They were very fast very informative they were also a great price! Engine light came on pulled into AutoZone who told me it was spark plugs needed so then I went to an Auto repair shop on 90th who quoted me 7 to $900. I was like no I don't think so. So went to jiffy lube in Benson and Charles took great care of me paid less than $250 to get the right spark plugs put in. Customer for life!! read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. I go to get my oil changed before I go out of town and I was driving back to my home on i-80 and out of no where I heard a loud scraping noise I pull over thinking I had a flat tire but instead I find out it's my skid plate is halfway off unfortunately I have to wait till the next day to call them I give them a call and before I even finish what I was saying he says it's the skid plate he also says we haven't had one of them in a while they did order a new one but no rush two weeks later they finally got it and put it on .needless to say, I won't be going back there again read more

So the moment you charge me for something I didnt ask for, I'm out. You CANNOT tell me after you charge me that you topped off my windshield wiper fluid and charged me 6 bucks to do so. "Oh we normally just do that to every car and just add it on the bill"? Who does that? It's like going to a restaurant and them just adding cake to your order and charging you for it even though you didn't ask for any. It's ridiculous. The people at benson always take care of me. I have been a customer at this location for over a year. They are always so sweet and courteous! They know cars and they treat mine really well. That is extremely beneficial because my car has a lot of miles in it. Jay-me is always a pleasure to be around. He is skilled and has a wonderful smile. Everyone is always great. I needed an oil change and my usual place was all booked up. I found the closest Jiffy Lube to where I was and was not disappointed. The Benson location has an absolutely wonderful team. They were polite, helpful, and prompt. I believe the gentleman who helped me figure everything out had "J.C." on his work shirt--he was very professional and helpful. Everyone here made me feel comfortable and welcome even though I had never been to this location before. I highly recommend giving them a visit! read more

Had to go back because they did not change my oil filter and over charged me on my groupon After calling them to confront them for ripping me off they had us come back to get a "real" oil change and when I arrived the techs did not even speak to me, let alone apologize or try to make it right. After I left the Leavenworth location, I immediately drove to this location, again, all I needed was a new headlight. The attendant was friendly, was able to give me a price range for the cost of replacing my bulb. The manager guided me into the bay, where I waited for 20 minutes while they finished working on the car next to me . . . AND THEN STARTED WORKING ON THE CAR THAT GOT THERE AFTER ME!!! Midway through what they were doing with that car, TWO people came over and got under my hood. They made the least bit of effort to try and get in there to take apart whatever it was that was in place to get to that bulb. I would say after less than 5 minutes they threw in the towel, and had the gumption to tell me that I need to go to a certified dealer to have them change my light bulb. This has got to be the laziest, most effortless, location in this city! And I used to ONLY go to this one starting 23 years ago with my first car. But based on their lack of interest in going above and beyond in at least ATTEMPTING to do their job in fixing something so simple as a headlight, I HAVE SWORN OFF THIS LOCATION TOO!!! read more

I went to Jiffy Lube on Maple Street and I asked for a oil change and got over priced extremely! I asked for the oil that would be best for my car yes it was a little expensive but not $130 worth! I believe that they saw a young blonde girl who probably didn't know shit about cars and took a vantage of me! Honestly I should've looked at the reviews before I went because now I see there have been one stars at every Jiffy Lube so far! So not cool! read more

Just left there, they broke my key and put tape on it and said it was loose so he put tape on it. Hopefully the district manager contacts me to replace my key. They even didn't put air in my tire, the air pressure warning is still lit I don't know how they missed that. I've used Jiffy Lube for years and have never experienced such a thing. I don't recommend this place. I have always changed oils at Jiffy Lube for $29.99 total. I went with a $10 off coupon to this location thinking my total after the coupon would come down to $20. So I didn't ask how much they charge. I was surprised when the bill came after discount to $37. I told them I would never go back and they basically lost my business but they didn't seem to care. I'm not surprised now to see the other bad reviews here of this place. I should have checked first. Oh and they didn't vacuum the car as other Jiffy Lube locations have done in the past. read more

I've had my oil changed here a couple of times, but noticed that they don't check all the fluids or the tires. I had a tire that was low, so I asked to have it aired up. They never used a guage to check the pressure, and when I got home it had 55psi in it. The max pressure for the tire is 44psi, so I won't be going back. read more

In and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Their sales pitch was delivered well, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything that I didn't want. Service was courteous and efficient. I was thanked for my business more than once. I will definitely go back. read more
