and how to get home. It completely disrupted our plans, created an enormous amount of stress for our family, and left us dealing with a situation that never should have happened from a routine oil change. What makes this even worse is that we have now spent TWO WEEKS being dragged along trying to get reimbursed and refunded. Every time we contact them, we get another excuse, another delay, or another promise that someone will "follow up." No urgency, no accountability, and no real resolution. Being stranded away from home without transportation was hard enough, but the way this has been handled afterward has made the entire experience even more disappointing. Customer service has been extremely poor, communication has been inconsistent, and it feels like we're being ignored instead of helped. A situation this serious should have been handled immediately and professionally. Instead, it has turned into weeks of stress, inconvenience, and wasted time. First time at this location. Very clean place and people are friendly BUT...they are VERY Expensive! The price of a basic synthetic oil change and filter was $90.00! I was shocked! When I asked if they had any discount coupons they gave me an additional $15 off but still $75.00 is over twice as much as what other places in this area charge! I will never go there again. Took my car here to get a simple turn signal blinker bulb changed. They looked at my car and said they couldn't change it, because it was three led lights. The manager looking who informed me and who looked at my car, was looking at the cars side lights, not the turn signal light. I informed him of that. Then he came back and said he could change it and he did. The light worked for a week and then stopped. I went back to jiffy lube and informed him. He looked at it again and said the bulb in the light socket was loose. He said the socket needed to be replaced. He said I would have to take it to a dealer. So I did. The dealer looked at it and said jiffy lube installed the wrong type of bulb. The socket was fine. The dealer fixed it. I will not return to this jiffy lube for anything. Pretty well run business for a franchise operation. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Coupons for almost every service and the guys in charge have a watchful eye on everything. Know what you need as far as wipers and filters and let them do their job if it needs replacing. They provide good service and seem happy to make your vehicle perform well. read more

Tried this Jiffy Lube location again. Sent my son with his vehicle and told him to get a basic oil change and nothing else. Came home with a receipt with an additional $20 charge for something he did not ask for. Contacted Jiffy Lube customer service who stated I would receive a reply from the franchisee at this location. Nothing. Save yourself the trouble, this place is not worth the time or hassle. Never going back. read more

Needed a quick oil change for my son's car. It took almost an hour and it cost almost $60 but, thing is nothing is cheap anymore and they did a good job and even though they still try to upsell things that might be needed, they aren't pushy about it and were very professional and courteous which I appreciate. I enjoyed going to this Jiffy Lube compared to some of the others in the area. I will be back when it's needed. read more

Scams customers! I called 2 weeks ago to get a quote on a tune up (spark plugs and wires). I was quoted $500. $250 for labor and $250 for parts. I did research and found the exact same parts at Auto Zone for $70. As a Buyer I can tell you that charging $250 for parts that are $70 retail is outrageous and price gouging. I called back today to ask if they would use these new in the box parts. I was told yes and that the cost would be $500. When I states that's what I was quoted 2 weeks ago that was the same price that included the parts. I was told that their policy was to double their hourly rate if customer bringing in parts. I have put in a complaint to the corporate office so they can follow up with the franchise owner. We will see what the owner has to say but I'm not very hopeful that their answer will be any different. read more

Often understaffed. I have been turned away because the entire crew was on lunch. Today I was told I couldn't stay in my vehicle while they changed the oil. Company policy doesn't allow for anyone else to operate our vehicles. So I'm done with the Huntley jiffy lube. Even though I drive by on my way home, I'll drive a little further and find an alternative oil change place. I get an oil change once a month at $100 per service. I'll spend the money somewhere else. read more
