Underwhelmed. They don't keep track of who comes in...so you wait...and watch people who came in after you (two vehicles) get serviced while you wait...and wait. I had a fit. The line worker shugged. Where do I start. They broke my satellite radio antenna. It was old so understandable but they didn't tell me. When I got in the car it was on FM. I never listen to the radio. I'm convinced he knew he broke it and tried to cover up. The cover up is always worse than the crime. Turns out they were unable to remove the screws to the heat shield so just pulled it off. Then zip tied it up. It ripped partially off on a snowstorm and dragged on the ground. I faithfully bring my car to Meineke in Wareham but this one time I was waiting for my daughter in Hyannis so did the oil change. No one else worked on my car. When my mechanic told me they broke and zip tied I was pissed. I'll never go to any of these grease monkeys again. read more

A light was going off on my vehicle that goes off when I need an oil change, and goes away after it's done, the guy tried to convince me that it's a tire pressure gauge and I "need to go to a tire shop." read more

I just went over to get my oil changed. Everyone there was great. The person checking me in, the mechanics, and even the other customers. I got out in just a few minutes with new oil and filters. They even showed me how to get a coupon on my phone. read more

Excellent , reliable service. I've been going here for years and found the service people to always be pleasant, professional & efficient. It usually takes about 1/2 hour. what a joke - this place tries to upsell you on everything when all they should be doing is changing your oil/checking fluids - its called Jiffy Lube right? guy told me it would be $10 for an air filter - I needed a new one - well I get the bill and its $16 for the part and $11 for the labor - that $27.00. the girl who checked out in front of me spent $75 on gawd knows what. oil chance ends up being $50 and I had a coupon for $7 off. this place sucks. read more

Great service--they took care of the cars in front of me reasonably quickly, did a great job with their Signature Service oil change, weren't pushy with other options, didn't get frustrated when I changed my mind on replacing the wipers, offered good explanations when asked, and finished --what can I say?--in a jiffy! Great experience today at Jiffy Lube. I am a repeat customer here. I was car #6 in line today (ugh...over an hour wait). They had all 3 bays open, but it just takes a while! The stop line (2 lanes) is about 25 ft from the bays, and they come out and ask for the next customer. It's honor system and people know who got there first. Though the old lady who came 30 mins AFTER me tried to go ahead of me. Really?!?! Hey, she was old, but she knew I was there before her! Gary was great. He runs a tight ship and keeps things moving. They have free coffee and a waiting room with mags and a rest room. The guys bring you out before they start and ask you what you want and if you have any concerns or need new wiper blades. Been going here for 3 years. Once they left the oil cap off and caught it when I got home and smelled burning oil. Another time when I got home 3 hours later I had a totally flat tire which blew right back up and never lost air again, so they evidently got the valve stuck when they checked the pressure and the capper was last Saturday they told me I had a leak in a hose. I drove it home and didn't make it more than 3 miles and the car overheated and had to have it towed. Mechanic who fixed it said that it wasn't a leaking hose but someone broke off the plastic grommet that the hose connected to. Will never go back here. BEWARE SHODDY WORKMANSHIP read more

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Pushing synthetic oil because it's the " same price" this month. After staying I wasn't interested,multiple times, I got a bad attitude. It was the first time in there with this new car, so apparently, they have to update all your info again and can't pull previous info. So they proceed to speak my name loudly and then ask me, in front of the whole room, my mailing address and phone number. A little privacy here! No need to share my personal info with the rest of those waiting. I will say there was one person there who went above and beyond, opening the car door for me since I had a small child with me. The rest of the staff could care less. So unprofessional and downright rude. I'll be going somewhere else from now on. Time for the owner and manager to wake up here. read more

Very, very disappointed. Waited much too long for an oil change, drove away only to realize they never filled up my washer fluid. They finally did that and I drive away agin only to have my car start smoking from underneath my hood. I drive back and was told, "oh yeah I spilled something in there". Terrible. Absolutely terrible. My experience started by waiting in a line for 25 minutes. After finally (and patiently) becoming the next person in line for just a simple oil change, a woman in a huge, white SUV cut me off. She swerved 2 lanes over in order to cut me off and pull into the next open garage. AND NO ONE FROM JIFFY LUBE NOTICED. Not one Jiffy Lube employee said something to her. I was still calm. I patiently waited another 10 minutes. Then a garage opened up. YES! It was my turn. So I pulled all the way over to the right to catch it, as apparently this was acceptable behavior in Jiffy Lube. Right away the manager said that I could not come in at that angle and I must wait my turn. It was my turn though! So he asked the woman behind me (who was incredibly impatient already), if she was "in front of me" and if she would like to go next. Well, she said yes. Of course she did. Who wouldn't?? So he told me that I would have to wait more. I was in a fit of rage. Now, if this was the grocery store, would this happen in a line? What about a restaurant and someone just took your reservation? What would you do? Well, I drove away and decided to write this review. Here are the take aways - terrible service, incredibly long wait, even in the middle of the day during the week. Don't waste your time. After all, your time is valuable. If you're going to wait that long, you might as well go to a mom and pop's shop on the cape, who surely will do a better job anyway. Brought my 2015 Mercedes Benz here for 4 oil changes, then went to world tech to have an oil change about two weeks ago . They told me the oil pan bolt had been stripped from the previous oil change and are surprised the bolt hadn't fallen out " which would have caused the oil to flow out the engine and more than likely cause engine damage ". It was recommended that I have the oil pan change, after showing me the stripped bolt I agreed . $750 dollars which included the oil change . I brought the receipt to jiffy lube after I got the car back , they did not deny doing the Damage ,they had the service record on file and know that's where the oil has been changed in the past. They told me I would be contacted by some in management. I now am being told that my claim is been denied not because the didn't damage my car and costing me $750 for an oil change but because I didn't call the first before I had the repair done. I have used this Jiffy Lube location for about eight years and haven't had any of the troubles described by other reviewers. They are always quick and courteous. True, they are not sugary sweet but they are car guys who just duck into the office to do office management stuff, so I don't expect too much in the way of formality. Always offer upgrades and replacements of wiper blades, air filters, but also tell me when I don't need them and if I tell them I just need to get out the door for the least amount of money they give me the basic oilchange with no pressure. been going to jiffy lube since it came to massachusettes , 30 years maybe ? Well i went to this crook in hyannis for a synthetic oil change,and after an hour were told we need a air filter but he didnt have any which was fine i can change it myself. So after the oil change we pay the bill Approx. $110 ! after i left i said to the wife that seemed a little high whats the bill say ? she looks at it and there is a $44 charge for" synthetic upgrade" on top of the charge for the regular oil change service. Wow, next day i send an email to the corporate office asking for an explanation they said they wood contact the hyannis location and they will in turn contact me and explain the charge, well that was about a month ago and i still havent heard from them . Why an "upgrade charge" ? what does that mean? It had synthetic in it before , the filter is no different . I went and got an air filter and changed it (didnt need that either) beware of this upcharge ripoff. read more
