The current staff here is a hot mess. The girl is throwing out employee trash after another employee was complaining about the mess...while walking back to the car next to me doing the Macarena. I come to this location anytime I need an oil change. Typically the older gentleman is there with awesome customer service and everything runs smoothly! Definitely worth the value ! Todayyyy however the guy under the cars was clearly having a bad day. Yelling and cussing that he missed one day of work and came back to a shit show... So many good things to be said about this jiffy lube location. I'm not from Nebraska and only here for work for a few months so took a chance on this location and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I came for an oil change and was thinking about getting my tires rotated. Leo was so incredibly kind to me and told me that my jeep only needed rotation around twice a year because more often can cause issues with lug nuts falling off and becoming loose. I have never had a shop recommend against a service that I wanted and it was so comforting knowing that he was looking out for me and my safety after only knowing me a few minutes. All of the other staff I interacted with were kind and extremely efficient. I can't truly say enough good things about how pleasant they made my experience. Brought the car in for an oil change, the last time here was in December 2017, but the owner explained that with today's oils, time didn't matter, only miles count. Since I had only gone 2,300 miles since my last change, he said I didn't need to change the oil. They checked my fluids and topped them off and sent me on my way. Other dealers would have taken my money, even though it wasn't need. Once again he has given me reason to trust them and to give them a 5 star rating. read more

Horrible place and horrible owner named Leo! Flushed my radiator at THEIR recommendation and now my truck will not go over 4 blocks without overheating! They heady truck for FIVE DAYS after and it is still screwing up! I made arrangements to take my truck to a full service shop to have it looked at and the owner freaked out and was like "No don't take it there! They're going to blame everything on Jiffy Lube and I don't trust them because of that!" were his exact words. So of course he took it to the shop that he trusted and they said it had nothing to do with Jiffy Lube service of course. My mechanic however who has been a mechanic for over 35 years, stated that it absolutely happened and they never should have flushed it they should have told me to replace the radiator and then put new fluid in so that all of the buildup didn't get in the lines and the water pump and the heater core and everything else. Of course though Jiffy Lube's owner would not even give me their claims Department's phone number and believe it or not he said that even though he is the owner, that he doesn't know what insurance company they use? When I asked him how he owns the place and doesn't know what insurance company he used he of course got short and was like I have to go. I have text messages and recorded phone calls to back all of this up and I absolutely plan on having a lawyer handle it. Do not take your car to this location. The service you receive is not what you expect. The sad thing is people told me that and I wanted to give them a chance and now I'm paying the price. The owner will talk to you like he is your friend and cares about you and cares about your vehicle but at the end of the day he doesn't and he doesn't even know what business insurance he uses which is absolutely sad. I am dealing with their corporate office now since they are a franchise but my truck which is my only means of transportation has been broken down for a week and a half now thanks to them and he originally said he would refund the service and then he cried about doing that afterwards and didn't end up doing it. Absolutely Shady businessman and a couple of the mechanics that he recommends that work for him are absolutely the same way especially the one named Ben who is a tech there but owns a company called B&J Mobile Auto who flat out says that he does not have business insurance because he cannot afford it. Currently at Jiffy Lube on N 72nd Street in Omaha. Asked what an oil change would cost. The answer was $76.99 and we have a $15 coupon for you. When they started came to me and it's going to be $99 for the oils change. This is why I asked for a price up front. This is also probably why they weren't busy. Firestone was $78 out the door. I come all the way from Bellevue... pass up a couple other jiffy lubes to get to this one. The level of customer service here is unbeatable! I like that it is new and the waiting area is comfortable. TV and coffee. .. The staff explain everything which is great. They don't try to rip you off... they are very reasonable with cost. Plus you get your floors vacuumed! And they are super quick. Around 20 mins for an oil change. If they need to do anything else... You won't be here for more than 45 mins. read more

I normally go here but today seemed everyone had personal issues ans attitudes. Simply went to get air in my low tire. Although I called ahead and they said they'd "top me off" on fluids etc. Maybe they didn't eat breakfast or needed lunch but they were all just rude. They used weird hand gestures to try to direct me to what they wanted me to do. First they wanted me to move my car to a parking spot. I did so, then got out and was told to move my car to a stall... It was all about the way I was treated, not welcoming one bit, as if they were upset I was there. Needless to say they filled up my tire... And that was it. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Leo (the manager) is the guy to see. This is one of the better jiffy lubes in Omaha.

I will fully admit that I am one of those women that knows nothing about vehicle maintenance. I am always fearful of getting "ripped-off" by car maintenance people and have been a victim before. I can honestly say that I can confidently walk in to this Jiffy Lube and feel that I get good advice and can trust what Leo and his guys recommend. They are not your average car maintenance people either as they will go above and beyond to help their customers. For example: My battery light started to come on one morning and I stopped in to have them check it out. It turned out that my alternator was basically DEAD! It was so dead that my truck would not start after arriving at their shop. This location does not replace alternators but the Benson location did but the problem was that I needed to get my truck over there and it wouldn't start. Rather than having to pay a tow truck - these guys replaced my battery with a brand new battery so that I would have enough juice to get to the other store. What was even more surprising was that they did not charge me for the battery but told me to stop by after my alternator was replaced and they would switch the batteries and charge my perfectly fine but dead battery while I was at the other shop. I went to the Benson location and Leo had called ahead and told them I was coming so my alternator parts were already onsite when I arrived and the guys replaced it within an hour of my arrival. I then went back to the 72nd and Crown Point location to switch out the batteries and Leo refused to charge me one penny for all the work him and his guys did to help me with my issues. They turned what would have been an extremely stressful and costly situation - especially for a non-vehicle educated person - into something that was rather stress free and easy. Also another thing about this location... I always get my oil changed here - I'm in and out quickly and love that I can then stop in at any time to get my tires checked, window washer fluid filled, and any other basic need free of charge between oil changes. For someone that knows just the basics about vehicle maintenance and has a 10 year old vehicle - they are someone that I can truly depend on. read more
