I was…read moreon the tollway, going with the flow of traffic at about 70mph, when I suddenly heard an awful, terrifying, loud metal screeching sound coming from my car. When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.

I've been coming to this shop off and on for a few years for various services like alignments. In the past, I had minor issues with the alignments not being perfect, like the steering wheel not being straight, but I let it go. This time, I scheduled an appointment specifically for a check-engine light diagnosis and dropped the car off the night before. I agreed to the $160 diagnostic fee. However, I didn't get a call until late the next afternoon just to tell me I'd left the wrong key. I brought the correct key quickly, but then I didn't hear back until the following day. When they finally updated me, they said they just cleared the check-engine light without a real fix. I knew the code was a permanent one that wouldn't just disappear, so this was disappointing. They also looked into a secondary issue I had mentioned, but that wasn't my priority. Then, when the check-engine light came right back on after I left, they wanted me to wait for a manager and suggested another $160 fee, which wasn't disclosed before. In short, the lack of communication, unexpected fees, and the unresolved main issue made this experience frustrating. I hope they improve their transparency and service for future customers.

When this module starts to go bad it will Intermittently work before it totally goes. If you think Belle tires is only about tires, brakes and oil changes, you're sadly mistaken they're a fully equipped garage with qualified experienced mechanics. My husband's car was having trouble starting, so we took it to Coyote Auto Repair on Allison Ct. We've used them several times over the years, so this wasn't a random pick. Today, we were told the total was nearly $400 for a new battery. My husband doesn't recall authorizing that work when they called earlier to say the battery was bad. When I called to ask for a cost breakdown and to understand how the miscommunication happened, the person I spoke with became argumentative and rude. After accusing me of calling him a liar, he told me to come get the car and said we'd now have to pay in cash, claiming he didn't want to risk a chargeback or canceled check. I hadn't done or said anything to justify either accusation. I won't get into every detail of that phone call, but my main concern is this: as customers, we should feel comfortable asking questions, clearly understanding what we're authorizing, and trusting that the conversation will remain respectful. Unfortunately, this experience was none of those things. I hope this helps others make an informed decision if you're looking for a local mechanic.

I walk back out and there it sits untouched. I ask the guy when it'll be vacuumed and he jumps all over me and yells at me maybe never. I get the manager and we walk out and the car goes thru the line. I ask the manager how can they vacuum in about a minute? No answer. I go to pick up the car and a haphazard attempt was made to vacuum. Once again here I go. The manager tells me to go thru the line again. So this jerk cleaner refuses to vacuum again unless the manager tells him. I got it vacuumed at the end. I'm done with this place.
