"yes sir , you can bring it today…read more, we actually have a spot available just for you today , we just didnt want it to get taken by tomorrow so we made sure we had it ready for you , can you come in any time today until 6 pm" Then on Friday I get told this "hey , ,i just wanted to inform you that due to today being a really busy day for us , the timing chain still needs to be worked on , can i call you tomorrow to let you know the updates and if we can finish the job since we were backed up for just one day , i was goin to ask if we can have it till monday so we can ensure this job gets done correctly with no rush ? Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. This can be you as well. If anyone has doubts or questions, I have everything documented

She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence. They have a return customer going forward, and I'll be sure to thank my cousin for the recommendation. I'll also kick myself for not listening sooner lol

The prices are also incredibly reasonable. It's rare to find honest people in any industry but it seems to be more prevalent in the auto industry. Tom and his wife seem to be business owners who genuinely want to do an honest days work for a fair price. This is the only place I will take my vehicle.

I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them. I do recommend them if you can afford them because they do good work. Just be prepared for the price.

Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully. I can't thank the team at Elite enough for taking care of us, being trustworthy, affordable, and going above and beyond with awesome customer service!

I had oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, and brake light replaced. I needed a wheel alignment, but that was not something they could do. Very reasonable pricing, and they even gave me a discount for being a UNMC employee. The drop off appointments are easy to get, but the waiting appointments book out 6 weeks or so. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem. No pressure, no "man 'splaining", just a clear description and solution if I wanted. Knowledgeable and great customer service.

Blew a tire on I80 coming into Omaha. Limped into our hotel about 7 on a Thursday night. Needed to…read morereplace the blown tire quickly to keep our journey to Chicago for the holidays on schedule. Used Yelp's tools to find S&H and sent a text describing our needs about 8:30 PM. Got a preliminary response within minutes and a response from the owner, Dan moments later. He'd already checked with three of his suppliers to no avail, but promised to check an additional source as well as his stock of used tires. Said he'd respond shortly after 7 AM. He did, and we had the used tires installed within an hour before 9AM. Price was fair, service was quick, and we got two name brand tires to tide us over until we can get a full new set (the tires we had we're original equipment run-flats with 44k miles on them. The place doesn't look like much, but they definitely know what they're doing and the responsiveness was stellar.

I needed a last minute oil change before I took a road trip, and I called the Jiffy Lube in Omaha North 72nd & Sorenson Parkway in the Target parking lot. My husband gave me a lot of advice about how to deflect the additional services that he assumed I would be pressured into purchasing, but he was wrong! My trip to Jiffy Lube was one of the most pleasant service experiences I've ever had. James answered the phone when I called to see if they would be able to fit me in, he greeted me at my car when I got there and remembered our conversation, he got me in and out quickly with no additional services recommended, and he even gave me a coupon which saved me money. The other guys working there were just as pleasant and attentive as James was. I waited inside the building while they worked on my car, and was out of there in 15 minutes. James even opened my door for me and reminded me of the extras included with my oil change. Did you know you can get your tires checked and windshield wiper fluid topped off between oil changes free of charge? I didn't either. I highly recommend this shop!! read more

So, I've been told I'm pretty "high maintenance", Sadly, it's a true statement, I'm really hard to please. This morning, I'm of course running late to work, but in bad need of an oil change. I pulled up at Jiffy Lube and when Leo walked up - I asked how long it would be, he said 25-30 minutes. I sighed, tell him I'm running late, he replies "they will do their best." He led me into the waiting area. On the way pointed out the restroom, remote for the TV and offered me a fresh cup of coffee. Literally - it took his team less than 10 minutes. I was stunned! We live in a world where good customer service is REALLY hard to come by. These guys were polite, friendly, courteous and the facility is clean. I mean the restrooms, chairs, floor - everything! They completely EXCEEDED my expectations!!!! I've been a patron at this location ever since they opened, and I will continue. Service like this is hard to come by! The current staff here is a hot mess. The girl is throwing out employee trash after another employee was complaining about the mess...while walking back to the car next to me doing the Macarena. I come to this location anytime I need an oil change. Typically the older gentleman is there with awesome customer service and everything runs smoothly! Definitely worth the value ! Todayyyy however the guy under the cars was clearly having a bad day. Yelling and cussing that he missed one day of work and came back to a shit show... I personally don't want anyone doing anything to my car in that emotional state. Possibly missing steps or forgetting anything could cause harm to my transportation & future routes. By then it was too late to back out with a line of cars behind me, my hood up & the process already has begun. The service here is excellent. After my first visit, the undercarriage to my car wasn't secured correctly. It came loose and was damaged. I returned, expecting a battle, but the manager, Leo, ordered a new one for me. Recently, I returned when my check engine light was on. I feared I'd added too much oil. Leo recommended an oil change (which was almost due anyway). The code reader said I needed a spark plug, but Leo told me to see if the oil change fixed the issue. He said to return a few days later if the problem persisted and they would check it again. Many people might have taken advantage of the situation, but Leo didn't. He and the other employees are always friendly and helpful. As long as this type of customer service continues, I'm a customer for life. read more

I had the best customer experience that ive had in a long time. This past Friday I got off work late and I went to Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled up Mr Leo was waiting outside I got out and he met me halfway with a smile. I explained to him that I had planned to go to Kansas City the next morning and he said that he will check things under the hood. They topped my fluids off and even added air to my tires. Bye bye Wally-World hello Jiffy Lube. I appreciated AAron Willie and Mr Leo for the great customer service. I left very happy and confident to hit the road the next morning! I left my car at Jiffy Lube with a man named Jimmi while I went to Target and when I returned, my car was ready to go. Mister Jimmi was very friendly, quite knowledgeable and I was most pleased with the service. Although the car was a friend's car, I was very happy with the brief relationship I had encountered with Mister Jimmi. Wonderful honest service A+++++ Leo and Aaron were working when I arrived. I needed the transmission fluid changed in my 2011 Toyota Prius. They took care of me at 1/3 of the price the dealer charges. I was allowed to observe the process by wearing some safety gear, but at least I could watch and see what was actually being done. I had a few other questions about the engine and both Leo and Aaron took some added time and gave me some good advice. It's always enjoyable to go to a place that takes care of you and treats you like a family member. read more

I stopped in to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed. They were immediately right there to see what I needed. I also needed a few things checked battery, fluids, etc. I could not have asked for any better service. We were all on a first name basis before I left. Stopped at 3 other places for a simple oil change. Everyone told me they were short staffed and could not do it today. Pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and was greeted at my car by Leo who took great care of me (as far as opening all doors for me). I was in and out in 30 minutes even with all bays full when I pulled in. 100% satisfied with the service of Leo and his men! I will be back. P.S. These guys are unbelievable! Quick to help out even if your required service isn't one that they do. I got an oil change at this location, they were quick and very easy to work with. I got a $15 discount because of the oil I purchased, plus I was able to get an additional $25 eGift Card after completing the registration. This is the second time I visit Jiffy Lube and was more impressed then the last! The CSA, James B, also informed me of the "top off" that comes along with the oil package as well. the whole process took about 15 minutes, and that was with one person in front of me. the guy gave me the options, recommended the high mileage oil for my van, but didnt try to guilt trip me or sell me when i went with the cheaper option. there was a coupon which said it was required to bring it in but i didnt have a printer. he gave me the discount without it and sent me on my way. very professional and courteous, would recommend. read more

I have always had a good experience at this Jiffy Lube. They are courteous and helpful and the facility is clean and pleasant. Today I had both the oil change and tire pressure lights on so I stopped at Jiffy Lube. After checking out the car, Leo told me I wasn't due for an oil change yet, the tire pressure was fine (cold weather), they reset the lights and they topped off the fluids. Best yet, no charge! I LOVE Jiffy Lube! They are the only ones that do my oil change and include with it: topping off all other fluids, airing up my tires, and doing an overall well check on my car for free of charge. When it was my turn, I was directed in to the exact spot. They told me what kind of oil my car used and what the price was. In 15 minutes I was on my way. The price was about $10 more than my regular garage, but the convenience factor was huge. I will generally want to go to my mechanic for regular maintenance because they keep me informed about other potential future repairs looming, but for an oil change, this worked out well.
