The parts we bought, were installed wrong causing me to have to buy more parts to repair it. Also, they kept a part from my car, without my consent, I had to call them and ask if they still had it. Luckily they did still have it! Bottom line, my car is currently with another shop getting repairs it needed to begin with and repairs to correct Pep Boys horrible work. Thousands of dollars in repairs, and thanks to this place, the bill just keeps climbing! If you value your car. Take it someplace else. ZERO stars if I could choose that!

The Firestone store was trying hard to rip me off and they are being placed under investigation by the state for financial exploitation of a senior. I needed my car to get home from work. Mike put the spare on and my husband got the car to work for me.... I got off work at 3:30 took the car back and Mike had all four tires put on balanced, and I was off to home within an hour. The service here has always been exceptional. The staff has been beyond friendly and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable and they make sure and keep you updated. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes.
