    I've seat for over 4 hours just to be told they wasnt knowleable enough to know what the problem is . and trynna to make me pay more and keep my car till tomorrow their mechanic 3 of them didn't know enough to do anything to fix . Definitely wouldn't recommend for new vehicles since they don't know how to actualy fix the problem. Also been wait 25 mins in still wait for them to bring my car to the front even tho I've been told I'm all good to go and everything. Add on bc just now gotten my car they said my sevice mod wasn't turn on but when I just got my car . It was on . So definitely need to see new mechanic that know what their doing

    Big O Tires has great quality services on new tires and more. The entire staff did amazing job with all my car services and with new tires on my car on Friday September 13,2019. Thanks Jennifer and Andrew for providing me with excellent quality service. I hope a million customers will purchase new tires from Big O this week.

    My "after" alignment printout. Ouch.

    Sorry for the long post- I purchased a set of tires and a 3-year alignment warranty on 03/21/2020 (a $1,000 ticket). The owner at the time was named Joe, I'm unsure of his last name. He gave me $75 off a 3-year alignment warranty (which I've used twice, only because the first time my steering wheel pulled so bad and my tires were wearing down rapidly.) I haven't used the warranty since because of Big O Tire's questionable service. I purchased new tires from a different company on 08/24/2022 and was told I needed an alignment. I remembered I had a warranty with Big O so I thought I'd give them another shot before my warranty was up. I called the Callahan location on 8/25/2022 and made an appointment for the following day. I took my car in for the alignment and initially spoke with a very kind, reasonable young man. When I came back to pick my car up, Ron Seagle (I'm assuming is the "manager" Yikes.) wanted to be the advisor to check me out. He told me that my car was good to go and didn't offer a receipt, an inspection sheet, or a printout of my alignment results. I asked for the alignment sheet and realized the camber and caster had not been touched. I had my boyfriend call Ron to let him know that his mechanics did not complete the job and Ron became very upset, raising his voice stating that "We will not service your cars anymore. I'm not going to fix the alignment, and I don't care if you have a warranty." Now that I wasted my morning, I still need an alignment, and an inspection because I am a little nervous that Ron may have had the mechanics skip over any potential issues with my car. I know I need front brakes and rotors and motor mounts, had Ron and the mechanics done their jobs, they could have made a ton of money off of me. My vehicle is my lifeline, my way to work, and my childrens ride to school, and this is simply unacceptable. Next time you're in there, ask to see the mechanics' ASEs, you'll likely drive to the next shop down the road.

    Went there on Sunday August 21st to have a tire repair, while they were removing tire off of wheel they damaged the rim, rim is off of a new car with less than 10,000 miles, so talk to manager on Monday the 22nd and they said send them pics and they will get wheel taken care of, few weeks went by and never heard anything from them so I called the store and the manager that I talked to denied talking to me and lied about his phone number when I gave him the cell phone number I text and have pictures of text where he said they would take care of the wheel, now I got passed on to the district manager his Name is Dan and same ole stuff, long story short finally got wheel over to them, so they can send off to have professionally repaired and I go and pic the car up and look at the professional repair job and it looks like they took the tire off and employee took wheel around back of shop and spray painted wheel over spray all over the outside of the wheel, no Dan won't answer phone and return calls have contacted big o tire corporate and just get the run around there and the complaint line, so wouldn't do business with them they won't repair the damages they do to your car.     Bought 4 brand new tires in February, and less than 6 months/10k miles my back tires are showing WIRES. They claim that it's got nothing to do with the tires, and is because my car got knocked out of alignment between now and then (blamed East TN roads). They offered PRO-RATE (discount) on different tires , but he'll have to check with his "manager-in-training." Y'all, I'm not typically a "Karen," but this is crap. I paid $900 for new tires and brakes, and I can't safely drive my car. He "went over the head of the MIT" to the GM, who WASN'T there, and then came back to inform me that the GM agreed with him, and that was all they were willing to do. A DISCOUNT. I told him that was unacceptable, and that I wasn't leaving until it was made right, to which he responded "Well, that's fine. We close at 6." I sat there for a total of 5 hours, without so much as an acknowledgement from anyone else. Never was given a chance to speak to a manager, or even a different associate. They LITERALLY pretended I wasn't there. I ended up having no choice but to leave to pick up my son, in a STILL UNSAFE vehicle. This is my only vehicle, and I can't afford to pay for ANOTHER new set of tires after paying for a brand new set less than 6 months ago. Even if 8 could, a respectable company would have made SOME effort to make it right. I was left sitting for hours, treated as if my/my family's safety didn't matter, and that I was not important. I am appalled at the way I was treated, and the way they conducted their business. I will be elevating this to the corporate level and filing a complaint with the local BBB. It goes without saying that I will not be conducting business with them in the future, although they make it clear that my business doesn't matter to them. I've never been treated this way by a business, and can't imagine ever treating any person this way. It's appalling, and - as a typically optimistic person - I have officially lost a little hope in human decency.

    Manager was very friendly and got 4 new tires then put em on for my wife under one hr, very clean place
