Went to this establishment on3/6/26. Car kept throwing oil pressure codes changed oil pressure switch. Then I figure maybe they use the wrong oil so I went and bought oil and an oil filter find out they never even changed the oil filter. Who knows if they change the oil went to the establishment to talk to Will the manager who couldn't be more unprofessional if he tried he kept saying it wasn't him no managerial skills whatsoever avoid this place at all cost. I wanted to take the time to write a glowing and fantastic review for the team that worked on my car today at Jiffy Lube. This is especially important because while my car was getting service, the car next to me had a man who was being so rude and unreasonable with the staff there. team members were very kind and courteous to me and allowed me to stay in my car while my infant was sleeping in her car seat. It was obvious that my safety along with my daughters was their upmost priority and concern and only allowed me to sit in the vehicle when all safety measures were taken into Place. For some reason, the man next to me saw that I was in my car and completely lost his cool and temperament, not realizing that there are a lot of safety hazards, and the staff was simply trying to reassure him that he was safe before getting into his vehicle. I hope this message reaches Corporate representatives to know that the staff Jiffy Lube are not at fault and from my experience, did everything with respect and common decency to ensure everyone stay safe while their car gets serviced. Used a $10 off coupon I found on jiffy lube.com and still expensive for an oil change, not to mention they charged an extra $5 to top off coolant. Ive been waiting for the lady behind the counter to even aknowledge me. It took an hour to change my oil, then after they finished my car they totally ignored me. Im still waiting as i make this review and its been almost 20 min. I asked thencashier if shencould let me pay, she shouted out the door, then continued to ignore me. Went in for a brake flush. Was quoted $158.00 while handing my vehicle over to staff to be pulled in for service. Went into waiting lobby while they completed service to the vehicle. The mechanic then came out to ring me up. He started by informing me that my vehicle takes a lot of brake fluid. Then questioned what work I did on my vehicle. He then told me that the total was $209.00. I told the mechanic that this is not what I was quoted and that I was told $158.00 when handing over the vehicle. He stated "well your truck took more brake fluid than we expected." (Surprised that I was not notified of this before they had went ahead and completed service). I told him that I was not paying that and that I would have gotten it done elsewhere or did it myself if it was going to be that much. He then began getting aggressive and told me, in front of an entire room of people waiting, that I was "arguing over who's d*** was bigger." (In those exact words). I feel sexually harassed and violated, and I believe that it's not fair for myself or other guests to be subjected to that type of environment. I'm hoping that he did not offend anyone else that was in there. I asked him his name and he refused to give me his name. I asked him for his boss or his owner, and he states that he is the boss, and I was supposed to be able to tell this by his maroon colored shirt he was wearing. Im concerned if this is the ownership of this place. After all was said and done he goes "how about I discount it down to where it was, and you never come back here. Again" as a customer I feel undervalued. As a human I feel insulted and appalled by the language that was used by the mechanic/ and/or owner. Manage called and promised to get back to me. There is a Jiffy Lube five minutes from my house but they got horrible ratings so I drive 25 minutes out of my away to this Jiffy Lube because they got fabulous ratings and they do not disappoint! The general manager Justice, is phenomenal. I am always out of there in record time. They are like a NASCAR pit team, all working together, efficiently and quickly. Every time I go there I am amazed. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years. I'm always greeted at my car, walked into the lounge, offered coffee, and shown the bathrooms. Great service! I try to go during my lunch rather than on the weekends because it's first-come first-serve, so the weekend line gets pretty long. Most of the time I wait for 20-25 mins and that's it! Sat today for an hour only to get to the garage (two cars in the stalls) and at 6:40 the attendance comes to my car and said these are the last two cars! I said bro you could have told me that a 1/2 hour ago, cut off the line at some point, put cones out to indicate we are at capacity for the day! He simply turned and walked away. Went here for an overdue oil change. I dropped my car off around 2pm and stopped by around 3pm and it was done, which was a surprise because there were a few other cars in front of me. Needless to say, I ended up with a electrical problem with my car after receiving just a supposed to be oil change. Flash forward three years in a desperate need for oil change. I decided to go to the Jiffy Lube near my new residence. I explained to the young gentleman about my experience prior. He reassured that everything will be OK. It was a little wait,however everything went smoothly and the young gentleman even told me about a coupon promotion to make my services cheaper. Took my truck in for a state inspection and the kid who performed the inspection tried to fail me because of "a streak on the windshield" after the wipers were used. Literally 1 single streak left after the wipers did their cleaning passes, which dried away in 2-3 seconds, and this POS wanted to make me buy new wipers. Oh, and I had replaced my wipers about 4 months prior to the inspection. There was a dead bug or tiny piece of tar on the windshield, so when that was cleaned off, there was no streaking. The manager thought he'd give me a deal, tried to say he'd give me 1 new wiper if I bought 1. So I'd have 2 new wipers I did not need. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I did get my oil changed but wow what a difference. I'm never taking my car anywhere else. Last year I made the mistake of taking my car to another shop in the area for state inspection which lead to brake replacement. I brought my car in to Jiffy Lube today for an oil change, they recommended flushing the brake fluid. Ok, cool. Until they started it and found one piece broken, one piece of incorrect hardware, and one piece that should have been replaced last year. Not to mention the fact that the brake fluid should have been flushed when I got new brakes last year. Jiffy Lube covered the replacement of the broken piece at their own cost and made sure I have all the information I need about upcoming service and recommendations. Tripled their prices and dropped their service. I drive a 2016 car that uses synthetic oil and I can almost always go for 5 months without a need for an oil change. However, after getting my oil changed here, as opposed to any other reputable place, I magically ran out of oil in less than a month. I came there on a Saturday morning around 8:45. I was greeted at my car and front door was opened for me. I was offered coffee and within a few minutes of me sitting down, I was called to the counter to go over needed services. I was also asked if there was any other problems I had experienced and that made me think of the squeak I get when I first start my car. He explained the needed services and why they were important for maintenance. Me being a female, I just put gas in the car and go. So it was nice of him to explain everything to me. They worked efficiently and promptly to get me up and out. I wound up spending a significant amount of money and was even offered a discount! So glad! I have a 2016 Kia Sorento which takes Synthetic oil, they put regular oil in after I went over what needed in the car with the manager. The manager is not responsible, it's the crew in the shop that don't pay attention to what they are doing. When my inspection was due I needed tires so I took my car to a tire store and saw they did inspections so to save time thought why not... Dumbest thing. They tried to say I needed brakes, shocks and struts on top of the tires for my less then 5yr old car... It seemed shady so I took it to Jiffy Lube not only did I not need the 1200 dollars shocks and struts but I paid for brakes that the other place didn't do!
