They were so kind, professional, and super-fast! Thankfully I just needed a patch repair from a nail, which didn't cost much at all. The gentleman who helped me patiently explained their beeper system since I was a newbie (first beep to drive up to the bay, and the next to either talk to service or pay at the cashier) and enrolled me in their rewards program. No doubt if I ever need tires I will only be coming here from now on. I'd tell everyone I know to come here, but they already do!

I pulled over and saw there was visible scratches and striations on the steering wheel. I went back and they said at the alignment place they weren't sure what happened and the other side they said they would fix it. Obviously the scratches were white and fresh on the steering wheel so you can tell it just happened. Later I realized it looked like a big key ring must have been under the wheel. I thought at first it must have been a ring but there are parallel scratches. They later said they would refuse to fix it. My car is practically new. Very disheartening. I'll never go to this location again. Update: My alignment is very bad. When I take my hands off the steering wheel my car severely swerves off the road to the right. Really bad. Now I have to deal with their alignment people who damaged my steering wheel. All around a very bad experience.

Was told my car failed inspection for play in the steering rack and would require a complete replacement (a roughly ~$2000 service after I'd already paid $700 for the inspection, oil change, and differential fluid). I told the tech I understood, but I needed the car for work and didn't have $2000 for the repair right now, so please put it back together and I'd let them know when I had the budget for repairs. As soon as I drove off the lot, I realized my steering was completely borked. The alignment was off by almost a full quarter turn of the wheel. Soon, multiple warning lights lit up on the dash for traction control, ABS, and emergency brake. When I spoke to the tech again over the phone, he said he was unable to fix it due to the rack being bad. So, let me just fully understand this... I gave the car to a repair shop and it drove fine, straight and no warning lights. Paid $700, picked it up, it's clearly broken, and you want me to believe you need another $2000 to fix the problem you clearly created? Frustrated, and leaving for vacation the next morning, I ended the call with no resolution. After returning from vacation, I called again and left messages that were never returned. Eventually, my wife got through, and was told they "don't have access" to the voicemail. The tech was rude to my wife, again reiterated they couldn't fix their mistake, but did offer to take a look at it when they had time (when asked if she could bring the car in immediately, the tech scoffed). Meanwhile, I had simply taken the car somewhere else for a second opinion. Wouldn't you know it, the other shop said that while the rack had a slight bit of play, they measured it and it was well within PA state inspection specs and safe to drive. As for the alignment, it was off more than 6 degrees and took the other shop over two hours to correct and reset the sensors. After another $130, I have a car that runs fine and is inspected. I'm not sure if it's a new management issue or what, but stay away from this place. I'll be letting the BBB and the state inspection board know what kind of scam they're running here.

I made an appointment and less than 24 hours after leaving the Truck he called me indicated he believed he had found an issue that could cause the infrequent shutdown of the engine. I was quoted a price way cheaper than any of the other work that had been completed on the truck at the other shops for this problem. I gave him the ok and about a day later I had my Truck back and the issue has not returned. I highly recommend this shop for vehicle service as I have always found that the closer the individual performing the work is to owning the business the more pride they have in their work and dedication to completing it correctly. I waited, waited, waited for 90 (NINETY) minutes, then asked for a status update. They had not even started my car. I asked for my keys and just left, because I had to catch a train at 11:30. The health of my car will be impacted because of Firestone's careless lack of organization. This was my first time at a Firestone and it will certainly be my last. I didn't want to hold off on something as important as an oil change, but I'll wait for my usual guys to come back from vacation rather than waste my time in Firestone's uncomfortable waiting room. If you have anything going on in your life at all, Firestone is NOT the place to take your car.

He was told that a diagnostic test was run and his coolants were flushed and replaced. Within a day, his truck cabin filled with smoke, overheating, ready to catch fire, and he was stranded for hours on Rt. 476 waiting to be towed. The truck was towed back to Firestone to be reevaluated. Evan the manager was beyond rude, unreasonable, and would offer no credit towards the original work which was incorrectly diagnosed at close to $800. The truck was then taken to a Dodge Ram dealership where they discovered that the heating core was shot dumping coolant into the cab of the vehicle. It cost $3000 to fix, but at least it was repaired and repaired correctly. The fact that Firestone did not catch this during a diagnostic is either due to lying or incompetence. When my husband went back a second time to speak to Evan at Firestone, he was again unapologetic and flip. He angrily agreed to reach out to his manager and it was agreed that a credit in the form of a check in the amount of $175 would be sent to us. Over 6 weeks has gone by and we have not received the credit. I reached out to Evan and explained who I was and asked him if he recalled the situation. His words were, "I deal with a lot of cars. I do remember that your husband came in and was acting unreasonable, so I contacted my regional manager for a refund." His tone was uncalled for and escalated the interaction. The conversation continued from there with Evan yelling at me and not letting me get a word in. I ended the conversation by letting Evan know that I would be calling corporate and hanging up. I filed a complaint with corporate that same day. At this point, the situation is less about the refund and more about Evan's unprofessional attitude and aggressive behavior. We have been Firestone customers and credit card holders for well over 25 years and have used several locations in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey. Our relationship with Firestone is over and the credit card is canceled. A response to this review with an apology and a request for me to email socialcare@bfrc.com with full details, contact info, and an invoice number like I have seen with every other negative review response is unacceptable and will not be happening.

They think of the little things. I had made my appointment online a couple of weeks before using one of the flyers that came in the mail, I scanned the QR code. I did put it in my phone as a reminder however I actually put in the wrong day, I would have been a day late however they sent me a reminder text to let me know that hey your appointment is coming up. Amazing, and very timely! I spoke mainly with Brandon and in all my years I have never spoken to any car repair place and receive such great service. He listened to my concerns as I have a few because my car is older. They kept me apprised of every step of the way. From initial diagnostics, when they finish them they sent me a link that took me to a website but not only detailed information about what needed to be done, but also recommendations with PICTURES to show what they were talking about. I was able to show them to my brother who was mechanic in New Jersey he said I see their concern and he agreed on their diagnostics, but we're getting rid of the car within a year so no need to do those things right now. When I spoke to Brandon we talked about what needed to be done for the inspection, the things that I wanted to have done extra including the oil and having an A/C repaired, and there was zero hard sell of any of the other options that were recommended but not needed at time of service. I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic shop in all my years and I can guarantee I will never go to another auto repair shop as long as I live in this area, I finally found the best mechanics around and trust me I've been to probably just about all of them including dealerships. They are absolutely outstanding and it didn't matter who I spoke to on the phone they were great, Brandon stood out as exceptional. Thank you Ross for the detailed Diagnostics.

I had a tricky battery issue that they helped me sort out over the past week, and they were nothing but honest, patient, and helpful the whole way through. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and even though my car had to stay overnight twice, once the issue was identified, they didn't charge me for the fix! On top of their top tier service and fair pricing, it's the peace of mind that they offer that sets them apart. I couldn't recommend them more.

Again, they painted the suspension components, welds, etc. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with our Jeeps. Found their name on it. It's the only bar that is rusted through. Do not use them. Find another place to to use. They are shady and will charge more for what you get. They will come back and said you agreed but it's too late. They are slim shady and ruin Jeep's.
