She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence. They have a return customer going forward, and I'll be sure to thank my cousin for the recommendation. I'll also kick myself for not listening sooner lol

Well, they are under new management. They lying about where the old Management is (Joe is at Omaha…read moreCar Care now, but staff is told to say he retired.) Additionally, it seems they are hard selling unnecessary services. I not only had them tell me, who had no leaks, that I had a leaking valve gasket that I should be ready to pay $1000.00 plus, mostly labor for, but I heard a phone call and conversations with 2 other customers pushing the same sort of thing. Which seems to defy coincidence. Lastly, when you are going to badmouth your lead tech and talk about them being a problem because they don't want to sell unnecessary services, you should NOT do it in front of customers. It's a really small room. I don't care how you feel about them "pulling that card" of knowing what they are doing to prevent unnecessary services being pushed. Trust in this location went up in smoke very fast.

I'm talking inches of dust. He gave me a discount to change it. He also checked my internal cabin filter, which is not something anyone else has done. I was about to head out of town right after my service, so he checked my tires to make sure I was good to go. 100/100 and such positive an attitude. :)

When it was my turn, I was directed in to the exact spot. They told me what kind of oil my car used and what the price was. In 15 minutes I was on my way. The price was about $10 more than my regular garage, but the convenience factor was huge. I will generally want to go to my mechanic for regular maintenance because they keep me informed about other potential future repairs looming, but for an oil change, this worked out well.

This is a cool old-style shop where you walk through the garage area to get to the office. The waiting room is noisy with the sounds of tire installation. You can have them send you a text when they are done, if you don't want to sit. I stayed there though. The coffee (free) was good, and they took care of my tire quickly.

Very honest service: I had the dealership tell me I need multiple things replaced; however, when I went to Exclusive Repair, they were realistic and said many of the items did not to be replaced quite yet. Overall, they made the repair process so seamless as they texted me their recommendations / photos and pricing, and then I could respond with which repairs I wanted to have done. I had oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, and brake light replaced. I needed a wheel alignment, but that was not something they could do. Very reasonable pricing, and they even gave me a discount for being a UNMC employee. The drop off appointments are easy to get, but the waiting appointments book out 6 weeks or so. If you have a Honda, definitely recommend this place!!

I know they'll give it to me straight and that I won't be pushed into buying or doing any work that isn't needed. From prices I paid at other places with a different car make, they seem fairly priced. Their shop is cozy and they have a nice waiting area stocked with drinks and snacks as you wait. I haven't serviced my Honda anywhere else and don't plan on going anywhere else as long as we're in Omaha!

I've tried a few and the guys here know their stuff and are reasonable in price. It was $29 for my oil change in my Dodge Stratus and they fixed the other problems I had in 24 hours. Gotta love convenience in a good mechanic. There is a reason why he's been here so long!
