My engine had been ticking, and that is why I went in to Firestone. Cost me almost $500 to repair. I do not recommend this instant oil change business. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes.
