This is my third time coming to this location to have a routine oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter replacement. All three times I've had good experiences. This location seems to employee a diverse group of individuals which I think is important. I love that one of the managers is Bianca, a young female who displays great leadership which you can tell when you hear them showing their new employees the ropes. Stopped in with a VERY flat tire, & in desperate need of assistance. The Assistant Manager, Chris, & his awesome tech, Nathan, were so welcoming and gracious. I was in a tough situation and I had my dog with me. They welcomed us into the blessedly cool waiting room and were very quick to make the tire swap I needed. These guys were welcoming, professional and so efficient without making me feel like a hassle or inconvenience. This location is A-OK but I caution you that the employees and overall customer service has gone downhill over the years gone by plus they are RETARDED if they think I am paying $37.99 for an oil change. Although, I do appreciate my car being vaccumed and exterior windows being cleaned but that little extra is not worth $37.99. However, on Tuesdays, this location has a special the last time I was there 1-2 years ago for $24.99 oil change ( it probably has gone up ). I now take my vehicle to the BJ's Auto Spa at 51st Ave Bell Road and get an oil change and VIP car wash for $33 ! The only good thing about these guys was the fact that they warned me about the price of an oil change for my vehicle because it requires synthetic oil. $78. I pay 50 at the dealer. That is a 50% increase over the dealer. Basically, they've given me a reason to never ever and I mean ever use Jiffy Lube again. So... Mixed reviews. I walked in last night and it took about 5 minutes for someone in the garage to even acknowledge me. But when they did they were nice. It was almost 6pm (when they close) so I just wanted to check they could rotate my tires AND give me an oil change. Today, same. I guess I don't know I'm supposed to drive the car around? Maybe I'm the idiot... Anyway, they were really nice, told me exactly what they did and what everything would cost prior to doing the services as well as telling me what they did do after they worked on my car. Went in for simple oil change. They tried to see me everything. Announced that radiator cap was bad, even though I've had no problems or leakage (only 23,000 mi). I didn't have it replaced, but whatever they did, when I stopped for gas radiator fluid was leaking all over the place. Crooks. I won't go back. Went back and they said they overfilled the radiator. Now I have a car in the driveway leaking radiator fluid. No apologies. Whole process took 2 hours. I don't have the confidence they put in the right oil, filter, etc. Don't go to this place! read more

Go to a different Jiffy Lube. I was turned away unless I wanted to wait 30 min while 6 guys worked on one truck. One guy was jabbing at something under the hood as I drove away. Would NOT trust these guys w my car. They literally had one washing windows two at the hold, and two extra guys but they said they were all working on that truck. Steer clear of this one! read more

Went got an oil change and against my better judgment got my tires rotated. Welp these sorry people instead of doing customers service rotated a bad tire from the back of my car to the front! Like really my car was not driving right went to the tire shop a the man was like the tire was no good they should have told you and not rotated but I guess that extra $21 dollars was worth more than customer safety. I told myself stop messing with jiffy lube!!! Especially if it's not oil related and then your taking a chance they didn't even put the sticker in the window. I came in this morning for an oil change. I interacted with 3 employees -- the manager, the assistant manager, and a young man who greeted me when I first arrived. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The manager went over my options for oil and highlighted overdue and upcoming regular services for my vehicle. He did not give a hard sell, but just made sure I was aware of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The oil change was completed quickly, and I was back home before I knew it. My wife took her Toyota Highlander in for an oil change. The next evening I saw a decent oil leak on the garage floor. When she got home I checked under the car and saw that a new puddle had already formed and the oil plug was loose. It took a quarter turn to get it seated seat. It was dripping a drop every two minutes. Overtime it possibly could have damaged the engine or shortened the life if it had gone that way till the next oil change. I took the vehicle back and requested a reimbursement. The manager wouldn't do that and offered a 15% discount on future services. I feel I should get my money back for a job poorly done. I called before I came in to make sure I could get a repair done and they said yes. When I parked, the first thing I asked for was the repair and they said yes. When I went to pay, I found out they did not do the repair. The repair requires an oil change, so they just changed the oil without doing the repair. $80 right down the drain. read more

SLOPPY WORK. I thought I had a leak after they changed the oil, but it was just oil underneath the filter that they chose not to clean. I am guessing they probably figured nobody would notice if there was a little oil on the bottom, but there was enough to leak all over my driveway. Sitting at Jiffy Lube now, wasn't impressed with their customer service when I walked in or their prices. Employees are in the service bay area yelling at each other and laughing, nothing bad, but the yelling back and forth and laughing out loud is annoying and not work related. Don't fault them for having fun, but no need to yell their jokes for everyone to hear. I wouldn't come here!!!!! This was our place for oil changes for years but this location brakes your parts and then says it went "bad". Today was the last straw. We have had two things go bad and today we were told our tire lug nuts were bad well if you tell us that in the same sentence you just noticed our tire lug nuts are different sizes I wonder who stripped them. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out. And you could change them for a cost. No you should change them for free since your the ones​ who did the damage. But nope if course not. Same thing happened with our wind shield wipers. Was told it was a missing bolt and needed changed and our mechanic said nope it was broke and needed replaced. They broke it. I'm from California. I went out to AZ for a wedding. On the day I was about to leave my A/C stops working. I go to jiffy lube (a different one) not to far from this one the guy was super nice he did a bunch of tests and didn't charge me because he found out that there wasn't anything he could do because my compressor needed to be completely replaced. He sent me to this place. They were awesome! I needed to stay an extra night ,but they called me first thing in the morning and picked me up from my hotel. I interacted with Johnny and Jeff who were both awesome. Jeff apparently stayed late working on my car so it was done early. I also called Pep Boys while I was there and was quoted a good few hundred dollars more for the work. Very satisfied! My A/C is ICE cold now. Life is good. read more
