Truck was approaching high heat and making concerning sounds so I brought it in. Was told it was the radiator and the fan clutch and it would cost nearly 2 grand. I reluctantly agreed because the price was so high but hoped I could walk away with my vehicle in better shape. Man, this place ripped me off. Driving away the sounds were INFINITELY worse and the truck still approaches high heat. Awful diagnosis. I will say that the woman working the front desk was awesome and very kind and helpful but the offer to make the sound go away stunk to high heaven (another $600 at least to do something they "forgot to mention" when I came in the first time, unless i brought my own parts in which they'd only overcharge me to kingdom come for labor after already spending two thousand dollars). I do not trust this place and the mechanic never said a word to me even when he was in the room with me face to face and seemed like a true stick in the mud. I was respectful as possible and even called him sir. I am never coming back ever and will actively discourage everyone I know from ever setting foot in this dump. One star is too high a rating. Wish I could leave the sound my truck's been making ever since going here as the rating instead. Edit, since Yelp offers no way I can tell to comment: It had a rusty radiator and you replaced the very first thing you saw was rusty. It was an expensive and bad diagnosis on your part. The overheating problem was not fixed!! Classy to call me a liar after charging me two grand and putting my truck on death's door. been taking mine and my kids cars here for years. I started with oil changes and they always gave me such great service that when we started needing more work I have them do that as well. They always do a great job. They are always professional and pleasant. On this last visit, one of our cars was having issues with the headlights as well as having a skid plate that had become detached. I thought for sure I was gonna need some sort of electrical work on the headlamps. I them a couple of hours after I car off. The lights was a simple fix that they showed us how to handle when we came back to pick the car up. They had also the skid plate. They would not let me pay for any of this. I honestly just can't say enough good things about this shop. I have never felt like we have been taken advantage of in shape or form. It has been quite the opposite. My family started going here prior to the new owners, new owners came in and completely kicked out the employees that were kind & knew how to work on a car. They hired incompetent mechanics who can't even do an oil change and will lie to you. They over-torqued, stripped the plug, and messed up my gasket during an oil change. They also told me I had an issue somewhere else and should get it changed right away, took it another shop to get looked at, there was no issue, and it's been fine. Thanks to their handy work on the oil pan though I had to get it replaced. They also used the cheapest oil filter they could get. So they charged a ridiculous amount for an oil change that they can't even do right and then tried to get more money out of me for a problem that wasn't there. They are nice people here, but can't do an alignment. I purchased their Groupon for an alignment since my steering wheel was slightly off. After I left it was more off and crooked now. Just look at the pic. I'll get another alignment to fix their alignment when I visit the dealership for my next oil change. They had to have seen this when they returned my jeep to me. I noticed it quickly after leaving, but when they can't even do an alignment correctly and make the steering wheel more crooked, it makes me uncomfortable to return to them to try to straighten the alignment once again when they couldn't do it correctly the first time. read more

No matter what you do, don't let them restore your headlights. I asked if they restored headlights, and of course they said yes. They turned a somewhat crazed headlight on top of the lens with a perfect lens otherwise into a completely useless set of headlights. the whole lens on both headlights is the same way, and the bad part is that they'e okay with that. " That the best we can do " Brian ( SP) , The manager said. They have ruined the headlights on my QX80 and i will probably be looking at some expensive replacements at this point. Don't know if there's a new manager or what, waled up at 5:30 to doors locked and signs turned off. Hours on the door said till 6 p.m. One of the maintenance men came out said they take their last customer at 5:15. There is NOTHING stating this on the door nor have I ever been told this. These guys are great! I bought a battery across the street at Costco, only to be told that they just sell the batteries, not install them. Having zero knowledge of how to install a car battery, I called Precision Tune Auto Care to see if they might be able to help. And help they did! Within five minutes of pulling onto their lot, my new battery was in and my old battery was in my trunk (had to bring it back to Costco to have the core (?) fee refunded). If you hate groupon so much take yourself off of it. Their Groupon is set up in a way to bait you with the cheaper oil and get you in so they can up charge. If there are separate packages, don't list all of them in the what's included section. It's intentionally deceptive and bad practice. Quick service although I feel like I could have gotten more of my money's worth for the oil change. For about the same amount of money I spent at Percision (or less), I could have gotten more from Jiiffy Lube, like having my windows cleaned and my interior vacuumed. The manager was nice though and I didn't have to wait very long. Seeing that I like to stretch my hard earned money, I will likely be visiting Jiffy Lube for my next oil change. read more
