I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

My neighbor took her car in there and talked to John. John was the mechanic inspecting the car. He…read moresaid it would cost $40 just to give a diagnostic of what was wrong. He said it was the starter. She jumped her car to drive it down there no problem. When John called the next day, he said they can't jump it even if it's in neutral. He said if she wants to take her car to get another opinion, she would have to get it towed. So she had it towed to the Honda dealer on parkside. The Honda dealer told her that the water splash plastic panel is missing from her car and the starter sensor is burnt out completely. When she called to Firestone and spoke to John about the water panel, he said he would put it back. Then when she personally stopped down there, another man that worked there said he never had the water panel, never saw it and they don't steal! When we jumped her car before taking it down there, the water panel was clearly in tact. This place is shady and when they found out she didn't want the work done there, they purposely broke the starter and stole her water panel. Beware of these criminals. They took advantage of this old lady and were smiling and laughing when she went down there to ask questions. Them breaking her car, cost her over $2,000 At the Honda dealership. This Firestone was convenient to her home and she wanted to keep her business local, but what a joke! She will be contacting corporate and filing a police report for the stolen water panel. If it has to go to civil court over $500, she will prosecute. Hopefully, they can reach out to her and find her "missing" water panel before garage day on Friday. This is bad business and taking advantage of the elderly. I'm fuming mad for my lovely neighbor.

Employees were nice and professional but the service itself was scary. I don't know how frequently Take 5 chain's take European cars, but I find that they don't do a lot of training on them, more specifically VW's. After doing my oil change, roughly 24 - 48 hours later my oil pressure light came on and I said "that's weird." I looked and everything seemed fine, so I went on my day thinking it might reset itself. 72 hours later it didn't turn off and I went back to Take 5 and it seems like they didn't put the seal on properly, so it was just leaking oil. Computers never lie. Good thing I didn't drive any further because feel like my engine would have blown up. This would be the last time I would be taking my car to a Take 5.

I should have immediately left when I noticed the staff looked under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, but unfortunately I stayed. Less than 48 hours later I hear something dragging under my car. When I pull over I see the underpinning was not screwed back on all the way. There were only 3/10 screws put back. Thankfully this happened because I then noticed oil dripping from my car. My car was almost out of oil and the oil filter wasn't put on properly. When I called and spoke with the manager, he didn't deny that he has a problem with his staff getting high when he's not there. He also admitted that the person working on my car had not been trained properly and was not supposed to be doing that job yet (Team members listed on the receipt were Hunter, Pancho, and Jordan) I asked for a refund and told them I did not want to bring my car back to them and the manager told me he had to see the car and take pictures before he could issue a refund. I offered pictures or a video of the oil leaking but that wasn't acceptable. He then asked for my address of where I was located. I do not wish for this company or their staff to work on my car or to know where I work/live. I am having the issue fixed elsewhere but beware of the Take 5 on Broadway. If I hadn't have heard the underpinning dragging I would have ran out of oil and ruined my engine because I had a coupon for an oil change....
